Background

The fixed rotating shaft 4 is inserted into the shaft hole 21 of the pulley 2, the first through hole H1 of the upper end portion 11 of the guide rail 1 and the second through hole H2 of the adapter frame 3a, and the pulley 2, the guide rail 1 and the guide rail fixing portion 31 of the adapter frame 3a are mutually laminated and limited between the first end portion 41 and the second end portion 42 of the fixed rotating shaft 4, and the pulley 2 is rotatably sleeved corresponding to the sleeving portion 43.

Claims

1. A window lifter with an adapter bracket, the window lifter being secured to a door panel and comprising:

a guide rail;

at least one pulley;

at least one adapter rack, which is adapted to the guide rail to the door panel and has a guide rail fixing part and a door panel fixing part;

the pulley and the guide rail fixing part of the adapter frame are jointly fixed on the guide rail by the fixed rotating shaft, and the pulley can rotate relative to the fixed rotating shaft; and

the door panel fixing part of the adapter rack is fixed at a preset position of the door panel by the fixing part.

2. The window regulator with adapter frame of claim 1, wherein the guide rail has a first through hole, the guide rail fixing portion has a second through hole, the pulley has a shaft hole, the fixing shaft passes through the shaft hole, the first through hole and the second through hole and has two ends and a socket portion between the two ends, the pulley, the guide rail and the guide rail fixing portion are laminated to each other and constrained between the two ends, and the pulley is rotatably fitted to the socket portion.

3. The window regulator with adapter frame of claim 1, wherein the fixing member is provided in two, the door panel fixing portion has two fixing holes, and each fixing member passes through each fixing hole to jointly fix the door panel fixing portion to the door panel.

4. The window regulator of claim 1, wherein the adapter frame further comprises a beam bridging between the rail mount and the door panel mount.

5. The window regulator having an adapter frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pulley, the adapter frame, the fixing shaft and the fixing member are provided in two numbers, each of the pulley and the guide fixing portion of each of the adapter frame is fixed to a different portion of the guide by each of the fixing shafts, respectively, and the door panel fixing portion of each of the adapter frames is fixed to two predetermined positions of the door panel by each of the fixing members, respectively.

6. The window regulator of claim 1, wherein the adapter bracket is adapted to fit an end of the guide rail to a predetermined location of the door panel.
