The embodiment of the invention provides a signature management device, which reduces the transaction time, improves the accuracy of the account, effectively improves the compliance, reduces the communication cost and improves the efficiency and service experience of service users.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further includes a second file to be signed generating module, configured to select a corresponding signature module according to the signature application type, and generate a second file to be signed based on the data parameter and the signature module;

Claims (10)

1. A signature management method is applied to a mortgage service management platform and comprises the following steps:
responding to a signature application, and determining a request form and a signature type based on the signature application; the application form comprises service data acquired from an integrated service system;
sending the application form to an office automation system so that the office automation system generates a first file to be signed according to the application form and verifies whether the file to be signed is qualified or not;
obtaining an auditing result sent by the office automation system;
and if the verification result is qualified, determining the signature file based on the signature type and the file to be signed.
2. The signature management method of claim 1, wherein the application form further comprises: a service identification code; the service identification codes correspond to the application forms one to one.
3. The signature management method of claim 1, wherein the application form comprises: a signature application type and data parameters; after the step of determining the application form and the signature type based on the signature application, the method further comprises:
selecting a corresponding signature module according to the signature application type, and generating a second file to be signed based on the data parameters and the signature module;
and sending the second file to be signed to the office automation system so that the office automation system checks whether the second file to be signed is qualified.
4. The signature management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of generating the first file to be signed by the office automation system according to the application form comprises:
the office automation system determines a signature file template according to the signature application type;
and the office automation system generates a first file to be signed based on the data parameters and the signature file template.
5. The signature management method of claim 1, wherein the application form further comprises: a service type label;
prior to the step of sending the application form to an office automation system, the method further comprises:
judging whether the service type label is a production risk or not; if yes, the step of sending the application form to an office automation system is executed;
and if not, performing authorization verification on the application form.
6. The signature management method of claim 5, wherein after the step of authorizing and reviewing the application form, the method further comprises:
if the authorization is not qualified, rejecting the application form;
if the authorization audit is qualified, generating a signature completion file based on the application form;
generating a signature completion file based on the application form, wherein the steps comprise:
generating a blank file based on the application form, and stamping a seal on the blank file to obtain the signature completion file.
7. The signature management method of claim 1, wherein the signature type comprises: an electronic signature;
determining a signature file based on the signature type and the file to be signed, comprising:
and adding an electronic signature to the file to be signed to obtain the signature file.
8. The signature management method of claim 1, wherein the signature type further comprises: printing a real object;
the step of determining the signature file based on the signature type and the file to be signed further comprises: sending the time of using the seal to the office automation system so that the office automation system can check the time of using the seal and determine the result of checking the time of using the seal by the office automation system;
and executing the printing operation based on the result of the printing time to obtain the signature file.
9. A signature management device is applied to a mortgage service management platform and is characterized by comprising:
the signature application determining module is used for responding to a signature application and determining an application form and a signature type based on the signature application; the application form comprises service data acquired from an integrated service system;
