The conventional solution is to increase the painting times of the surface coating of the foam plastic mould and improve the coating strength by increasing the thickness of the coating. However, after the thickness of the coating is increased, the air permeability of the coating is reduced, gas generated by foam gasification cannot be discharged in time, and the decomposition is insufficient, so that the defects of slag inclusion, local carburization, air holes on the surface of a cast and the like of the cast are caused after casting; in addition, the thickening of the coating layer can also cause the local slow heat dissipation of the casting, so that the casting is unevenly solidified to generate deformation, and further the size and the mechanical property of the casting are influenced.
