s3, the driving traction roller 21 rotates and simultaneously drives the rotating shaft 51 and the turning rod 52 to rotate, so that the cut single plastic bag is lifted by the turning rod 52 to be separated from the upper surface of the supporting plate 25, and the rotation of the rotating shaft 51 is matched with the arrangement of the negative pressure fan blades 53, a certain adsorption effect can be generated on the turning rod 52, so that the single plastic bag is adsorbed on the turning rod 52 and is taken away;
