2. A manufacturing method of a solid wood-imitated TPE composite board is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, firstly adding the triblock copolymer, calcium carbonate and PE wax in the TPE base layer into a stirrer, stirring at the rotating speed of 300 revolutions per minute until the material temperature reaches about 45 ℃, then adding prepared white oil into the stirrer at the speed of 30 liters per minute, continuously stirring, adding an antioxidant into the stirrer after the white oil is uniformly absorbed, continuously stirring, discharging when the material temperature is higher than 85 ℃, and controlling the processes of stirring, heating and mixing the raw materials in the stirrer to be finished within 4-6 minutes;
s2, after the raw materials of the PTE base layer in the S1 are mixed, adding the mixed raw materials into a double-screw mixing granulator for granulation, wherein the temperature of a feed inlet is 135 ℃, the temperature of a machine head is 170 ℃, the temperatures of other regions are 160-200 ℃, and the rotating speed of a screw is 80-500 rpm;
s3, after the mixed raw materials in the S2 are granulated, adding PE wax into the granulated particles, mixing again, drying at 80 ℃ for 4 hours, adding the particles into a double-screw extruder, adjusting the temperature of an extrusion host machine to 200-220 ℃, the temperature of a die head to 180-200 ℃, the thickness of the die head to 1.9mm, and adjusting the rotation speed of a screw, the rotation speed of a roller and the traction speed in a matching manner, and cooling, shaping and cutting the extruded sheet into required sizes;
and S4, after the cutting of the board in the S3 is finished, heating and melting the wood grain layer made of polypropylene through a heater, after the polypropylene is heated and melted, coating the melted polypropylene on the board, and after the polypropylene is coated, respectively coating the KN17 high-molecular ceramic polymer paint and the organic silicon resin which are used as raw materials of the anti-skid wear-resistant layer on the surface of the board coated with the polypropylene.
3. The manufacturing method of the imitated solid wood TPE composite board as claimed in claim 1, wherein a coating extrusion device is required to be used when coating of the raw material is carried out in S4, the coating extrusion device comprises a processing table, moving components are arranged on two sides of the surface of the processing table, a lifting device is arranged behind the processing table, the lifting device comprises a connecting rod, a connecting sleeve is sleeved on the surface of the connecting rod, a hydraulic lifting frame is fixedly arranged on the surface of the connecting sleeve, a placing component is arranged at one end of the hydraulic lifting frame, a coating component is arranged on one side of the placing component, and a conveying device is arranged on the surface of the coating component.
4. The manufacturing method of the imitated solid wood TPE composite board as claimed in claim 3, wherein the moving component comprises two moving grooves, moving blocks are slidably connected inside the two moving grooves, and a moving plate is connected between the two moving blocks.

The manufacturing method of the imitated solid wood TPE composite board material is characterized in that the placing component comprises a placing rack, moving parts are arranged on two sides inside the placing rack, and positioning blocks are connected to two sides of the surface of the placing rack.
6. The method for manufacturing the imitated solid wood TPE composite board as claimed in claim 5, wherein the smearing component comprises a circular rod, a rotating sleeve is sleeved on the surface of the circular rod, and a smearing piece is connected to one side of the rotating sleeve.

The manufacturing method of the imitated solid wood TPE composite board as claimed in claim 6, wherein the conveying device comprises a storage box, a conveying pump is fixedly installed on the surface of the placing frame and on the opposite side of the storage box, the input end and the output end of the conveying pump are both connected with conveying pipes, one end of one of the conveying pipes is connected with one side of the storage box, and one side of the other conveying pipe is connected with one side of the smearing piece.

The manufacturing method of the imitated solid wood TPE composite board as claimed in claim 3, wherein one side of the processing table is provided with an extrusion device, the extrusion device comprises a sliding groove, a sliding block is slidably connected inside the sliding groove, and one side of the sliding block is connected with a circular fixing rod through a connecting block.
9. The manufacturing method of the imitated solid wood TPE composite board is characterized in that the surface of the round fixing rod is sleeved with an adjusting piece, and one side of the adjusting piece is connected with an extrusion piece.

The method for manufacturing the imitated solid wood TPE composite board as claimed in claim 3, wherein the surface of the processing table is provided with a sliding component, the sliding component comprises a sliding groove, a sliding block is slidably connected inside the sliding groove, and a sliding plate is connected to the surface of the sliding block through a circular block.
