In the above scheme, preferably, in order to facilitate transporting the material packet from the first station to the second station, referring to fig. 3, the material packet is transported from the second station to the third station synchronously, the feeding device includes a top frame 73 fixed on the frame 1, a feeding slide rail 76 arranged on the top frame 73 along the length direction of the feeding channel, and a first moving plate 77 and a second moving plate 74 arranged on the feeding slide rail 76 in a sliding manner at intervals, the first moving plate 77 and the second moving plate 74 are driven by a feeding motor 75 to move on the feeding slide rail 76, and a first feeding clamp 71 and a second feeding clamp 72 corresponding to the first station 12, the second station 13 and the third station 14 are arranged at the lower parts of the first moving plate 77 and the second moving plate 74. During the use, feed motor 75 drive first movable plate 77, second movable plate 74 move between first station 12, second station 13 and third station 14 in step, and when first feeding anchor clamps 71 pressed from both sides the material package and carried to second station 13 from first station 12 promptly, second feeding anchor clamps 72 carried the raw materials package that is located second station 13 to third station 14 in step, and the feeding process is looped and is detained mutually, does not waste any feeding action, and the practicality is high, and conveying frequency, speed are high.
Preferably, in order to push the material package into the package box, referring to fig. 5, the package pushing and box feeding device 9 includes a box feeding slide rail 93 fixed on the top frame 73, a length direction of the box feeding slide rail 93 is perpendicular to a length direction of the feeding slide rail 76, a third moving plate 95 is slidably connected to the box feeding slide rail 93, the third moving plate 95 is driven by a box feeding motor 94 to move on the box feeding slide rail 93, and a package pushing and box feeding clamp 91 corresponding to the third station 14 is disposed on a lower portion of the third moving plate 95. When the feeding device is used, the pushing box clamp 91 synchronously clamps and conveys the raw material packet positioned at the third station to perform a box packing action when the feeding device conveys the raw material packet positioned at the second station to the third station.
Preferably, in order to facilitate pushing the bag into the box, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first feeding jig 71, the second feeding jig 72, and the bag pushing jig 91 have similar structures;
the bale pushing box clamp 91 comprises a push plate 721 and a guard plate 722, the push plate 721 is fixed on the bottom side of the long swing rod 97, the middle part of the long swing rod 97 is rotatably connected to the third moving plate 95, the top end of the long swing rod 97 is rotatably connected with the output end of the push plate cylinder 96, and the push plate cylinder 96 is transversely rotatably connected to the third moving plate 95; the guard plate 722 is fixed at the bottom side of the short swing rod 99, the middle part of the short swing rod 99 is rotatably connected to the third moving plate 95, the top end of the short swing rod 99 is rotatably connected with the output end of the guard plate cylinder 98, and the guard plate cylinder 98 is vertically and rotatably connected to the third moving plate 95. A fixed guardrail 15 is vertically arranged on one side of the third station 14 far away from the first station 12 and the second station 13, a plate turning mechanism 16 is horizontally arranged on the feeding platform 11 on one side of the third station 14 near the first station 12 and the second station 13, in the process of pushing the package into the box, a turning plate in the plate turning mechanism 16 is driven by an air cylinder to stand, and the turning plate and the fixed guardrail 15 form a left-right protection and conveying structure. Claims (10)
1. A package feeding and boxing apparatus, comprising:
the device comprises a rack (1), a feeding platform (11) arranged on the rack (1), and a first station (12), a second station (13) and a third station (14) which are uniformly arranged on the feeding platform (11) at intervals;
a conveying mechanism which conveys the material packet to a first station (12);
the feeding device (7) is used for conveying the material bags positioned at the first station (12) to the second station (13), and synchronously conveying the material bags positioned at the original second station (13) to the third station (14);
and a bag pushing and box feeding device (9) which pushes the bags positioned at the third station (14) into the packaging box.
2. A package feeding and boxing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conveying mechanism comprises a turning conveyor belt (2) arranged outside the rack (1) and used for conveying the packages, the conveying end section of the turning conveyor belt (2) is arranged at the input side of the first station (12) of the feeding platform (11), the first section of the turning conveyor belt (2) is provided with a sub-packaging device (3) for dividing the packages into two rows in the conveyor belt, the end section of the turning conveyor belt (2) is provided with a brake device (21) for controlling the number of the packages entering the feeding platform (11), the turning conveyor belt (2) is a ninety-degree arc turning structure, and the packages with wide surfaces in front are adjusted to the conveying orientation with narrow surfaces in front.

The packing feeding and packing equipment of claim 2, characterized in that brake equipment (21) is including setting up at the brake support (211) that turns to conveyer belt (2) end, brake support (211) middle part is provided with and divide into baffle (212) of two rows with the material package, brake support (211) is relative two outside symmetries of baffle (212) are provided with brake mounting panel (213), and the symmetry is provided with brake cylinder (214) on brake mounting panel (213), the fixed brake plate (215) that can stretch out towards baffle (212) direction that is provided with of output of brake cylinder (214), brake plate (215) stretch out that can obstruct the material package and advance, brake plate (215) inboard be provided with brake mounting panel (213) sliding guide complex first guide arm (216).

The package feeding and packing equipment according to claim 3, wherein the conveying mechanism further comprises a package pushing device (4), a directional queuing device (5) and a package holding device (6) which are arranged at the input side of the first station (12), the package pushing device (4) comprises a package pushing mounting plate (41) fixed at the input side of the first station (12) and a package pushing cylinder (42) fixed at one side of the mounting plate (41) far away from the first station (12), the output end of the package pushing cylinder (42) is provided with a package pushing plate (43) for pushing the package to the first station (12), and the inner side of the package pushing plate (43) is provided with a second guide rod (44) in sliding guide fit with the package pushing mounting plate (41);

The apparatus for feeding and boxing the packets according to claim 4, wherein the directional queuing device comprises a queuing cylinder (51) arranged at the input end of the feeding platform (11) relative to the guide rod (46), the output end of the queuing cylinder (51) is provided with a queuing plate (52) capable of moving towards the guide rod (46), and the queuing plate (52) and the packet pushing plate (43) are in a vertical structure when viewed from the vertical direction;

the feeding device comprises an upper frame (73) fixed on the rack (1), a feeding slide rail (76) arranged on the upper frame (73) along the length direction of a feeding channel, and a first moving plate (77) and a second moving plate (74) which are arranged on the feeding slide rail (76) at intervals in a sliding manner, wherein the first moving plate (77) and the second moving plate (74) are driven by a feeding motor (75) to move on the feeding slide rail (76), and the lower parts of the first moving plate (77) and the second moving plate (74) are provided with a first feeding clamp (71) and a second feeding clamp (72) which correspond to the first station (12), the second station (13) and the third station (14).
7. The package feeding and packing device according to claim 6, wherein the package feeding and packing device (9) comprises a box feeding slide rail (93) fixed on the top frame (73), the length direction of the box feeding slide rail (93) is perpendicular to the length direction of the feeding slide rail (76), a third moving plate (95) is connected to the box feeding slide rail (93) in a sliding manner, the third moving plate (95) is driven by a box feeding motor (94) to move on the box feeding slide rail (93), and a package feeding and packing clamp (91) corresponding to the third station (14) is arranged on the lower portion of the third moving plate (95).
8. The apparatus for feeding the packages into the box according to claim 7, wherein the first feeding clamp (71), the second feeding clamp (72) and the pushing box clamp (91) are similar in structure;
the bag pushing and box feeding clamp (91) comprises a push plate (721) and a protective plate (722), the push plate (721) is fixed on the bottom side of a long swing rod (97), the middle part of the long swing rod (97) is rotatably connected to the third moving plate (95), the top end of the long swing rod (97) is rotatably connected with the output end of a push plate cylinder (96), and the push plate cylinder (96) is transversely and rotatably connected to the third moving plate (95); the guard plate (722) is fixed on the bottom side of the short swing rod (99), the middle of the short swing rod (99) is rotatably connected to the third moving plate (95), the top end of the short swing rod (99) is rotatably connected with the output end of the guard plate cylinder (98), and the guard plate cylinder (98) is vertically rotatably connected to the third moving plate (95).
9. The package feeding and packing equipment as claimed in claim 8, wherein a fixed guardrail (15) is vertically arranged on one side of the third station (14) far away from the first station (12) and the second station (13), a flap mechanism (16) is horizontally arranged on the feeding platform (11) on one side of the third station (14) near to the first station (12) and the second station (13), a flap in the flap mechanism (16) is driven by a cylinder to stand during the process of pushing the package into the box, and the flap and the fixed guardrail (15) form a left-right protection and conveying structure.

A package feeding and packing device according to claim 9, wherein the output end of the third station (14) is provided with an output hopper (92), the output hopper (92) is driven to turn by an output cylinder (921), the output cylinder (921) drives the output hopper (92) to put down when the package is pushed, and the output cylinder (921) drives the output hopper (92) to turn after the package is pushed; the output hopper (92) is provided with a handle guard plate (922) which prevents the material bag from being interfered by a handle and a flap of the packing box in the process of entering the packing box.
