3. A belt loop welding device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the guide rod (11) is arranged on the rack (1), the length direction of the guide rod (11) is parallel to that of the bidirectional screw rod (9), and the two clamping plates (8) are sleeved on the guide rod (11) in a sliding mode.

A belt loop welding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the welding device is characterized in that a communicating groove (12) is formed in the connecting block (6), the communicating groove (12) is used for communicating the welding liquid pipe (5) with the welding groove (7), the opening and closing piece comprises an opening and closing plate (13) which is inserted in the connecting block (6) in a sliding mode and used for opening and closing the communicating groove (12), the opening and closing plate (13) is located in the communicating groove (12), and an adjusting cylinder (14) used for adjusting the position of the opening and closing plate (13) is arranged on the connecting block (6).

A belt loop welding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the welding liquid box (3) is communicated with a connecting pipe (15), the end of the welding liquid pipe (5) is rotatably connected to the connecting pipe (15), the end of the welding liquid pipe (5) is arranged to be in a convex arc shape, the end of the connecting pipe (15) is arranged to be in a concave arc shape matched with the welding liquid pipe (5), the arc-shaped end of the welding liquid pipe (5) is tightly abutted to the arc-shaped end of the connecting pipe (15), the diameter of an internal channel of the connecting pipe (15) is larger than the diameter of the welding liquid pipe (5), a rotating shaft (16) is rotatably arranged on the connecting pipe (15), the rotating axis of the rotating shaft (16) is coaxially arranged with the arc-shaped end of the connecting pipe (15), and the end of the welding liquid pipe (5) is connected to the rotating shaft (16).

A belt loop welding device according to claim 5, characterized in that: the adjusting component comprises a first gear (17) sleeved on a rotating shaft (16), two second gears (18) are arranged at the bottom of the welding liquid box (3) in a rotating mode, the two second gears (18) are meshed with each other, two first gears (17) are respectively meshed at two ends of the two second gears (18), and a second motor (19) used for driving one second gear (18) to rotate is arranged on the welding liquid box (3).

A belt loop welding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the welding liquid box is characterized in that an adjusting lead screw (20) is arranged on the rack (1) in a rotating mode, a sliding block (21) is sleeved on the adjusting lead screw (20) in a threaded mode, the welding liquid box (3) is connected to the sliding block (21), and a third motor (22) used for rotating the adjusting lead screw (20) is arranged on the rack (1).

A belt loop welding device as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the connecting pipe (15) is provided with a regulating valve (23) for opening and closing the connecting pipe (15), the regulating valve (23) is located in the connecting pipe (15), and the regulating valve (23) is an electromagnetic valve.
10. A belt loop welding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and two heating blocks (24) are arranged on the connecting blocks (6), and the heating blocks (24) are arranged along the circumferential direction of the groove wall of the welding groove (7).
