s4.1: mixing a polyolefin base material and an inorganic filler according to a weight ratio of 9-11;
s4.2: preparing the composite material particles obtained in the step into a film by adopting a film blowing extrusion process, wherein the melt temperature of the melting stage of the film extrusion process is 180-260 ℃;
s4.3: stretching the film by a uniaxial stretching method, wherein the stretching ratio is 2.8-6.2;
s4.4: treating the film obtained after stretching by adopting a high-temperature heat setting process, and controlling the temperature to be 110-130 ℃ to obtain a polyolefin microporous breathable film;

The invention also provides a protective pad for female privacy, which is prepared by the preparation method of the protective pad for female privacy.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that:
1. the protection pad for female private prepared by the invention is characterized in that active substances of vanillin in vanilla, active substances of sesquiterpene in spikenard, monoterpene in rose, cnidium, bergapten and isopimpinellin in fructus cnidii, triterpenoid saponin, fatty oil and vitamin A substances in broom cypress fruit, matrine in radix sophorae flavescentis, safflor yellow, carthamin, neocarthamin and carthamin are extracted, so that the prepared protection pad for female private contains the active substances in the traditional Chinese medicines, and the active substances have synergistic effects, so that the protection pad has multiple functions of sterilizing, relieving itching, removing peculiar smell, expelling toxin, maintaining uterus and the like.
2. According to the private protection pad for women, the liquid guide channel is formed in the surface of the pure cotton surface layer, and the groove is formed in the liquid guide channel, so that the performance of absorbing secretion discharged by women can be improved.
3. According to the female private protection pad prepared by the invention, sodium percarbonate, ozone oil and catalase are mixed in the absorption core layer, so that the absorption core layer has a sterilization effect, and the air permeability of the absorption core layer is increased.
4. According to the protection pad for the female privacy, the leakage-proof bottom layer is prepared by the polyolefin microporous breathable film, so that the prepared protection pad for the female privacy has better leakage-proof performance, and the safety of sanitary products in use is more effectively ensured.
According to the protection pad for the female privacy, the layers are connected without gluing, and the pure cotton threads are sewn, so that no toxic component is generated under the condition that the connection part of the protection pad is soaked by secretion discharged by a female in the use process of the protection pad, and the prepared protection pad for the female privacy is more sanitary and safer and has no harm to a human body.

Soaking a pure cotton surface layer material in a hydrophilic finishing agent with the concentration of 55wt% for 3 hours, wherein the pure cotton surface layer material is pure cotton spunlace non-woven fabric, the liquid carrying rate is controlled to be 60%, the pure cotton surface layer material is baked at 200 ℃ for 65s, 4 liquid guide channels which are parallel to each other are arranged on the surface of the pure cotton surface layer, each liquid guide channel comprises 2 groups of symmetrically distributed grooves, the transverse cross section of each groove is in a fan shape, the performance of absorbing female discharge secretions can be improved, and the pure cotton surface layer is obtained;
s2: preparation of the antibacterial layer
Respectively cleaning vanilla, spikenard, rose, fructus cnidii, fructus kochiae, radix sophorae flavescentis and safflower, drying, respectively crushing, sieving by a 40-mesh sieve to obtain vanilla coarse powder, spikenard coarse powder, rose coarse powder, fructus cnidii coarse powder, fructus kochiae coarse powder, radix sophorae flavescentis coarse powder and safflower coarse powder, respectively putting the vanilla coarse powder, spikenard coarse powder, rose coarse powder, fructus cnidii coarse powder, fructus kochiae coarse powder, radix sophorae flavescentis coarse powder and safflower coarse powder into a container, adding 4 times of 95% ethanol into container, reflux-extracting in water bath for three times (45 min each time), mixing the three extractive solutions to obtain vanilla extractive solution, cupressus Nardostachys extractive solution, herba Rosae Rugosae extractive solution, fructus Cnidii extractive solution, kochiae fructus extractive solution, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extractive solution and Carthami flos extractive solution, adding anhydrous sodium sulfate into the vanilla extractive solution, cupressus Nardostachyos extractive solution, herba Rosae Rugosae extractive solution, fructus Cnidii extractive solution, kochiae fructus extractive solution, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extractive solution and Carthami flos extractive solution, respectively, drying, then filtering respectively, centrifuging the filtrate respectively, concentrating the supernatant to 30% to obtain concentrated solution of vanilla, concentrated solution of spikenard, flos Rosae Rugosae, fructus Cnidii, kochiae fructus, radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Carthami flos, the concentrated solution of vanilla contains vanillin as active substance with effects of sterilizing, disinfecting and expelling parasites, the concentrated solution contains sesquiterpene as active substance, which has effects of resisting inflammation, resisting allergy, resisting bacteria, balancing skin, promoting skin regeneration, caring ovary, and regulating hormone, and the concentrated solution contains monoterpene alcohol as active substance, which has effects of caring uterus, promoting blood circulation, promoting circulation, resisting virus, resisting bacteria, regulating hormone, etc, antimicrobial and stress relieving effects, fructus cnidii concentrated solution contains active substances of osthole, bergapten and isopimpinellin, the active substances have the effects of eliminating dampness and dispelling wind, killing parasites and relieving itching, warming kidney and tonifying yang, fructus kochiae concentrated solution contains active substances of triterpenoid saponin, fatty oil and vitamin A substances, the active substances have the effects of clearing heat and promoting diuresis, dispelling wind and relieving itching, radix sophorae flavescentis concentrated solution contains active substances of matrine, the active substances have the effects of clearing heat and eliminating dampness, killing parasites and relieving itching, cooling blood and stopping bleeding, the safflower concentrated solution contains active substances of safflower yellow, safflower quinonoid, neocarthamin and carthamin, the active substances have the effects of activating blood and stimulating the menstrual flow, relieving swelling and pain, and the like, 4 parts of vanilla concentrated solution, 3 parts of spikenard concentrated solution, 2 parts of rose concentrated solution, 5 parts of fructus cnidii concentrated solution, 6 parts of fructus kochiae concentrated solution, 3 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis concentrated solution, 1.5 parts of safflower concentrated solution and 1 part of borneol are mixed and uniformly stirred to obtain a plant bacteriostatic agent, and the bamboo charcoal bacteriostatic agent with the effects of uniformly sprayed on a bacteriostatic layer to obtain the bacteriostatic agent;
s3: preparation of absorbent core layer
Firstly placing ozone oil in a container, heating to 50 ℃, firstly adding half of sodium percarbonate particles, stirring for 10min, then adding the other half of sodium percarbonate particles, stirring until all the sodium percarbonate particles are wrapped by the ozone oil, firstly contacting the outer layer ozone oil with moisture or water to release ozone with a sterilization effect, and slowly decomposing hydrogen peroxide with the sterilization effect when redundant moisture or water enters the inside and contacts with the sodium percarbonate particles, wherein the volume ratio of the sodium percarbonate particles to the ozone oil is 100:10, obtaining a material A, uniformly mixing catalase with the mass being 0.05% of that of the sodium percarbonate particles with an absorption core layer material, contacting redundant hydrogen peroxide with the catalase, slowly releasing oxygen, greatly reducing the survival rate of anaerobic bacteria due to the existence of the oxygen, and increasing the air permeability of the material, wherein the volume of the absorption core layer material is 20 times that of the sodium percarbonate particles to obtain a material B, and uniformly mixing the material A with the material B to obtain the absorption core layer;
s4: preparation of a leakproof bottom layer
Mixing a polyolefin base material and an inorganic filler according to a weight ratio of 9;
s5: suture
The pure cotton surface layer, the antibacterial layer, the absorption core layer and the leakage-proof bottom layer are cut according to the size and then sewn by pure cotton threads in sequence to obtain the female private protection pad.

Claims (9)
1. A method of making a privacy pad for women comprising the steps of:
s1: preparation of a pure Cotton surface layer
Soaking the surface layer material of the pure cotton in a hydrophilic finishing agent with the concentration of 45-65wt% for 2-3 hours, controlling the liquid carrying rate at 50-75%, and baking at 180-220 ℃ for 20-90s to obtain the surface layer of the pure cotton;
s2: preparation of the antibacterial layer
Firstly, preparing a plant bacteriostatic agent, and spraying the prepared plant bacteriostatic agent on the bamboo charcoal fiber to obtain a bacteriostatic layer;
s3: preparation of absorbent core layer
Uniformly mixing sodium percarbonate particles, ozone oil, catalase and an absorption core layer material to obtain an absorption core layer;
s4: preparation of leakproof bottom layer
Preparing a leakage-proof bottom layer by using a polyolefin microporous breathable film;
s5: suture
The pure cotton surface layer, the antibacterial layer, the absorption core layer and the leakage-proof bottom layer are cut according to the size and then sewn by pure cotton threads in sequence to obtain the female private protection pad.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the surface layer of the purified cotton in step S1 is made of purified cotton spunlace nonwoven fabric, the surface of the purified cotton surface layer is provided with 3-5 parallel liquid guide channels, each liquid guide channel comprises 2 sets of symmetrically distributed grooves, and the transverse cross-section of each groove is fan-shaped.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of preparing the antibacterial layer in step S2 comprises the steps of:
s2.1: pretreatment of raw materials
Washing and drying vanilla, spikenard, rosebush, fructus cnidii, fructus kochiae, radix sophorae flavescentis and safflower respectively;
s2.2: pulverizing
Respectively pulverizing vanilla, spikenard, flos Rosae Rugosae, fructus Cnidii, kochiae fructus, radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Carthami flos, and sieving with 20-60 mesh sieve to obtain coarse powder of vanilla, spikenard, herba Rosae Rugosae, fructus Cnidii, kochiae fructus, radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Carthami flos;
s2.3: extraction of
Respectively putting the vanilla coarse powder, the spikenard coarse powder, the rosa rugosa coarse powder, the fructus cnidii coarse powder, the fructus kochiae coarse powder, the radix sophorae flavescentis coarse powder and the safflower coarse powder obtained in the above steps into a container, respectively adding 95% ethanol with the weight of 3-5 times of the container, then carrying out reflux extraction in a water bath for three times, 30-45min each time, and combining extracting solutions of the three times to obtain a vanilla extracting solution, a spikenard extracting solution, a rosa rugosa extracting solution, a fructus cnidii extracting solution, a fructus kochiae extracting solution, a radix sophorae flavescentis extracting solution and a safflower extracting solution;
s2.4: dewatering and drying
Respectively adding anhydrous sodium sulfate into the vanilla extract, the spikenard extract, the rosa rugosa extract, the fructus cnidii extract, the fructus kochiae extract, the radix sophorae flavescentis extract and the safflower extract obtained in the steps to dry;
s2.5: filtration
Filtering the dried vanilla extract, spikenard extract, palmarosa extract, common sage herb extract, fructus cnidii extract, fructus kochiae extract, radix sophorae flavescentis extract and safflower extract, and separating filtrate and filter residue to obtain vanilla filtrate, spikenard filtrate, palmarosa filtrate, common cnidium fruit filtrate, fructus kochiae filtrate, radix sophorae flavescentis filtrate and safflower filtrate;
s2.6: concentrating
Centrifuging the vanilla filtrate, the spikenard filtrate, the rose grass filtrate, the fructus cnidii filtrate, the fructus kochiae filtrate, the radix sophorae flavescentis filtrate and the safflower filtrate respectively, concentrating the supernatant until the concentration is 28-36% to obtain a vanilla concentrated solution, a spikenard concentrated solution, a rose grass concentrated solution, a fructus cnidii concentrated solution, a fructus kochiae concentrated solution, a radix sophorae flavescentis concentrated solution and a safflower concentrated solution;
s2.7: mixing of
Mixing 2-7 parts of vanilla concentrated solution, 3-5 parts of spikenard concentrated solution, 1-5 parts of roselle concentrated solution, 2-8 parts of common cnidium fruit concentrated solution, 5-10 parts of broom cypress fruit concentrated solution, 3-6 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis concentrated solution, 1-3 parts of safflower concentrated solution and 1-3 parts of borneol, and uniformly stirring to obtain the plant bacteriostatic agent;
s2.8: spraying coating
And (3) uniformly spraying the plant bacteriostatic agent obtained in the step on the bamboo charcoal fiber to obtain a bacteriostatic layer.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of preparing the absorbent core in step S3 comprises the steps of:
s3.1: mixing sodium percarbonate particles and ozone oil according to the weight ratio of 100:5-15 volume ratio, and uniformly mixing to obtain a material A;
s3.2: uniformly mixing catalase with the mass of 0.02-0.08% of sodium percarbonate particles with the material of the absorption core layer to obtain a material B;
s3.3: and uniformly mixing the material A and the material B to prepare the absorption core layer.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the step S3.1 of mixing is performed by putting the ozone oil in a container, heating to 45-55 ℃, adding half of the sodium percarbonate particles, stirring for 5-15min, adding the other half of the sodium percarbonate particles, and stirring until all the sodium percarbonate particles are wrapped by the ozone oil to obtain the material A.
6. The method of claim 4 wherein the absorbent core material of step S3.2 is a polymeric water absorbent resin, wherein the volume of the absorbent core material is 3-35 times that of the sodium percarbonate particles.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of preparing the leakproof bottom layer in step S4 comprises the steps of:
s4.1: mixing a polyolefin base material and an inorganic filler according to a weight ratio of 9-11;
s4.2: preparing the composite material particles obtained in the step into a film by adopting a film blowing extrusion process, wherein the melt temperature in the melting stage of the film extrusion process is 180-260 ℃;
s4.3: stretching the prepared film by adopting a uniaxial stretching method, wherein the stretching ratio is 2.8-6.2;
s4.4: treating the film obtained after stretching by adopting a high-temperature heat setting process, and controlling the temperature to be 110-130 ℃ to obtain a polyolefin microporous breathable film;
s4.5: and preparing the obtained polyolefin microporous breathable film into a leakage-proof bottom layer.
8. A method of making a protective pad for female intimate contact according to claim 7 wherein said polyolefin substrate of step S4.1 is prepared by uniformly mixing metallocene polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene in a weight ratio of 1.
9. A pad for female privacy prepared by the method of preparing a pad for female privacy according to any one of claims 1-8.
