The preparation method of the plastic toy made of the safe-to-use plastic composition comprises the following steps: adding all the preparation raw materials into a mixer for mixing, banburying by an internal mixer at the banburying temperature of 210 ℃ for 25min, extruding by an extruder to prepare plastic composition particles, performing melt pressing on the plastic composition particles, and cooling and shaping to obtain the plastic toy.

A safe-to-use plastic composition, comprising the following steps in the same manner as in example 1, wherein the thermoplastic resin is a combination of PP, PE and CPE in a weight ratio of 2.1:0.764:0.02

A plastic composition safe to use, the specific procedure is the same as in example 1, except that the particle size of the silicon powder is 1000 mesh.

A plastic composition which is safe to use is prepared by the same steps as in example 1, except that the particle size of the antifungal agent is 45nm.

Performance test
1. Tensile strength: the tensile strength of the plastic composition prepared was tested according to GB/T1040 standard using a universal tensile tester at 50mm/min.
2. Wear resistance: the abrasion resistance of the plastics composition prepared is tested in accordance with the GB/T3960-1983 standard, the abrasion volume of the test specimen is recorded, abrasion volume V = (mass of test specimen before test-mass of test specimen after test)/density of the test specimen at 23 ℃.
3. Mildew resistance: the mildew resistance of the plastic composition prepared according to the GB/T24128-2009 standard test is tested, the growth of the mildew on the surface of a sample is recorded, and no mildew grows: level 0; trace growth (< 10% mildew area): grade 1; little growth (the area of the long mold is more than or equal to 10 percent and less than 30 percent): 2, level; moderate growth (mildew area is more than or equal to 30% and less than 60%): 3, grade; severe growth (area of mildew is more than or equal to 60% and less than or equal to 100%): and 4, level.
4. Bending strength: the bending strength of the plastic composition prepared according to the GB/T19341 standard is tested by using a universal tensile testing machine under the test condition of 2mm/min.
The examples were tested according to the above criteria and the results are shown in table 1.

Claims (10)
1. The plastic composition safe to use is characterized by comprising the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 1.5-3 parts of thermoplastic resin, 0.05-0.15 part of toughening agent, 0.01-0.05 part of mildew inhibitor, 2-5 parts of mineral filler, 0.02-0.08 part of release agent and 0.01-0.03 part of stabilizer.
2. A plastic composition safe for use according to claim 1, wherein the thermoplastic resin is selected from one or a combination of PP, PE, CPE, PS, ABS, PC, PU and PET.
3. A plastic composition safe for use according to claim 1, wherein the toughening agent is selected from one or more of POE, SBS, MBS, and EVA.
4. The plastic composition safe in use according to claim 1, wherein the mildew preventive is a mildew preventive solution selected from one or more of a nano silver solution, a zinc oxide solution, a titanium dioxide solution, a copper sulfate solution and an iron sesquioxide solution.
5. A plastic composition safe in use according to claim 4, wherein the solute in the solution of the fungicide is powder, and the particle size of the powder is 5-10nm.
6. A plastic composition safe for use according to claim 1, wherein the mineral filler is silicate, and the silicate is selected from one or more of silica powder, talcum powder, calcium silicate, montmorillonite, bentonite, mica powder, glass fiber, asbestos, and material C.
7. A safe-to-use plastic composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein the silica powder has a particle size of 1300-1600 mesh.
8. A plastic toy made of the safe-to-use plastic composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising a toy body, wherein an arc-shaped body is arranged below the toy body, a seat part is arranged above the toy body, a front shielding member is arranged in front of the seat part, and a rear shielding member is arranged behind the seat part.
9. A plastic toy made of a safe-to-use plastic composition according to claim 8, characterized in that the arc of said arc-shaped body is pi/3-2 pi/3.
10. A plastic toy made of a safe-to-use plastic composition as claimed in claim 8, wherein the front shield is 15-20cm higher than the seat, the rear shield is 10-15cm higher than the seat, and handles are provided on both sides of the front shield.
