1. The production and processing technology of the degradable plastic bag is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, preparing a film: putting a plurality of raw materials into a reaction kettle for melting treatment, and forming a plastic film by using film blowing equipment;
s2, blanking: the molded plastic film obtained in the S1 is wound inside the winding and unwinding assembly (1) and the winding and unwinding assembly (2) together;
s3, cooling and dedusting: starting the cooling and dust removing assembly (3), cooling the surface of the formed plastic film, and sweeping dust on the surface of the plastic film;
s4, heat sealing and pressing: starting a heat sealing machine (4) according to actual production specifications, and sealing and forming the film cooled and cleaned in the step S3 in a segmented manner to obtain a formed degradable plastic bag (7);
s5, point breaking: the point breaking mechanism (5) is started, and the tail part of the degradable plastic bag (7) formed in the step S4 can be subjected to point breaking treatment;
s6, leveling and winding: according to the furling height of the degradable plastic bag (7), the leveling component (6) is correspondingly started, so that the surface of the degradable plastic bag (7) which is broken by the S5 point can be leveled, and finally the degradable plastic bag is furled into the furling component (2).
2. The production and processing equipment for the degradable plastic bags is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the winding and unwinding assembly (1) comprises first support plates (11), connecting columns (12), a first motor (13) and a speed reducer (14), a first shaft rod (15) and a second shaft rod (17) penetrate through the insides of the two first support plates (11), a first driving wheel (16) is sleeved at each of two ends of the first shaft rod (15), a first driven wheel (18) and a winding roller (110) are sleeved at each of two ends of the second shaft rod (17), and a first belt (19) is sleeved on the outsides of the first driving wheel (16) and the first driven wheel (18) together;
the cooling and dust removing assembly (3) comprises a fan (31) and a first supporting seat (32), an air duct (33) is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the first supporting seat (32), through air outlets (35) are fixedly mounted at two ends of the bottom of the air duct (33) and above the degradable plastic bag (7), and cleaning brushes (36) are fixedly mounted at the front side of the air duct (33) and corresponding to the air outlets (35);
the spot-breaking mechanism (5) comprises a first adjusting component (51), two ends of the first adjusting component (51) are sleeved with a second supporting plate (52) and a third supporting plate (53) which are symmetrical, one sides of the second supporting plate (52) and the third supporting plate (53) are fixedly connected with a pressing head (56) through a second adjusting component (54) and a third adjusting component (55), and the bottom of the pressing head (56) is fixedly provided with a spot-breaking needle head (57);
a levelling assembly (6), the levelling assembly (6) comprising a second support base (61) and a levelling plate (62), the second support base (61) and the levelling plate (62) together forming an adjustable fixed connection by means of a hydraulic rod (63).

The production and processing equipment of the degradable plastic bag according to claim 2, wherein the first adjusting assembly (51) comprises a third supporting seat (511) and a second motor (517), a first screw rod (512) and a second screw rod (513) with opposite thread directions are respectively penetrated through the bottom of the third supporting seat (511), a first wire cylinder (514) and a second wire cylinder (515) are respectively sleeved outside the first screw rod (512) and the second screw rod (513), a second driven wheel (516) is sleeved on adjacent end surfaces of the first screw rod (512) and the second screw rod (513) together, and a second driving wheel (518) is sleeved on a power driving end of the second motor (517).

The production and processing equipment of degradable plastic bags according to claim 2, wherein the second adjusting assembly (54) comprises a fourth supporting seat (541) and a third motor (542), a third screw rod (543) penetrates through the inside of the fourth supporting seat (541), a third screw cylinder (544) is connected to the outside of the third screw rod (543) in a threaded manner, and a connecting plate (545) is fixedly installed on the outside of the third screw cylinder (544).

The production and processing equipment for the degradable plastic bags according to claim 2, wherein the power driving end of the first motor (13) is connected with a speed reducer (14), the output end of the speed reducer (14) is connected with a first shaft rod (15), the structures of the reeling and unreeling component (1) and the reeling and unreeling component (2) are the same, and the structures of the second adjusting component (54) and the third adjusting component (55) are the same.

The production and processing equipment of degradable plastic bags according to claim 2, characterized in that an air inlet pipe (37) is fixedly installed at the air inlet end of the fan (31), a filter plate (38) is fixedly installed at one end inside the air inlet pipe (37), and the air outlet end of the fan (31) forms a through fixed connection structure with the air duct (33) through the air outlet pipe (34).
