A band welding device, characterized in that: the welding machine comprises a frame (1), a base (2) for placing an oral cavity model (101) is arranged on the frame (1), a clamping piece for clamping the oral cavity model (101) is arranged on the frame (1), a welding liquid box (3) is arranged on the frame (1), a laser welding gun (4) is arranged in the welding liquid box (3), two welding liquid pipes (5) are rotatably arranged at the bottom of the welding liquid box (3), the welding liquid pipes (5) are communicated with the welding liquid box (3), a connecting block (6) for connecting a ring (102) is arranged on the welding liquid pipes (5), two connecting blocks (6) are respectively arranged on one side, close to each other, of the two welding liquid pipes (5), a welding groove (7) is formed in the connecting block (6), one end of each welding liquid pipe (5) is communicated with the welding groove (7), an opening and closing piece for opening and closing the welding liquid pipes (5) is arranged on the connecting block (6), an arc-shaped adjusting component for adjusting the positions of the two welding liquid pipes (5) is arranged on the welding liquid box (3), the connecting pipe (15) is rotatably connected with the connecting pipe (15), the end of the connecting pipe (15) is arranged to be concave arc-shaped matched with the welding liquid pipe (5), the arc-shaped end of the welding liquid pipe (5) is abutted against the arc-shaped end of the connecting pipe (15), the diameter of an internal channel of the connecting pipe (15) is larger than that of the welding liquid pipe (5), a rotating shaft (16) is rotatably arranged on the connecting pipe (15), the rotating axis of the rotating shaft (16) and the arc-shaped end of the connecting pipe (15) are coaxially arranged, and the end of the welding liquid pipe (5) is connected to the rotating shaft (16).

A band welding device as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the clamping piece comprises two clamping plates (8) which are arranged on the frame (1) in a sliding manner and are in butt joint with two sides of the oral cavity model (101), a bidirectional screw rod (9) is rotatably arranged on the frame (1), the two clamping plates (8) are respectively sleeved at two ends of the bidirectional screw rod (9) in a threaded manner, and a first motor (10) for driving the bidirectional screw rod (9) to rotate is arranged on the frame (1).

A band welding device as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the machine frame (1) is provided with a guide rod (11), the length direction of the guide rod (11) is parallel to the length direction of the bidirectional screw rod (9), and the two clamping plates (8) are both sleeved on the guide rod (11) in a sliding mode.

A band welding device as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the connecting block (6) is provided with a communicating groove (12), the communicating groove (12) is used for communicating the welding liquid pipe (5) with the welding groove (7), the opening and closing piece comprises an opening and closing plate (13) which is inserted on the connecting block (6) in a sliding mode and is used for opening and closing the communicating groove (12), the opening and closing plate (13) is located in the communicating groove (12), and an adjusting cylinder (14) used for adjusting the position of the opening and closing plate (13) is arranged on the connecting block (6).

A band welding device as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the welding liquid box comprises a rotating shaft (16), and is characterized in that the adjusting assembly comprises a first gear (17) sleeved on the rotating shaft (16), two second gears (18) are rotatably arranged at the bottom of the welding liquid box (3), the two second gears (18) are meshed with each other, two first gears (17) are meshed at two ends of the two second gears (18), and a second motor (19) for driving one second gear (18) to rotate is arranged on the welding liquid box (3).
6. A band welding device as set forth in claim 1, wherein: and heating layers for keeping the temperature of the welding liquid are respectively sleeved on the welding liquid pipe (5) and the connecting pipe (15).

A band welding device as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the welding flux box is characterized in that an adjusting screw (20) is rotatably arranged on the frame (1), a sliding block (21) is sleeved on the adjusting screw (20) in a threaded mode, the welding flux box (3) is connected to the sliding block (21), and a third motor (22) for rotating the adjusting screw (20) is arranged on the frame (1).

A band welding device as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the connecting pipe (15) is provided with a regulating valve (23) for opening and closing the connecting pipe (15), the regulating valve (23) is positioned in the connecting pipe (15), and the regulating valve (23) is an electromagnetic valve.
9. A band welding device as set forth in claim 1, wherein: and heating blocks (24) are arranged on the two connecting blocks (6), and the heating blocks (24) are circumferentially arranged along the groove wall of the welding groove (7).
