Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
The air conditioner performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies cold to the air that has been conditioned and heat exchanged.
The compressor compresses a gaseous refrigerant into a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state, and discharges the refrigerant gas out of the compressor. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger, the indoor unit of the air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve may be provided in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger serve as a condenser or an evaporator. When the indoor heat exchanger is used as a condenser, the air conditioner is used as a heater in a heating mode, and when the indoor heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, the air conditioner is used as a cooler in a cooling mode.
The air conditioner 1 shown in fig. 1 includes: the indoor unit 3 is exemplified by an indoor unit (shown in the figure), and the indoor unit is usually mounted on an indoor wall surface. For another example, an indoor cabinet (not shown) is also an indoor unit of the indoor unit. The outdoor unit 2 is generally installed outdoors and used for heat exchange in an indoor environment.
Fig. 2 shows a circuit configuration of the air conditioner 1, and the air conditioner 1 is provided with an indoor controller 50 for controlling the operation of each component in the air conditioner 1 so that each component of the air conditioner 1 can operate to realize each predetermined function of the air conditioner 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the air conditioner 1 further includes: a refrigerant circulation circuit, a compressor 11, a first heat exchanger 16, a second heat exchanger 22, a four-way valve 29, an electronic expansion valve 14, a first temperature sensor 12, and a controller 50. The refrigerant circulating loop circulates the refrigerant in a loop formed by the compressor, the condenser, the expansion valve, the evaporator and the four-way valve; the compressor 11 is configured to compress a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas into a high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas and discharge the refrigerant gas to the condenser; a first heat exchanger 16 and a second heat exchanger 22, one of which operates as a condenser and the other as an evaporator; a four-way valve for controlling the flow direction of refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit so as to switch the first heat exchanger 16 and the second heat exchanger 22 as a condenser and an evaporator; an electronic expansion valve 14, wherein the electronic expansion valve 14 is arranged in a refrigerant flow path between the condenser and the evaporator, the electronic expansion valve 14 is used for increasing the flow resistance of the refrigerant passing through the electronic expansion valve 14 when the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is reduced, and reducing the flow resistance of the refrigerant passing through the electronic expansion valve 14 when the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased; and the first temperature sensor 12 is used for acquiring the working environment temperature of the air conditioner 1.
In order to solve the above problem, the controller 50 is configured to ensure the stable operation of the air conditioner 1 by the following steps.
Firstly, a starting instruction of a refrigeration mode is detected, and the working environment temperature of the air conditioner is obtained.
Here, the operating ambient temperature may be understood as an outdoor ambient temperature of the air conditioner.
Specifically, when the user opens the cooling mode through the remote controller or the button on the air conditioner 1 or the air conditioner APP, the controller 50 of the air conditioner 1 detects the start instruction of the cooling mode, and the first temperature sensor 12 starts to collect the working environment temperature of the air conditioner 1, and sends the working environment temperature of the air conditioner 1 to the controller 50.
And secondly, controlling the air conditioner to execute a high-temperature protection strategy when the working environment temperature is determined to be higher than the preset environment temperature.
The preset ambient temperature may be a lowest temperature value according to a high temperature working environment temperature of an area where the air conditioner is installed, and the preset ambient temperature may be 43 ℃ or 55 ℃, for example, without limitation.
Specifically, the controller 50 compares the operating environment temperature with the preset environment temperature to determine whether the operating environment temperature of the air conditioner 1 is in a high-temperature range, and if the operating environment temperature is higher than the preset environment temperature, it indicates that the operating environment temperature of the air conditioner 1 is in the high-temperature range, at this time, the air conditioner 1 may have a risk of exceeding the pressure due to the fact that the operating environment temperature is too high, so that the air conditioner 1 is controlled to execute a high-temperature protection strategy to ensure that the air conditioner can still stably operate in the high-temperature environment, thereby overcoming the problem that the air conditioner 1 cannot be used in the extremely high-temperature environment due to the fact that the pressure exceeds the pressure, and improving the reliability and the use experience of the air conditioner 1 during operation in the high-temperature environment. If the working environment temperature is not higher than the preset environment temperature, it indicates that the working environment temperature of the air conditioner 1 is not in the high temperature region, and the air conditioner 1 does not need to be controlled to execute a high temperature protection strategy.
And thirdly, acquiring the preset starting operation frequency of the compressor under a high-temperature protection strategy.
Specifically, the controller 50 automatically obtains the preset startup operation frequency of the compressor stored in the controller 50 under the condition that the air conditioner 1 is controlled to execute the high-temperature protection strategy, where the preset startup operation frequency may be understood as the operation frequency for controlling the air conditioner to be stable in the operation start-up phase, and the preset startup operation frequency may be set according to the actual operation condition in the development phase of the air conditioner, which is not limited thereto.
Then, the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 14 is determined according to the working environment temperature and the preset startup operation frequency.
Specifically, since the operating environment temperature of the air conditioner 1 and the preset starting-up operation frequency of the compressor affect the pressure of the air conditioning system, so that the air conditioner 1 runs in a high-temperature environment at a great risk, the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 14 is obtained through calculation according to the operating environment temperature and the preset starting-up operation frequency in the present application.
Finally, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 14 is controlled to be the initial opening degree so that the high pressure of the air conditioner 1 is lower than the maximum allowable pressure value.
Specifically, since the compressor of the air conditioner 1 must operate to the preset startup operation frequency after startup, and the pressure of the air conditioning system of the air conditioner 1 often exceeds the standard in the environment with an extreme high temperature, such as 58 ℃, so that the air conditioner 1 runs in the high-temperature environment with a great risk, in order to solve the problem that the air conditioner 1 cannot be used in the environment with an extreme high temperature due to the excessive pressure, in this application, the opening of the electronic expansion valve 14 is controlled to be the initial opening, so as to reduce the pressure of the air conditioning system of the air conditioner 1 when the air conditioner 1 runs at the preset startup operation frequency, that is, when the air conditioner 1 runs at a high temperature, the controller 50 calculates the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve 14 through the working environment temperature and the preset startup operation frequency, and sends a corresponding instruction to the electronic expansion valve 14, so as to adjust the opening of the electronic expansion valve 14 to be the initial opening, so as to adjust the flow resistance of the electronic expansion valve 14, thereby reducing the pressure difference of the air conditioner 1 when the air conditioner runs at the preset startup operation frequency, so that the high-pressure of the air conditioner 1 is lower than the maximum allowable pressure value. From this in this application, through adjusting the aperture of electronic expansion valve 14 to initial aperture and effectively reducing the pressure differential in the air conditioner, thereby avoid air conditioner 1 to appear the problem that pressure exceeds standard and can't use under the extreme high temperature environment, guaranteed that the air conditioner still can the steady operation under the high temperature environment, and compare in the configuration that increases air conditioner indoor set and off-premises station and realize the mode of high temperature environment operation, through the aperture of control electronic expansion valve 14 in this application, the cost of air conditioner 1 has been reduced, can improve the reliability and the use experience of air conditioner 1 when high temperature environment operation simultaneously.
Further, when the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 14 is operated at the initial opening degree, the outdoor fan is continuously operated in a high wind state.
According to the air conditioner 1 of the embodiment of the invention, when the air conditioner 1 is in a refrigeration mode and the working environment temperature of the air conditioner 1 is too high, the air conditioner 1 is controlled to execute a high-temperature protection strategy, namely the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 14 is calculated through the working environment temperature and the preset starting operation frequency, and then the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 14 is controlled to be the initial opening degree, so that compared with a mode of increasing the configuration of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit of the air conditioner 1 to realize high-temperature environment operation, in the application, when the air conditioner 1 is in the high-temperature environment, when the air conditioner 1 is in the starting operation, the compressor 11 is controlled to work at the preset starting operation frequency, the pressure difference in the air conditioner 1 is effectively reduced by adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 14 to the initial opening degree, so that the problem that the air conditioner 1 cannot be used in an extremely high-temperature environment due to the exceeding pressure is avoided, the air conditioner 1 can still stably operate in the high-temperature environment, and the cost of the air conditioner 1 is saved.
In some embodiments, in determining the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 14 based on the operating environment temperature and the preset startup operating frequency, the controller 50 is specifically configured to: the initial opening degree is calculated by the following formula:
K=a1*T+a2*f+a3
wherein K is the initial opening, T is the working environment temperature, f is the preset starting operation frequency, and a1, a2 and a3 are the regulating coefficients.
Here, the adjustment coefficients a1, a2, and a3 may be understood as coefficients calculated from experimental test data at the development test stage of the air conditioner 1.
Specifically, the controller 50 substitutes the received working environment temperature T of the air conditioner 1 collected by the first temperature sensor 12, and the preset startup operation frequency and the adjustment coefficients a1, a2, and a3 stored in the controller 50 into the above formula to calculate and obtain the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 14, so that when the air conditioner 1 is started up and operated in a high-temperature environment, the compressor 11 is controlled to operate at the preset startup operation frequency, and meanwhile, the pressure difference in the air conditioner 1 is effectively reduced by adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 14 to the initial opening degree, thereby avoiding the problem that the air conditioner 1 cannot be used in an extremely high-temperature environment due to the excessive pressure.
In some embodiments, the preset starting operation frequency is less than or equal to 40Hz and less than or equal to 55Hz, for example, the preset starting operation frequency may be 40Hz, 42Hz, 50Hz, or 55Hz, and the oil return protection effect of the compressor 11 is the best when the preset starting operation frequency of the compressor 11 is in the frequency range.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the air conditioner 1 further comprises a second temperature sensor 13 for collecting the outlet temperature of the condenser; upon acquiring the operating environment temperature of the air conditioner 1, as shown in fig. 5, the controller 50 is further configured to perform the following steps.
And S1, judging the working state of the first temperature sensor.
And S2, when the working state is determined to be an abnormal working state, obtaining the working environment temperature according to the outlet temperature of the condenser.
Specifically, because the difference between the outlet temperature of the condenser collected by the second temperature sensor 13 and the working environment temperature of the air conditioner 1 collected by the first temperature sensor 12 is small, and the outlet temperature is often 2-5 ℃ higher than the working environment temperature, when the first temperature sensor 12 has a fault, the outlet temperature of the condenser collected by the second temperature sensor 13 can be used instead of the first temperature sensor 12 to collect the working environment temperature of the air conditioner 1, that is, after a user starts the air conditioner 1 and adjusts the operation mode of the air conditioner 1 to the cooling mode, the first temperature sensor 12 collects the working environment temperature of the air conditioner 1 in real time, and the outlet temperature of the condenser collected by the second temperature sensor 13 in real time, since the working environment temperature of the air conditioner 1 collected by the first temperature sensor 12 is important to the control process of the air conditioner 1, the working state of the first temperature sensor 12 needs to be determined, for example, whether the working environment temperature collected by the first temperature sensor 12 is in a normal temperature range can be determined, and if the working environment temperature collected by the first temperature sensor 12 is in a normal temperature range, the working state of the first temperature sensor 12 can be determined that the working environment temperature sensor 12 is not in a fault; if the working environment temperature collected by the first temperature sensor 12 is not in the normal temperature range, when the working state of the first temperature sensor 12 is determined to be the abnormal working state, the outlet temperature of the condenser collected by the second temperature sensor 13 is used for replacing the working environment temperature, so that the air conditioner 1 can still be normally used when the first temperature sensor 12 fails.
In addition, if the operating states of the first temperature sensor 12 and the second temperature sensor 13 are both abnormal operating states, that is, the first temperature sensor 12 and the second temperature sensor 13 are damaged, at this time, the fault information of the first temperature sensor 12 and the second temperature sensor 13 is reported to the controller 50, and the controller 50 controls the air conditioner 1 to enter the air supply mode.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the controller 50 is further configured to perform the following steps.
And S3, acquiring the duration of the electronic expansion valve running at the initial opening degree.
And S4, controlling the air conditioner to exit the high-temperature protection strategy after the duration time reaches the preset duration time.
Specifically, the duration time t of the operation of the electronic expansion valve 14 at the initial opening degree is too long, and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 14 is large, so that the throttling effect of the electronic expansion valve 14 is poor, thereby affecting the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner 1, and reducing the user experience, but the air conditioner 1 cannot be protected when the duration time t is too short, so in the present application, it is determined whether the air conditioner 1 needs a high temperature protection strategy by continuously determining the duration time t of the operation of the electronic expansion valve 14 at the initial opening degree, when the controller 50 obtains the duration time t of the operation of the electronic expansion valve 14 at the initial opening degree, the duration time t is compared with the preset duration time t0, if the duration time t reaches the preset duration time t0, the duration time is equal to or longer than t0, at this time, the air conditioner 1 is controlled to exit the high temperature protection strategy, if the duration time t does not reach the preset duration time t0, the electronic expansion valve is controlled to continue to operate at the initial opening degree, where the preset duration time may be understood as the optimum of the operation of the initial opening degree, the preset duration may be adjusted according to an actual situation, and if the duration may be 3 minutes, the electronic expansion valve may not be limited to this.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the controller 50 is further configured to perform the following steps.
And S5, acquiring the maximum allowable operating frequency of the compressor at the working environment temperature.
And S6, if the preset starting operation frequency is lower than the maximum allowable operation frequency, controlling the compressor to increase the frequency and controlling the opening of the electronic expansion valve to increase.
And S7, if the preset starting-up operation frequency is determined to be higher than the maximum allowable operation frequency, controlling the compressor to reduce the frequency.
Specifically, after the air conditioner 1 exits from the high-temperature protection strategy, the compressor 11 is no longer operated at the preset starting operation frequency and the opening of the electronic expansion valve 14 is no longer the initial opening, at this time, in order to improve the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner 1 in the high-temperature environment, in this application, the opening of the electronic expansion valve 14 is adjusted by judging the size of the preset starting operation frequency f1, that is, when the preset starting operation frequency f1 is lower than the maximum allowable operation frequency fmax, and if it can be expressed that f1 is smaller than fmax, the pressure of the air conditioning system is lower, at this time, the compressor 11 can be controlled to increase the frequency, and the opening of the electronic expansion valve 14 can be controlled to increase the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner 1, that is, the opening of the electronic expansion valve 14 is freely adjusted according to the preset operation rule, wherein the preset operation rule can be understood as a rule set according to actual needs, and if the opening of the electronic expansion valve 14 is obtained according to the exhaust temperature, the operation frequency and the environment temperature are not limited; if it is determined that the preset startup operation frequency f1 is higher than the maximum allowable operation frequency fmax, if it can be represented that f1 is greater than or equal to fmax, at this time, because the operation frequency of the compressor 11 is too high, at this time, if the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 14 is adjusted to be low, the exhaust temperature is caused to rise rapidly, so that the pressure of the air conditioning system rises rapidly to affect the stability of the air conditioning system, so that the compressor 11 is controlled to fall within the safe frequency range, the operation frequency of the compressor 11 is recorded in real time, the operation frequency fi of the compressor 11 is continuously detected, until the operation frequency of the compressor 11 is lower than the maximum allowable operation frequency fmax, at this time, the pressure of the air conditioning system is stabilized, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 14 is adjusted to be low, for example, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve 14 is freely adjusted according to the preset operation rule, so that the air conditioner 1 operates stably, the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner 1 is ensured, and the operation state is maintained until the user controls the air conditioner 1 to shut down.
In a second embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for controlling an air conditioner, as shown in fig. 8, the method including: step S8 to step S12.
And S8, detecting a starting instruction of the refrigeration mode, and acquiring the working environment temperature of the air conditioner.
Specifically, when the user opened the refrigeration mode through button or air conditioner APP on remote controller or the air conditioner, the controller of air conditioner detected the start instruction of refrigeration mode, and first temperature sensor begins to gather the operational environment temperature of air conditioner to send the operational environment temperature of air conditioner to the controller.
And S9, controlling the air conditioner to execute a high-temperature protection strategy when the working environment temperature is determined to be higher than the preset environment temperature.
Specifically, the controller compares the working environment temperature with the preset environment temperature to judge whether the working environment temperature of the air conditioner is in a high-temperature interval or not, if the working environment temperature is higher than the preset environment temperature, the working environment temperature of the air conditioner is in the high-temperature interval, at the moment, the air conditioner possibly has the risk of exceeding the pressure due to the overhigh working environment temperature, the air conditioner is controlled to execute a high-temperature protection strategy to ensure that the air conditioner can still stably operate in the high-temperature environment, the problem that the air conditioner cannot be used in the extremely high-temperature environment due to the fact that the pressure exceeds the standard is solved, and the reliability and the use experience of the air conditioner in the operation in the high-temperature environment are improved. If the working environment temperature is not higher than the preset environment temperature, it is indicated that the working environment temperature of the air conditioner is not in a high-temperature interval, and the air conditioner does not need to be controlled to execute a high-temperature protection strategy.
And step S10, automatically acquiring the preset starting operation frequency of the compressor under the condition of controlling the air conditioner to execute a high-temperature protection strategy.
And S11, determining the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve according to the working environment temperature and the preset starting-up operation frequency.
Specifically, because the working environment temperature of the air conditioner and the preset starting-up operation frequency of the compressor affect the pressure of the air conditioning system, the air conditioner runs in a high-temperature environment at great risk, and therefore the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is obtained through calculation according to the working environment temperature and the preset starting-up operation frequency in the application.
And step S12, controlling the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve to be an initial opening degree so that the high-pressure of the air conditioner is lower than the maximum allowable pressure value.
Specifically, since the compressor of the air conditioner must operate to the preset startup operation frequency after startup, and the pressure of the air conditioner system of the air conditioner often exceeds the standard in the environment with the maximum high temperature, such as 58 ℃, the air conditioner operates in the high-temperature environment with great risk, so as to solve the problem that the air conditioner cannot be used in the extremely high-temperature environment due to the exceeding of the pressure of the air conditioner system in the protection platform operation stage. From this in this application, through adjusting the aperture of electronic expansion valve to initial aperture and effectively reducing the pressure differential in the air conditioner, thereby avoid the air conditioner to appear the problem that pressure exceeds standard and can't use under the extreme high temperature environment, guaranteed that the air conditioner still can the steady operation under the high temperature environment, and compare in the configuration that increases air conditioner indoor set and off-premises station and realize the mode of high temperature environment operation, aperture through control electronic expansion valve in this application, the cost of air conditioner has been reduced, can improve the use experience of air conditioner when high temperature environment operation simultaneously.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, when the air conditioner is in a refrigeration mode and the working environment temperature of the air conditioner is too high, the air conditioner is controlled to execute a high-temperature protection strategy, namely the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is calculated through the working environment temperature and the preset starting operation frequency, and then the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is controlled to be the initial opening degree, so that compared with a mode of increasing the configuration of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit of the air conditioner to realize the high-temperature environment operation, in the application, when the air conditioner is started and operated in a high-temperature environment, the compressor is controlled to work at the preset starting operation frequency, meanwhile, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to the initial opening degree to effectively reduce the pressure difference in the air conditioner, so that the problem that the air conditioner cannot be used in the extremely high-temperature environment due to the fact that the pressure of the air conditioner exceeds the standard is avoided, the air conditioner can still stably operate in the high-temperature environment is ensured, and the cost of the air conditioner is saved.
In some embodiments, when determining the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve according to the working environment temperature and the preset startup operation frequency, the controller is specifically configured to: the initial opening degree is calculated by the following formula:
K=a1*T+a2*f+a3
wherein K is the initial opening, T is the working environment temperature, f is the preset starting operation frequency, and a1, a2 and a3 are the regulating coefficients.
Specifically, the controller substitutes the received working environment temperature T of the air conditioner collected by the first temperature sensor and preset starting operation frequency and adjustment coefficients a1, a2 and a3 stored in the controller into the formula to calculate and obtain the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, so that when the air conditioner is started and operated in a high-temperature environment, the compressor is controlled to work at the preset starting operation frequency, and meanwhile, the pressure difference in the air conditioner is effectively reduced by adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve to the initial opening degree, and the problem that the air conditioner cannot be used in an extremely high-temperature environment due to the fact that the pressure exceeds the standard is solved.
In some embodiments, further comprising: acquiring the duration of the operation of the electronic expansion valve at the initial opening degree; and controlling the air conditioner to exit the high-temperature protection strategy after the duration reaches the preset duration.
Specifically, the duration time t of the operation of the electronic expansion valve at the initial opening degree is too long, and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is large, so that the throttling effect of the electronic expansion valve is poor, thereby affecting the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner, and reducing the user experience, but the air conditioner cannot be protected when the duration time t is too short, so in the application, whether the air conditioner needs a high-temperature protection strategy is judged by continuously judging the duration time t of the operation of the electronic expansion valve at the initial opening degree, when the controller obtains the duration time t of the operation of the electronic expansion valve at the initial opening degree, the duration time t is compared with the preset duration time t0, if the duration time t reaches the preset duration time t0, if t is not less than t0, the air conditioner is in a stable state, the air conditioner is controlled to exit from the high-temperature protection strategy, and if the duration time t does not reach the preset duration time t0, the electronic expansion valve is controlled to continue to operate at the initial opening degree.
In some embodiments, a maximum allowable operating frequency of the compressor at the operating ambient temperature is obtained; if the preset starting operation frequency is lower than the maximum allowable operation frequency, controlling the compressor to increase the frequency and controlling the opening of the electronic expansion valve to increase; and if the preset starting-up operation frequency is determined to be higher than the maximum allowable operation frequency, controlling the compressor to reduce the frequency.
Specifically, after the air conditioner exits from the high-temperature protection strategy, the compressor does not operate at the preset starting-up operation frequency any more, and the opening of the electronic expansion valve is not an initial opening any more, at this time, in order to improve the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner in the high-temperature environment, in the present application, the opening of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted by judging the size of the preset starting-up operation frequency f1, that is, when the preset starting-up operation frequency f1 is lower than the maximum allowable operation frequency fmax, and if f1 is greater than fmax, the pressure of the air conditioning system is lower, at this time, the frequency of the compressor can be controlled to be increased, and the opening of the electronic expansion valve can be controlled to be increased, so that the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner is increased, that is, the opening of the electronic expansion valve is freely adjusted according to a preset operation rule, wherein the preset operation rule can be understood as a rule set according to actual requirements, and if the opening of the electronic expansion valve is obtained according to the exhaust temperature, the operation frequency and the environment temperature are not limited; if it is determined that the preset starting-up operation frequency f1 is higher than the maximum allowable operation frequency fmax, if f1 is greater than or equal to fmax, at the moment, because the operation frequency of the compressor is too high, if the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to be low, the exhaust temperature can be rapidly increased, so that the pressure of the air-conditioning system is rapidly increased to affect the stability of the air-conditioning system, the compressor is controlled to be reduced to be within the safe frequency range, the operation frequency of the compressor is recorded in real time, the operation frequency fi of the compressor is continuously detected, until the operation frequency of the compressor is lower than the maximum allowable operation frequency fmax, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to be low when the pressure of the air-conditioning system is stable, if the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is freely adjusted according to a preset operation rule, so that the air-conditioner stably operates, the refrigeration effect of the air-conditioner is ensured, and the operation state is maintained until a user controls the air-conditioner to be shut down.
