In the present invention, the partially aqueous defoaming agent is particularly preferably the first aqueous defoaming agent. In the present invention, the part of the film-forming assistant is particularly preferably the first film-forming assistant.
After the first mixture is obtained, the first mixture, titanium dioxide, mica powder, calcined kaolin, silica micropowder and hollow glass microspheres are stirred and mixed for the second time to obtain a second mixture; the rotation speed of the second stirring and mixing is preferably 800-1000r/min, and more preferably 850-950 r/min; the time for the first stirring and mixing is preferably 15 to 20min, and more preferably 15.5 to 17min.
After the second mixture is obtained, the second mixture, the styrene-acrylic polymer and the residual water-based defoaming agent are mixed for the third time to obtain a third mixture; the rotating speed of the third stirring and mixing is preferably 400-600 r/min, and more preferably 450-550 r/min; the time for the third stirring and mixing is preferably 5 to 10min, and more preferably 5.5 to 8min. In the present invention, the residual aqueous defoaming agent is particularly preferably a second aqueous defoaming agent.
After the third mixed material is obtained, fourth mixing the third mixed material, the potash water glass, the residual film-forming assistant, the mildew preventive and the surfactant to obtain a fourth mixed material; the rotation speed of the fourth stirring and mixing is preferably 400-600 r/min, and more preferably 450-550 r/min; the fourth stirring and mixing time is preferably 10 to 15min, and more preferably 11 to 13min. In the present invention, the remaining film-forming assistant is particularly preferably a second film-forming assistant.
After the fourth mixture is obtained, the fourth mixture, ammonia water and the rest camphor tree liquid medicine are mixed for the fifth time to obtain the water-based interior wall coating which is prepared from the traditional Chinese medicinal materials and has the mosquito-proof effect.
In the present invention, the mixing is preferably carried out in a production cylinder.
The invention provides the application of the water-based interior wall coating with the mosquito-proof effect prepared by the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the technical scheme or the water-based interior wall coating with the mosquito-proof effect prepared by the preparation method in the technical scheme as the interior wall coating of a house.
In the present invention, the application preferably comprises the steps of: coating the water-based interior wall coating with the anti-mosquito effect, which is prepared by using the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, on the surface of the interior wall coated with the primer layer, and obtaining an interior wall coating on the surface of the primer layer; the thickness of the inner wall coating is 60-80 μm.
In the invention, after the inner wall coating is obtained, the appearance, surface drying time, actual drying time, low-temperature film forming property and gloss of the inner wall coating are preferably detected; and (3) detecting the comprehensive properties (including water resistance, alkali resistance, scrubbing resistance and flame retardance) after drying for 7 days under natural environment conditions.
In order to further illustrate the present invention, the following detailed description of the technical solutions provided by the present invention is made with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
The sources of raw materials used in the practice of the invention are as follows:

calcined kaolin (SX-80A sanxin);
mica powder (1250 mesh Chuzhou);

Example 1
Cleaning the trunks, roots and branches of the camphor trees, stacking the trunks, roots and branches in an outdoor shady and ventilated place, and airing for 60 days to obtain camphor tree raw material blocks after moisture on the inner layer and the surface is aired; putting 1 ton of camphor tree raw material lump material into a 5 cubic boiler, then adding 3 tons of tap water, and covering the boiler cover; heating with natural gas, heating at constant temperature when the water in the boiler reaches 100 deg.C, decocting with slow fire for 2 hr, detecting the yellowish color of Cinnamomum camphora material liquid with pH of 7.5 + -0.5, and extinguishing; cooling by introducing cooling water, vacuumizing the camphor tree liquid medicine into the blending kettle, filtering by using a 200-mesh filter screen in the extraction process to obtain the camphor tree liquid medicine, and diluting the solid content of the camphor tree liquid medicine to 10% by using deionized water;
according to the formula of the water-based interior wall coating with the anti-mosquito effect prepared from the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the example 1 provided in table 1, the water-based interior wall coating with the anti-mosquito effect prepared from the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is prepared;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
slowly adding cellulose into camphor tree liquid medicine, and stirring at 800 rpm until the cellulose is fully dissolved to obtain a cellulose solution;
slowly adding a water-based dispersing agent, a first defoaming agent, a water-based wetting agent, a first film-forming auxiliary agent and camphor tree liquid medicine into the cellulose solution, and stirring for 5 minutes at 300 revolutions per minute; obtaining a first feed liquid;
adding rutile type titanium dioxide, mica powder, calcined kaolin, silica fume and hollow glass microspheres into the first feed liquid, stirring for 15 minutes at 800 rpm, and detecting no particles to obtain a second feed liquid;
adding the styrene-acrylic polymer and a second defoaming agent into the second material liquid, and stirring for 5 minutes at 400 rpm to obtain a third material liquid;
adding potash water glass, a second film forming auxiliary agent, a mildew preventive and a surfactant into a third feed liquid in a production cylinder, and stirring at a medium speed of 400 revolutions per minute for 10 minutes to obtain a fourth feed liquid;
and adjusting the pH value of the fourth feed liquid to 8.5-9 by adopting ammonia water, and then adjusting the viscosity of the fourth feed liquid to 80-90 KU by adopting camphor tree medicinal liquid to obtain the water-based interior wall coating with the anti-mosquito effect, which is prepared by utilizing traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
Example 2

according to the formula of the water-based interior wall coating with the anti-mosquito effect prepared from the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the example 2 provided in the table 1, the water-based interior wall coating with the anti-mosquito effect prepared from the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is prepared;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
slowly adding cellulose into camphor tree liquid medicine, and stirring at 1000 rpm until the cellulose is fully dissolved to obtain a cellulose solution;
slowly adding a water-based dispersing agent, a first defoaming agent, a water-based wetting agent, a first film-forming auxiliary agent and camphor tree liquid medicine into the cellulose solution, and stirring for 10 minutes at 400 revolutions per minute; obtaining a first feed liquid;
adding rutile type titanium dioxide, mica powder, calcined kaolin, wollastonite powder and hollow glass microspheres into the first feed liquid, stirring for 20 minutes at 1000 rpm, and detecting that no particles exist to obtain a second feed liquid;
adding the styrene-acrylic polymer and a second defoaming agent into the second material liquid, and stirring for 10 minutes at 600 rpm to obtain a third material liquid;
adding the potash water glass, the second film forming auxiliary agent, the mildew preventive and the surfactant into the third feed liquid in the production cylinder, and stirring at the medium speed of 600 revolutions per minute for 15 minutes to obtain a fourth feed liquid;
and adjusting the pH value of the fourth feed liquid to 8.5-9 by adopting ammonia water, and then adjusting the viscosity of the fourth feed liquid to 80-90 KU by adopting camphor tree medicinal liquid to obtain the water-based interior wall coating with the anti-mosquito effect, which is prepared by utilizing traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
Example 3

the preparation method comprises the following steps:
slowly adding cellulose into camphor tree liquid medicine, and stirring at 900 revolutions per minute until the cellulose is fully dissolved to obtain a cellulose solution;
slowly adding a water-based dispersing agent, a first defoaming agent, a water-based wetting agent, a first film-forming auxiliary agent and camphor tree liquid medicine into the cellulose solution, and stirring for 8 minutes at 350 revolutions per minute; obtaining a first feed liquid;
adding rutile type titanium dioxide, mica powder, calcined kaolin, wollastonite powder and hollow glass microspheres into the first feed liquid, stirring for 18 minutes at 900 revolutions per minute, and detecting that no particles exist to obtain a second feed liquid;
adding the styrene-acrylic polymer and a second defoaming agent into the second material liquid, and stirring for 8 minutes at 500 revolutions per minute to obtain a third material liquid;
adding potash water glass, a second film forming auxiliary agent, a mildew preventive and a surfactant into a third feed liquid in a production cylinder, and stirring at a medium speed of 500 revolutions per minute for 12 minutes to obtain a fourth feed liquid;
and adjusting the pH value of the fourth feed liquid to 8.5-9 by adopting ammonia water, and then adjusting the viscosity of the fourth feed liquid to 80-90 KU by adopting camphor tree medicinal liquid to obtain the water-based interior wall coating with the anti-mosquito effect, which is prepared by utilizing traditional Chinese medicinal materials.

Comparative example 1
The organic-inorganic hybrid flame-retardant mildew-resistant coating is prepared according to the preparation method described in example 1 of Chinese patent CN 113621261A.
Application example 1
Carrying out sealing primer construction on the integrated plate, after the integrated plate is dried thoroughly for 12 hours, respectively brushing the inner wall coatings prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative example 1, controlling the construction thickness to be 60-80 micrometers, and detecting appearance, surface drying time, actual drying time, low-temperature film forming property and gloss after construction; and (4) drying for 7 days under natural environment conditions to detect the comprehensive properties (water resistance, alkali resistance, scrubbing resistance and flame retardance). Raw paint detection items: viscosity, contrast ratio, low temperature stability, VOC content, free formaldehyde content, (total of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene content), heavy metal content, glycol ether and esters thereof.
The comprehensive performance of the product is detected by GB/T9756-2018 synthetic resin emulsion interior wall coating and GB/T8624-2012 building material and product combustion performance and grading.
The results of the overall performance tests are shown in table 2.

It can be seen from examples 1 to 3 that the larger the ratio of the potash water glass to the styrene-acrylic polymer is, the stronger the flame retardant performance is, and the smaller the mass loss rate is, but the average temperature rise in the furnace is almost the same. According to the invention, camphor tree liquid medicine is used as a diluent, and the produced inorganic paint for the inner wall ensures that all performances meet various indexes in GB/T9756-2018 synthetic resin emulsion inner wall paint and GB/T8624-2012 building material and product combustion performance and grading standards, and has the effects of preventing mosquitoes and simultaneously achieving the effect of purifying air. According to the invention, the hollow glass beads and the silica powder are added in the formula, so that gaps among the coatings are enhanced, more abundant camphor tree medicinal components are stored in the coatings, and the long-acting insect prevention effect is achieved. The mildew resistance and the mildew resistance durability both meet the standard requirements in JC/2177-2013 diatom ooze decorative wall material. The coating product provided by the invention utilizes camphor trees as medicinal materials to obtain the coating with the medicinal efficacy, and the product passes third-party detection.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it is only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments, and other embodiments can be obtained without inventive step according to the embodiments, and all of the embodiments belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The water-based interior wall coating with the mosquito-proof effect, which is prepared from traditional Chinese medicinal materials, is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
20 to 25 percent of potash water glass, 5 to 10 percent of styrene-acrylic polymer, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of cellulose, 0.9 to 1.5 percent of water-based auxiliary agent, 1 to 3 percent of film-forming auxiliary agent, 36 to 55 percent of inorganic filler, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of mildew preventive, 22 to 23.6 percent of camphor tree liquid medicine, 0.6 to 1 percent of surfactant and 0.5 to 1 percent of ammonia water;
the camphor tree liquid medicine is prepared by mixing and decocting camphor tree raw materials and water, and the solid content of the camphor tree liquid medicine is 5-15%;
the water-based auxiliary agent comprises a water-based dispersing agent, a water-based wetting agent and a water-based defoaming agent;
the inorganic filler comprises titanium dioxide, calcined kaolin, mica powder, silica powder and hollow glass microspheres;
the mass percentage of the ammonia water is less than or equal to 25 percent.
2. The water-based interior wall coating material according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the camphor tree water comprises the following steps:
mixing the camphor tree raw material with water to obtain a mixture; the camphor tree raw material comprises one or more of a trunk, branches and roots of the camphor tree;
heating the mixture to boiling for decocting to obtain a decocted feed liquid; the temperature for boiling is 100 ℃, and the time for boiling is 1-3 h;
and carrying out solid-liquid separation on the decocted feed liquid to obtain the camphor tree liquid medicine.
3. The water-based interior wall coating material according to claim 1, wherein the water-based auxiliary agent comprises 0.5-0.8% of water-based dispersant, 0.1-0.2% of water-based wetting agent and 0.3-0.5% of water-based defoaming agent.
4. The water-based interior wall coating of claim 1, wherein the inorganic filler comprises 15-20% of titanium dioxide, 5-10% of calcined kaolin, 3-5% of mica powder, 10-15% of silica micropowder and 3-5% of hollow glass microspheres.
5. The aqueous interior wall coating of claim 1 or 3, wherein the aqueous defoamer comprises a first aqueous defoamer being a basf defoamer, foamstar a10, and a second aqueous defoamer being a rosidiya DF-681F defoamer.
6. The aqueous interior wall coating of claim 1, wherein the film-forming aid comprises a first film-forming aid and a second film-forming aid, wherein the first film-forming aid is propylene glycol, and the second film-forming aid is film-forming aid AH-12.
7. The preparation method of the water-based interior wall coating with anti-mosquito effect prepared from the traditional Chinese medicinal materials according to any one of claims 1 to 6 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing cellulose, camphor tree liquid medicine, a water-based auxiliary agent, a film forming auxiliary agent, an inorganic filler, a styrene-acrylic polymer, potash water glass, a mildew preventive, a surfactant and ammonia water to obtain the water-based interior wall coating with the mosquito-proof effect, which is prepared by utilizing traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the mixing comprises the steps of:
dissolving the cellulose in a first part of camphor tree medicinal water to obtain a cellulose solution;
mixing the cellulose solution, the water-based dispersing agent, part of water-based defoaming agent, the water-based wetting agent, part of film-forming auxiliary agent and a second part of camphor tree liquid medicine under first stirring to obtain a first mixture; the rotating speed of the first stirring and mixing is 300-400 r/min, and the time of the first stirring and mixing is 5-10 min;
secondly stirring and mixing the first mixture, titanium dioxide, mica powder, calcined kaolin, silica micropowder and hollow glass microspheres to obtain a second mixture; the rotating speed of the second stirring and mixing is 800-1000r/min, and the time of the first stirring and mixing is 15-20 min;
thirdly mixing the second mixture, the styrene-acrylic polymer and the residual aqueous defoaming agent to obtain a third mixture; the rotating speed of the third stirring and mixing is 400-600 r/min, and the time of the third stirring and mixing is 5-10 min;
fourthly, mixing the third mixed material, the potash water glass, the rest film-forming auxiliary agent, the mildew preventive and the surfactant to obtain a fourth mixed material; the rotating speed of the fourth stirring and mixing is 400-600 r/min, and the time of the fourth stirring and mixing is 10-15 min;
and mixing the fourth mixture, ammonia water and the rest camphor tree liquid medicine for the fifth time to obtain the water-based interior wall coating with the mosquito-proof effect, which is prepared from the traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
9. The use of the water-based interior wall coating with anti-mosquito effect prepared from the Chinese medicinal materials according to any one of claims 1 to 6 or the water-based interior wall coating with anti-mosquito effect prepared from the Chinese medicinal materials according to the preparation method of claim 7 or 8 as an interior wall coating of a house.

The application according to claim 9, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: coating the water-based interior wall coating with the anti-mosquito effect, which is prepared by using the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, on the surface of the interior wall coated with the primer layer, and obtaining an interior wall coating on the surface of the primer layer; the thickness of the inner wall coating is 60-80 μm.
