The two rotating wheels 39 in the beating assembly are combined to control the two rotating wheels 39 to rotate, so that the large yellow croaker between the outer cover 2 and the dissecting table 1 can be beaten, namely, the large yellow croaker moves between the two rotating wheels 39, when the large yellow croaker is beaten to be close to the other rotating wheel 39, the opening of the abdomen of the large yellow croaker, which is opened, is inclined towards the spray pipe 21 on the sewer pipe 20, therefore, the water sprayed out from the spray pipe 21 can just flush and remove impurities and blood in the abdomen of the large yellow croaker, and the spray pipe 21 on the water supply pipe 30 flushes and removes the impurities and the blood on the outer surface of the large yellow croaker, so that the combined setting is reasonable, convenient and practical.
It should be noted that, a drain valve for draining the blood in the water accumulation tank 23 is provided at one side of the treatment tank 7, the drain valve is a common technology in the prior art, and is not described herein, and the water source and the water pump are common water flushing devices, and are not described herein.
The invention also discloses a viscera recycling method of the large yellow croaker, which is used for the cleaning equipment for large yellow croaker dissection and comprises the following steps of:
s1: dissecting, wherein when dissecting, large yellow croaker enters from the inlet 3 and is discharged from the outlet 4, and when the cutting wheel 17 rotates, the large yellow croaker can be dissected, so that the abdomen of the large yellow croaker is opened;
s2: the viscera are scraped off, the large yellow croaker which newly enters the inlet 3 is pushed against the original position of the large yellow croaker to move forwards, so that the assembly line operation in the large yellow croaker dissection process is realized, the inner scraper 45 conveniently stretches into the large yellow croaker with the opened belly and is used for scraping the viscera of the large yellow croaker, the second scraper 33 is used for scraping the viscera of the large yellow croaker adhered on the cutting wheel 17, and in the large yellow croaker assembly line treatment operation, the large yellow croaker is continuously plugged between the outer cover 2 and the dissection table 1 from the inlet 3, so that the large yellow croaker is dissected through the cutting wheel 17 and the viscera are scraped through the inner scraper 45;
s3: the viscera draining, conveying and crushing are carried out, viscera generated in the process of dissecting the large yellow croaker fall into a viscera collecting groove 25 from a first sewage outlet 16, the viscera stays on the surface of the screen 24 after being drained through the screen 24, blood contained in the viscera enters a water accumulation groove 23 for storage, the viscera staying on the surface of the screen 24 slide into a viscera processing cavity 26 along the inclined plane of the screen 24, a power shaft 29 is driven to rotate when the first motor 12 is started, and a conveying auger 27 synchronously rotates when the power shaft 29 rotates, so that the viscera entering the viscera processing cavity 26 are conveyed and crushed;
s4: the heating chamber 38 is provided with an electric heating plate for heating, and when the electric heating plate heats, heat is transferred to the inside of the viscera processing chamber 26 through the viscera processing chamber 26 and attached to the inner wall of one side of the heating chamber 38, so that the viscera after the smashing treatment are dried, and after the broken viscera of the large yellow croaker are formed, the broken viscera are discharged from the discharge channel 31 to be reused as flower fertilizers.
Below the discharge channel 31, a granulating machine for granulating dried viscera fragments is installed, which is not shown in the figure, and is a machine for granulating powder, which is common in the prior art, and will not be described herein.
