According to the invention, the function of driving the main shaft 2a to rotate is realized through the rotary driver 2b1, the worm 2b2 and the worm wheel 2b3, and the effect of stably driving the main shaft 2a to rotate at a uniform speed is achieved through the transmission of the worm 2b2 and the worm wheel 2b3; the rotary driver 2b1 is preferably a servo motor, and the servo motor is electrically connected with the controller; after the raw materials are injected into the shell 1 from the feed inlet 1a, a signal is sent to the rotary driver 2b1 through the controller, the rotary driver 2b1 drives the worm 2b2 to rotate, the worm 2b2 drives the worm wheel 2b3 in transmission connection with the worm 2b2 to rotate, the worm wheel 2b3 drives the main shaft 2a to rotate, the chocolate is mixed, and after the chocolate is processed, the materials are taken out from the discharge outlet 1b to be processed later, such as casting.
Referring to fig. 1, 6 and 7: the regulating device 3 further comprises a pressure sensor 3c; the pressure sensor 3c is fixedly arranged on the limiting plate 3 a; both ends of the first elastic piece 3b are fixedly connected with the limiting plate 3a and the first annular mounting frame 2d respectively.
The invention realizes the real-time monitoring of the pressure condition of the first elastic piece 3b through the pressure sensor 3c; when the pressure sensor 3c is stressed greatly, it indicates that the first stirring blade 2e is blocked greatly, if the first elastic piece 3b is compressed to the shortest, the first elastic piece will lose the buffering function, and the limiting plate 3a will abut against the first annular mounting frame 2d at this time, so as to protect the parts from damage, after the pressure sensor 3c feeds back a signal to the controller, the controller sends a signal to the rotary driving assembly 2b, and the driving of the rotary driving assembly 2b is stopped, so that an operator can check the parts, and the cost loss is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 6: the adjusting device 3 further comprises a sealing ring 3d, the sealing ring 3d being fixedly sleeved on the first annular mounting frame 2 d.
The sealing ring 3d has the advantages that the sealing performance of the first mounting seat 2c is improved, the protection of the first mounting seat 2c is effectively improved, the corrosion of chocolate raw materials to parts is avoided, and meanwhile, the pollution of the parts to the chocolate raw materials is also avoided; in order to avoid chocolate raw materials entering the first mounting seat 2c, the chocolate raw materials directly contact with parts such as the limiting plate 3a and the first elastic piece 3b, and the like, the sealing ring 3d is sleeved on the first annular mounting frame 2d and used for isolating the first mounting seat 2c from the chocolate raw materials, namely, the parts are prevented from polluting the food raw materials, and meanwhile, the food raw materials are prevented from corroding the parts.

the stirring device (2) comprises a main shaft (2 a), a rotary driving assembly (2 b), a first mounting seat (2 c), a first annular mounting frame (2 d) and a first stirring blade (2 e);
the main shaft (2 a) is rotatably arranged in the shell (1);
the rotary driving assembly (2 b) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the shell (1), and the driving end of the rotary driving assembly (2 b) is coaxially and fixedly connected with the main shaft (2 a);
a plurality of first installation seats (2 c) are arranged, and the first installation seats (2 c) are sleeved on the main shaft (2 a) at equal intervals;
the first annular mounting frame (2 d) is rotatably sleeved on the first mounting seat (2 c);
the first stirring blades (2 e) are provided with a plurality of stirring blades, the first stirring blades (2 e) are fixedly arranged on the first annular mounting frame (2 d), and the whole first stirring blades (2 e) are spiral;
the adjusting device (3) comprises a limiting plate (3 a) and a first elastic piece (3 b);
the limiting plate (3 a) is fixedly arranged on the first mounting seat (2 c);
two ends of the first elastic piece (3 b) are fixedly connected with the limiting plate (3 a) and the first annular mounting frame (2 d) respectively;
the device also comprises a rotation control device (5), wherein the rotation control device (5) comprises a second mounting seat (5 a), a first matching component (5 b), a butt joint ring (5 c) and a linear driving component (5 d);
the second mounting seat (5 a) is fixedly sleeved on the main shaft (2 a);
the first matching component (5 b) is sleeved on the main shaft (2 a) in a sliding way;
the docking ring (5 c) is fixedly arranged on the first mounting seat (2 c), the docking ring (5 c) is detachably connected with the first matching component (5 b) in a transmission way, and the first mounting seat (2 c) is rotatably sleeved on the main shaft (2 a);
the linear driving assembly (5 d) is fixedly arranged on the second mounting seat (5 a), and the driving end of the linear driving assembly (5 d) is in transmission connection with the first matching assembly (5 b);
the first matching component (5 b) comprises a third mounting seat (5 b 1), a top column (5 b 2) and a second elastic piece (5 b 3);
the third installation seat (5 b 1) is sleeved on the main shaft (2 a) in a sliding manner, the third installation seat (5 b 1) is connected with the main shaft (2 a) through a guide flat key, and the third installation seat (5 b 1) is in transmission connection with the driving end of the linear driving assembly (5 d);
the plurality of jacking posts (5 b 2) are arranged, the jacking posts (5 b 2) are slidably mounted on the third mounting seat (5 b 1), the plurality of jacking posts (5 b 2) are arranged symmetrically about the center of the axis of the third mounting seat (5 b 1), and the butt joint ring (5 c) is provided with grooves matched with the jacking posts (5 b 2);
two ends of the second elastic piece (5 b 3) are fixedly connected with the third mounting seat (5 b 1) and the top column (5 b 2) respectively;
the linear driving assembly (5 d) comprises a third elastic piece (5 d 1) and an electromagnetic ring (5 d 2);
two ends of the third elastic piece (5 d 1) are fixedly connected with the third mounting seat (5 b 1) and the second mounting seat (5 a) respectively;
the electromagnetic ring (5 d 2) is fixedly arranged on the second mounting seat (5 a), and a metal ring matched with the electromagnetic ring (5 d 2) is fixedly arranged on the third mounting seat (5 b 1).

one end of the first rod body (4 c 3) is hinged with the second hinging seat (4 c 2);
the second rod body (4 c 4) is in sliding fit with the first rod body (4 c 3);
a chute (4 c 5) is arranged on the second stirring blade (4 b), one end of the second rod body (4 c 4) is in sliding fit with the chute (4 c 5), and an included angle between the second hinging seat (4 c 2) and the chute (4 c 5) is an acute angle.
