Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an agrochemical formulation, in particular to an agrochemical suspension concentrate formulation, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Agrochemical formulations are generally applied as sprays, usually with water as the main medium, wherein one formulation is a suspension of solid particles, the agrochemical active (poorly soluble or insoluble in water) is first formulated into a concentrate (suspension concentrate) which is diluted to a spray at the time of use.
However, the existing agrochemical formulations have the defects of unstable suspension of solid particles, easy precipitation, high viscosity after a large amount of thickening agents are added, difficult production, split charging, poor service performance and the like, and need to be improved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an agrochemical suspension concentrate formulation, a preparation method and application thereof.
In order to achieve the object of the present invention, in a first aspect, the present invention provides an agrochemical suspension concentrate formulation, which is in the form of a suspension of solid particles, and which is dilutable in water, comprising one or more agrochemical active ingredients and bacterial cellulose, the mass ratio of the bacterial cellulose in the formulation being 0.001% -2%, preferably 0.01% -1%.
Theoretically, bacterial cellulose can form three-dimensional network structures in various systems due to its unique size ratio. This network can be used to stabilize solid particles in a suspension. In the industrial production of bacterial cellulose, people have found high-yield, difficult-to-contaminate and acid-resistant bacteria cellulose producing bacteria (such as colt shaped bacillus Komagataeibacter sp. ATCA 301) by directly screening from the nature, so that the large-scale production and wide application of the bacterial cellulose are possible.
In practical application, the pesticide has a complex system, large solid particle content, different specific gravities of solid particles of various active substances, and variable components of the surfactant and the dispersant. Therefore, it is desirable to optimize the ratio of bacterial cellulose to other stabilizers and dispersants in the formulation to achieve the desired stabilization effect.
Further, the agrochemical suspension concentrate formulation of the present invention may further include:
(1) One or more humectants; and/or
(2) One or more dispersants; and/or
(3) One or more adjuvants; and/or.
(4) One or more thickening agents; and/or.
(5) One or more anti-freeze agents; and/or.
(6) One or more defoaming agents; and/or.
(7) One or more preservatives.
In the present invention, the agrochemical active ingredient may be selected from at least one of a plant growth regulator, a herbicide, and a pesticide (bactericide, insecticide). The active ingredient is not readily soluble in water, has limited solubility in water, and is present in the concentrate primarily as solid particles. At the same time, solid particles of agrochemical active ingredients are easily precipitated and connected to one another, resulting in difficulty in uniform dispersion after storage.
The bacterial cellulose may be cellulose produced by Acetobacter xylinum, enterobacter, vibrio foeniculi or other bacteria, preferably Vibrio foeniculi (Komagataeibacter sp.) ATC301 with the preservation number of CGMCC No. 17875. The cellulose has an average diameter of 0.01 to 10 μm, preferably 0.1 to 1 μm.
See zl 910801923.X for al shaped bacillus ATC301.
When unadjuvanted, the agrochemical suspension concentrate formulation of the present invention has the following weight% composition:
the agrochemical active ingredients are 50-90
0-2 of bacterial cellulose
3 to 8 parts of dispersant
Wetting agent 2-4
0-5 parts of thickening agent and/or antifreeze agent and/or defoaming agent and/or preservative
The water is filled to 100.
When included, the agrochemical suspension concentrate formulation of the present invention has the following composition in weight percent:
20-50 parts of agrochemical active ingredients
0-2 of bacterial cellulose
Adjuvant 20-40
3 to 8 parts of dispersant
Wetting agent 2-4
0-5 parts of thickening agent and/or antifreeze agent and/or defoaming agent and/or preservative
The water is filled to 100.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing said formulation, comprising the steps of:
A. weighing the raw materials in proportion, adding the agricultural chemical active ingredients, the bacterial cellulose, the dispersing agent, the adjuvant, the defoaming agent and the preservative into water, and uniformly mixing;
B. and D, adding a thickening agent and an antifreeze agent into the mixed system obtained in the step A, and uniformly stirring.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides an atrazine suspension concentrate formulation consisting of:
wherein the bacterial cellulose is cellulose produced by Acetobacter xylinum, and the average diameter of the cellulose is 0.01-10 μm.
In a fourth aspect, the present invention provides a diulon suspension concentrate formulation consisting of:
wherein the bacterial cellulose is cellulose produced by Acetobacter xylinum, and the average diameter of the cellulose is 0.01-10 μm.
In a fifth aspect, the present invention provides the use of the agrochemical suspension concentrate formulation in plant cultivation, agricultural disease control.
In a sixth aspect, the present invention provides a method of treating a plant, the method comprising: the agrochemical suspension concentrate formulation is diluted with water and sprayed onto the plant or the soil surrounding the plant rhizosphere.
By the technical scheme, the invention at least has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
the agrochemical suspension concentrate formulations of the present invention have a low amount of bacterial cellulose added thereto, and are characterized by a good suspending effect, and can suspend a variety of pesticidal active ingredients such as plant growth regulators, herbicides, biocides (e.g., insecticides, fungicides, arachnids, nematicides, snails, chller-killers, bactericides, molluscicides) and bird repellents.
Second, the agrochemical suspension concentrate formulations of the present invention have a lower viscosity than similar products commonly found on the market where thickeners are used to achieve the suspending effect. The low viscosity facilitates production, distribution and use of agrochemical products.
And (III) the product uses pure natural bacterial cellulose to achieve the effect of suspending solid particles, does not need any petrochemical products or synthetic raw materials, and is completely biodegradable. The method plays a demonstration role in energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection for other products.

The cylinder was inverted several times and left for 0.5 hours. The 90% supernatant liquid was aspirated off with a suction tube, taking care not to disturb the pellet. The remaining liquid and precipitate were transferred to an evaporation tray and dried in an oven at 50 ℃ to constant weight. The resulting powder was weighed (x grams). The dispersion (%) is the mass percent of powder in the upper 90% water of the particle formulation added, and is given by the formula:
dispersity (%) = (3-x)/3 × 100%
The closer to 90% the dispersion, the more uniform the dispersion.
Suspension property: for comparison of the suspensibility of the diluted formulations in water. Diluted with tap water and purified water, respectively, in 100mL graduated cylinders containing samples of the agrochemical suspension formulation). The depth of the deposit after 4 hours is the suspensibility (in mm). The better the suspension, the smaller the deposit depth.
The results show that the agrochemical suspension formulation using bacterial cellulose as the suspending agent has low viscosity, and the diluted formulation has the advantages of high dispersity and high suspensibility no matter diluted in tap water or purified water:
(1) The viscosity of the concentrated formulation was only 350mPa · s and 450mPa · s in terms of the viscosity of the suspension formulation. The viscosity is very low, which is beneficial to production, transportation and dilution.
(2) In terms of dispersion degree, no matter the dispersion degree is diluted by tap water or purified water, the dispersion degree is about 90%, and the solid particles are uniformly dispersed after dilution.
(3) In terms of suspensibility, no obvious solid particles deposit after the preparation liquid is diluted by tap water or purified water.
Example 4 high temperature accelerated stability testing of formulations
The concentrated formulations of examples 1 and 2 were placed in a constant temperature oven at 40 ℃ for six months and then removed, and the viscosity, dispersibility and stability after dilution were measured according to the method of example 3, and the results are shown in Table 2.
