Claims (8)

1. An RCA paper tape friction machine comprises a base (1), a paper placing mechanism (2) arranged at one end of the base (1), an object placing table (3) arranged on the base (1), a conveying mechanism (4), a weight regulator (6), a counter (7) and a paper collecting mechanism (8) arranged at the other end of the base (1); the method is characterized in that: the weight adjuster (6) comprises a cross rod (64), a sliding block (63) capable of moving along the length direction of the cross rod (64), a push rod (61) fixedly connected with the sliding block (63), and a locking mechanism for fixing the position of the sliding block (63); the sliding block (63) is sleeved outside the cross rod (64), and a plurality of weight grooves (631) are formed in the sliding block (63).

The RCA tape rubbing machine of claim 1, wherein: the locking mechanism comprises a supporting rod (62) used for lifting the sliding block (63), a first sliding groove (641) used for enabling the supporting rod (62) to move along the length direction of the cross rod (64), a second sliding groove (642) used for limiting the lifting height of the sliding block (63), a visible groove (632) penetrating through the middle part of the sliding block (63), a plurality of square convex blocks (633) arranged at the bottom of the sliding block (63), a plurality of square grooves (643) matched with the square convex blocks (633), and a plurality of clamping blocks (645) distributed on the cross rod (64) at equal intervals; two ends of the supporting rod (62) are movably connected to the push rod (61); the first sliding groove (641), the second sliding groove (642) and the square groove (643) are arranged on the cross rod (64); the sliding block (63) is at least partially inserted into the second sliding groove (642), and the gap distance between the sliding block and the second sliding groove (642) is larger than the height of the clamping block (645); the size of the visual slot (632) is matched with the clamping block (645); the weight grooves (631) are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the visual groove (632).

The RCA tape rubbing machine of claim 1, wherein: the weight adjuster (6) further comprises a groove (644) arranged at one end of the cross rod (64), an end cover (67) matched with the groove (644), a direction indicator (65) arranged on the side wall of the cross rod (64), and a triangular plate (66) arranged on the sliding block (63); the width of the end cap (67) is greater than the width of the crossbar (64).

The RCA tape rubbing machine of claim 1, wherein: the object placing table (3) comprises a lifting platform (31) and a positioning material receiving mechanism (32) arranged on the side of the lifting platform (31); the positioning material receiving mechanism (32) comprises a material receiving box (322), a positioning arm (321) capable of moving along the inner wall of the material receiving box (322), a cleaning brush (323) arranged on the side wall of the material receiving box (322), a sliding rail (324) arranged on the base (1), a base (325) capable of moving along the length direction of the sliding rail (324), a cylinder (326) arranged in the base (325), a brush base (327) arranged on the side wall of the material receiving box (322) and provided with a through groove, a handle (328) arranged on the cleaning brush (323), a tooth socket (329) arranged on the side wall of the material receiving box (322), two rows of circular teeth (330) arranged in the tooth socket (329), a positioning block (331) matched with the circular teeth (330), a grab handle (332) arranged on the positioning block (331), an extension arm (333) arranged in the positioning arm (321) and an arc-shaped handle (334) arranged on the extension arm; the middle part of the positioning arm (321) is hollow; when the cleaning brush (323) is arranged in the brush seat (327), the handle (328) at least partially protrudes out of the brush seat (327).

The RCA paper tape rubbing machine according to claim 4, wherein: the lifting platform (31) comprises a lifting seat (311) arranged on the base (1), a platform (312) sleeved in the lifting seat (311) and a tightening nut (313) used for locking the position of the platform (312); the platform (312) can move along the axial direction of the lifting seat (311).

The RCA tape rubbing machine of claim 1, wherein: the paper placing mechanism (2) comprises a first wheel body (21), a second wheel body (22) opposite to the first wheel body (21), a sliding groove (23) used for moving the first wheel body (21), a plug pin sleeve (24) arranged on the side wall of the sliding groove (23), and a plug pin (25) arranged in the plug pin sleeve (24); the middle part of the side surface of the first wheel body (21) is provided with a cylindrical lug.

The RCA tape rubbing machine of claim 1, wherein: conveying mechanism (4) include friction lever (41), locate friction on friction lever (41) circle (42), locate friction lever (41) tip friction head (43), cover in outside spring (44) of friction lever (41), locate outside support arm (45) of friction lever (41), locate first conveying roller (46) of support arm (45) below, locate second conveying roller (47) of support arm (45) side, locate third conveying roller (48) of support arm (45) top, fourth conveying roller (49), locate level alignment appearance (50) and the drive in support arm (45) the place ahead fourth conveying roller (49) first motor (51) of rotation.
