Liquid gasification is a gas-liquid phase change process, and the efficiency of phase change heat dissipation is far higher than that of conventional heat dissipation means such as conduction, convection and radiation. The heat can be rapidly discharged from the tank, and the data storage module is protected.
The data storage phase change heat dissipation device aiming at the fire-resistant burning is put into fire test equipment to perform a fire test, and the test conditions are as follows: the heat flux is not less than 158kW/m 2 The temperature is kept between 950 ℃ and 1100 ℃, and the test time is 1 hour.
