Description

Fluopicolide-containing suspending agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pesticides, in particular to a fluopyram-containing suspending agent and a preparation method thereof.
Technical Field
Fluopicolide is a new generation of excellent nematicide developed by Bayer corporation and has three major characteristics:
first, fluopyram is the first nematicide to inhibit complex ii, which represents a completely new mechanism of action nematicide. The action mechanism is that the activity of target succinic dehydrogenase is inhibited, thereby disturbing the respiration. When the nematodes are treated by fluopyram, the worms become needle-shaped and the motility decreases sharply.
Second, fluopyram has unique mobility and exhibits significantly different mobility in soil. It can be slowly and uniformly distributed in the soil at the upper layer. So that the root system can be effectively and long-term protected from nematode infection in the rhizosphere range.
Third, it has low toxicity. Fluopicolide is the first nematicidal product in the world that is low in toxicity to users and the environment. It is low in toxicity, environment-friendly, high in efficiency and low in dosage, and can be marketed to make nematode control enter a new era of green and milliliter. Can meet the requirements of environmental safety and can continuously solve the nematode problem.
The inventor finds that the high-content nano-scale fluopyram suspending agent (the particle size D98 is less than 1.000 mu m) can suffer from flocculation, agglomeration, particle growth, difficult grinding, high viscosity and the like in the production process. Is easy to flocculate, agglomerate and grow up during storage. Grinding the drug substance to a small particle size is more likely to cause Oryza sativa. Meanwhile, the finer the particles are, the larger the specific surface area is, the larger the surface energy is, the more aggregation among the particles is easy, and the more auxiliary agents need to be wrapped. Furthermore, at high concentrations, the particles have a much greater chance of Brownian motion collisions than at low concentrations, and under the influence of intermolecular attraction, the high concentration suspending agent forms more chain-like or chain-like network-like aggregates, which are more prone to agglomeration or coalescence. When the product is agglomerated during storage with the inter-particle aggregates merging to become larger, this will lead to precipitation and agglomeration of the product formulation and failure. In addition, the phenomenon of Orderian ripening, which is caused by the difference in solubility of the large and small particles in the high-content suspending agent or the difference in solubility between various crystalline states of some solid pesticidal active ingredients, also leads to instability of the product during storage.
It is known that the viscosity is high, which can cause problems of creaming and even curing during daily transportation due to too high a temperature, and the viscosity is high, which also affects the flowability of the product, which not only affects the ease of processing, but also directly affects metering, packaging and application. Because the fluopyram has high content of active ingredients and is prepared into a nanoscale preparation, the amount of auxiliary agents required to be added is increased, and the viscosity is difficult to control.
Therefore, there is a need for a suspension agent containing fluopyram with small particle size, good particle size stability, small viscosity and high fluopyram content.
