本申请涉及一种基于人耳听觉特性检测轴承故障的方法和设备。所述方法包括:a)获得声音/振动‑心理声学烦恼度模型;b)获取轴承的声音和/或振动信号;c)基于获取的声音和/或振动信号计算心理声学参数;d)将计算得到的心理声学参数输入到获得的声音/振动‑心理声学烦恼度模型中得到声音/振动‑心理声学烦恼度指数;e)基于得到的声音/振动‑心理声学烦恼度指数判断轴承故障等级。所述设备包括传感器以及处理器。
