During specific work, during the whole detection: when two full reels 24 rotate to two film 3 locking stations, fix the both ends of film 3 through the pre-fixing subassembly 27 on the full reels 24, then rotate the rotary disk of the upper end of the connecting axle 23 that two are connected with full reels 24, the rotary disk drives full reels 24 rotation, the both ends of film 3 are neatly taut under the coiling effect of two full reels 24, then electric telescopic handle 28 drives arc butt plate 29 upwards to move and support film 3 on full reels 24, simultaneously also carry out tight spacing to the rotation of full reels 24, prevent that connecting axle 23 from driving full reels 24 and film 3 and carry out rotary motion when the wearability detects, influence the wearability detection of film 3, then rotation axis 5 drives drum friction member 7 and rotates and rub film 3 after fixing, film 3 obtains even tensioning because of its both ends of being arranged along its length direction and fixes, so drum friction member 7 is even state to the wearing and tearing of film 3, after the rotation sets for the number of turns, confirm whether film 3 appears the damage, if appear, film 3 wearability is not standard, if not appear damage, then film 3 wearability reaches standard.
When edge detection is performed: the rotating discs on the two adjusting shafts 21 are rotated to drive the two adjusting shafts 21 to rotate, the connecting shafts 23 connected with the end winding drums 26 on the adjusting shafts 21 are rotated to a film 3 locking station, then the connecting plates 22 are locked and fixed through the locking assemblies, then four end angles at two ends of the film 3 are fixed through the pre-fixing assemblies 27 on the four end winding drums 26, then the connecting shafts 23 connected with the end winding drums 26 are rotated, the connecting shafts 23 drive the end winding drums 26 to rotate to tighten the film 3, then the electric telescopic rods 28 push the arc-shaped abutting plates 29 to move upwards, the film 3 is pressed on the end winding drums 26, meanwhile, the rotation of the end winding drums 26 is limited, at the moment, the two sides of the film 3 axially arranged along the cylindrical friction piece 7 are in a tensioning state, and the middle of the film 3 is in a suspending state, so that the abrasion resistance of the film 3 can be detected when the four end angles of the film 3 are tensioned in the process of rotating the cylindrical friction piece 7.
When middle part is detected: repeating the steps, the connecting shaft 23 driving the middle winding drum 25 rotates to a film 3 locking station, the position of the middle winding drum 25 is locked through a locking component, then the middle parts of the two ends of the film 3 which are distributed along the length direction of the film 3 are pre-fixed through a pre-fixing component 27 on the middle winding drum 25, the two ends of the film 3 are wound, the rotation of the middle winding drum 25 is limited through an arc-shaped resisting plate 29, the middle part of the film 3 is in a tensioning state, the four end angles are in a hanging state, then the cylindrical friction piece 7 is rotated to rub the film 3, and when the middle parts of the two ends of the film 3 which are distributed along the length direction of the film 3 are detected to be tensioned and fixed, the wear resistance of the film 3 is detected.
In the above-mentioned detection process, after the pre-fixing assembly 27 fixes the two ends of the film 3 arranged along the length direction thereof, the end face of the film 3, which is close to the cylindrical friction piece 7, is cleaned by the cleaning group 8, so that the accuracy of the abrasion resistance detection of the film 3 is prevented from being affected by the impurities adhered on the film 3.

a cleaning group (8) for cleaning the film (3) is arranged on the fixed ear plate (4);
the fixed group (2) comprises a rectangular fixed plate (20) arranged at the top of the detection bottom plate (1), an adjusting shaft (21) is rotationally connected between the two fixed plates (20) arranged along the width direction of the detection bottom plate (1), a rotating shaft (5) is positioned between the two adjusting shafts (21), three groups of connecting plates (22) arranged along the circumferential direction of the adjusting shafts (21) are arranged on the side wall of the adjusting shafts (21), each group of connecting plates (22) consists of two connecting plates (22) symmetrically arranged along the axial direction of the adjusting shafts (21), a connecting shaft (23) is rotationally connected between the two connecting plates (22) in each group, a full reel (24), a middle reel (25) and two end reels (26) are respectively sleeved on the three connecting shafts (23) on each adjusting shaft (21), the two end reels (26) are symmetrically arranged along the axial direction of one connecting shaft (23), the middle reel (25) is positioned between the two end reels (26), the two ends of the middle reel (25) are positioned between the two end reels (24), the middle reel (25) and the electric reel (26) is symmetrically arranged along the direction of the detection bottom plate (27), the telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod (28) is provided with arc-shaped retaining plates (29) positioned at two sides of the rotating shaft (5), any one of the arc-shaped retaining plates (29) and the full winding drum (24), the middle winding drum (25) and the end winding drum (26) can be matched to fix two ends of the thin film (3) which are distributed along the length direction of the thin film, and the fixing plate (20) is provided with a locking assembly for locking the position of the connecting plate (22).
