The mixing and packaging device of the multicolor plastic straws as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blanking mechanism comprises a rotating shaft (24) rotatably connected in the mouth of the hopper, a blanking roller (22) is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft (24), a plurality of straw grooves (23) are arranged on the circumferential side wall of the blanking roller (22), a transmission shaft (12) is rotatably connected to the support (17), the transmission shaft (12) is in transmission connection with the plurality of rotating shafts (24) through a bevel gear pair (11), and a second motor (13) capable of driving the transmission shaft (12) to rotate is mounted on the support (17).

s4, starting a third air cylinder (8) to drive a push plate (25) to push out the straws gathered in the gathering area (21), guiding the straws into a discharging barrel (28) through a guide hopper (26), sleeving the packaging bags on the discharging barrel (28), opening the bag openings through a bag opening component, pushing a bundle of straw parts into the bags, unloading the packaging bags, and completely pulling the plastic straws into the bags to finish the bagging process.
