Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a topramezone dispersible oil suspending agent and application thereof.
Background
The green formulation of pesticide is the development direction of pesticide formulation at present, and the water-based and granular formulation is rapidly replacing the traditional formulation products such as missible oil, wettable powder and the like, and gradually becomes the leading role of pesticide market. However, with the rapid increase of the global market demand for green pesticide products, the development and application of new formulation products, especially water-based formulation products, face new challenges. The physical and chemical properties or application effect of some products are not satisfactory for various reasons, such as: the aqueous preparation lacks good cooperativity in matching with auxiliary agents, and the characteristics of some active ingredients are not suitable for preparing water-based preparations and the like. How to solve the problems is very key to the green modification of the pesticide formulations in the future. Processing part of raw pesticide unsuitable for water-based modification into dispersible oil suspending agent is an ideal selection mode. Dispersible oil suspensions (OD) are highly dispersed suspension formulations formed by dispersing a solid pesticidal active ingredient insoluble in an oil solvent in a non-aqueous medium, relying on a surfactant, diluting the formulation with water and using [1 ]. Oil carriers used in dispersible oil suspensions generally have good adhesion and spreading properties, tend to adhere to waxy or smooth leaf surfaces, and tend to form films on plants or targets after spraying. According to the similar compatibility principle, the paint has the advantages of strong permeation conductivity, good adhesion, rain wash resistance, high utilization rate of effective components, better drug effect and environmental protection.
Topramezone is a novel herbicide for treating stem leaves after seedlings, and can effectively prevent and kill off annual gramineae and broadleaf weeds in corn fields. The market of the dosage form of topramezone mainly focuses on suspending agents, missible oil, soluble liquid and the like, and no relevant literature report on the preparation of dispersible oil suspending agents by topramezone is available.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a topramezone dispersible oil suspending agent which does not use any organic solvent, does not generate dust, has low toxicity and irritation, is safe for operators and users, and is a safe and environment-friendly excellent preparation form; and can improve the control effect of the active ingredients when preventing and removing weeds.
The present invention provides the following technical solutions
A topramezone dispersible oil suspending agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-50% of topramezone, 1-10% of emulsifier, 1-10% of dispersant, 1-5% of thickener and the balance of solvent to 100%.
The emulsifier is one or two of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene propylene glycol ether, ammonium dodecylbenzene sulfonate or oleamide propyl betaine; the dispersing agent is one or two of Morwet D425 or sodium lignosulphonate; the thickening agent is one or two of organic bentonite or white carbon black; the solvent can be one or two of methyl oleate or vegetable oil.
Furthermore, the emulsifier in the topramezone dispersible oil suspension agent consists of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene propylene glycol ether and oleamide propyl betaine, and the weight ratio of the polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene propylene glycol ether to the oleamide propyl betaine is 1:3-3: 1.
Further, the dispersing agent in the topramezone dispersible oil suspending agent consists of Morwet D425 and sodium lignosulfonate, and the weight ratio of the Morwet D425 to the sodium lignosulfonate is 1:9-9: 1.
The vegetable oil in the topramezone dispersible oil suspending agent can be corn oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil or castor oil.
The topramezone dispersible oil suspending agent disclosed by the invention is used for preventing and removing weeds in a corn field. Preferably for the control of grassy and broadleaf weeds.
The invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
the dispersible oil suspending agent has no dust pollution in the production process, uses no flammable and explosive organic solvent, is safe for producers and users, is convenient and safe for storage and transportation, is safe for environment, and has low toxicity and irritation. Oil is used as a medium, so that the environmental pollution is reduced, and the preparation is a safe and environment-friendly excellent preparation; and is beneficial to better adhering the liquid medicine to the leaf surfaces of the plants and fast spreading and penetration. Has high drug effect in application, and can improve the prevention and treatment effect of active ingredients compared with other dosage forms.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with examples, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Example 1 emulsifier screening
The test method comprises the following steps: and adding the metered raw pesticide, the auxiliary agent and the dispersion medium into a beaker by adopting a wet grinding process, performing coarse dispersion by using a high-shear dispersion emulsifying machine, then transferring into a vertical sand mill, introducing condensed water, adding a proper amount of zirconia beads, and performing sand milling for 2-3 h to obtain the 20% benzoxaflutole dispersible oil suspending agent with the particle size of 2-4 microns. And (4) detecting each index, and performing cold and hot storage stability experiments after the indexes reach the standard (refer to the manual for making and using pesticide standards of the food and agriculture organization and the world health organization of the United nations).
The formula of the preparation is as follows: topramezone (dosage is 20%), sodium lignosulfonate commonly used in OD is taken as a dispersing agent (dosage is 4%), organic bentonite is taken as a thickening agent (dosage is 2%), and methyl oleate is taken as a solvent (complement to 100%); the emulsifiers and their amounts are shown in Table 1 or Table 2.
TABLE 1 emulsifier screening
As can be seen from table 1, the preparation obtained by using the polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene propylene glycol ether, the ammonium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and the oleamidopropyl betaine has relatively good performance, but a single emulsifier cannot well emulsify an oil phase dispersion medium, and needs to be further optimized.
TABLE 2 emulsifier combination screening
As can be seen from Table 2, the composite emulsifier composed of the polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene propylene glycol ether and the oleamide propyl betaine has excellent dispersibility, stability and low oil separation rate within a certain proportion range.
Example 2 wetting dispersant screening
The test method comprises the following steps: reference is made to the procedure of example 1.
The formula of the preparation is as follows: the composition comprises the following components, by weight, 20% of topramezone, 2% of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene propylene glycol ether as an emulsifier, 4% of oleamidopropyl betaine as an emulsifier, 2% of organic bentonite as a thickener and 100% of methyl oleate as a solvent; the dispersants and the amounts thereof are shown in Table 3 or Table 4.
TABLE 3 dispersant screening
As can be seen from table 3, the performances of the Morwet D425 and the sodium lignosulfonate system are relatively good, but need to be further optimized.
TABLE 4 dispersant combination Screen
As can be seen from Table 4, Morwet D425 and sodium lignosulfonate have more excellent performance, excellent suspension rate, dispersibility, stability and lower oil separation rate.
