Multifunctional accessory for orthodontic treatment and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oral medical treatment, in particular to a multifunctional accessory for orthodontic treatment and application thereof.
Background
In the traditional fixed correction, molar anchorage is kept, and molar inclination in the mesial direction is prevented, and omega curve, backward bending and outward extending bending are usually formed by bending a rear end arch wire; the strength and rigidity of the arch wire are ensured, and the arch wire is prevented from being processed on an excessively thin and soft arch wire; bending various curves with positive axis effect or using various auxiliary devices in the mesiodial of the teeth needing to move.
In recent years, with the development of orthodontic materials and biomechanics, invisible appliances are increasingly popular with orthodontists and patients. The stealthy ware of rescaling of no support groove is through the three-dimensional digital dentition model who obtains the patient, and based on digital dentition model design tooth removes, 3D prints the stealthy ware of rescaling of preparation series tooth removal mould, and the ware is rescued in the stealthy ware of applying the hot pressing membrane material preparation, and the patient wears a series of stealthy ware and reaches the effect of rescaling the dentition. The invisible appliance is worn on the surface of the tooth crown, the surface of the tooth crown is smooth and complex, and the fixation and tooth moving efficiency of the invisible appliance are generally increased by adhering an attachment on the surface of the tooth crown.
Currently, the accessories generally use light-cured resin as the accessory material. The resin accessory is put on the dental crown of each tooth in the oral cavity of the patient after being filled with resin through the accessory template and is adhered to the surface of the dental crown. The following technical problems exist: firstly, resin is required to be filled into the resin accessory template which is made of hot-pressing film materials, the filling form is not accurate enough, the resin filled into the edge of the accessory template often overflows to generate flash, the gluing of the appliance and the cleaning of teeth are affected, and the clinical operation time is long. Second, the invisible appliance is worn by the wearer due to the need to remove the appliance frequently, and the performance of the appliance is affected by the poor wear resistance of the resin accessory. Thirdly, the attachment has limited functions, when some fixed orthodontic devices (such as tongue buttons, brackets and the like) need to be bonded on the tooth surface, the attachment can be bonded only by grinding the attachment on the corresponding tooth, and the removal of the attachment needs to grind the resin layer by layer, which brings discomfort to patients.
