The following embodiments are provided merely to illustrate the principles of the invention; they are in no way intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Examples
Example 1 preparation of honeysuckle extract
4 g of dried honeysuckle, crushing, sieving by using a 40-mesh sieve to obtain honeysuckle powder, adding the honeysuckle powder into an extraction tank, adding water, wherein the ratio of the water to the honeysuckle powder is 30.
Dried honeysuckle flower 4 g, crushed to 40 meshes, extracted at 105 ℃ for 10,15,30,60, 80, 100,120,150,180 or 200 minutes, and filtered in a bag of 5 mu m to obtain honeysuckle extract liquid decocted for different time. 2911 plant component content was determined by fluorescent RT-PCR detection.
Dried honeysuckle flower 4 g, crushed to 40 meshes, extracted at 95 ℃ for 10,15,30,60, 80, 100,120,150,180 or 200 minutes, and filtered in a bag of 5 mu m to obtain honeysuckle extract liquid decocted for different time.
Example 2 preparation of solid powder of honeysuckle extract
The honeysuckle extract obtained in example 1 was concentrated under vacuum at-0.1 MPa/50 ℃, spray-dried at 180 ℃ and powdered. The solid powder yield (the weight of the obtained solid powder divided by the weight of the honeysuckle dried flower raw material) is 12-29%. 2911 plant component content was determined by fluorescent RT-PCR detection. 2911 plant component content of dried flos Lonicerae is 589-880pmol/g.
The results are shown in FIG. 1 (FIG. 1 shows 2911 plant components in the honeysuckle extract (solid powder)). The extraction temperature represented in FIG. 1 was 100 ℃.
Under the preparation process condition, 2911 plant elements in the honeysuckle extract solid powder have high content which can reach more than 3000 pmol/g.
Example 3 taste evaluation of honeysuckle extract and extract solid powder
For 60 target groups, each person tasted the decoction at different decoction times, and scored the tastes (1-positive, 0-negative), and the scores for each taste were summed up and plotted. The results are shown in FIG. 2.
Industrial applicability
The composition containing the miRNA2911 molecule may be used as a drink or a pharmaceutical. They are suitable for industrial applications.

Claims (12)

1. The preparation method of the honeysuckle extract containing 2911 plant elements is characterized by comprising the following steps:
crushing and drying the honeysuckle sample to obtain honeysuckle powder; the honeysuckle powder is 10-200 meshes in size;
decocting flos Lonicerae powder in water container to obtain decoction with water amount of 2-100 times, temperature of decoction of 90-121 deg.C, and time of 60-180 min;
collecting and filtering the decoction to obtain honeysuckle extract; the filtration is bag filtration with a pore size of 1-100 μm.
2. The preparation method of the honeysuckle extract solid powder containing 2911 plant elements is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
concentrating the extract of honeysuckle flower containing 2911 plant elements as defined in claim 1 under reduced pressure at 30-95 deg.C and 0-0.1MPa to obtain a concentrated honeysuckle flower solution; the concentration multiple is 2-100 times;
drying the honeysuckle concentrated solution to obtain honeysuckle extract solid powder, wherein the temperature range for drying is 100-250 ℃; the drying mode is spray drying.
3. A composition comprising 2911 plant elements, said composition comprising:
water;
2911 plant element, wherein the content of 2911 plant element is 1pmol/L-1000000pmol/L.
4. A composition comprising 2911 plant elements, said composition comprising:
2911 plant elements; 2911 plant element content range is 10 -8 g/g-0.999g/g;
One or more selected from maltodextrin, resistant starch, fruit powder, white sugar, fructose, glucose, maltitol and xylitol;
wherein the content ranges of the maltodextrin, the resistant starch, the fruit powder, the white granulated sugar, the fructose, the glucose, the maltitol and the xylitol are respectively 0.001-0.95g/g, 0.001-0.80g/g, 0.001-0.30g/g, 0.001-0.40g/g and 0.001-0.40g/g.
5. A composition comprising 2911 plant elements, said composition comprising:
water;
2911 plant element-containing honeysuckle extract solid powder, wherein the content of the 2911 plant element-containing honeysuckle extract solid powder ranges from 0.01g/L to 500g/L; 2911 plant components in the honeysuckle extract solid powder containing 2911 plant components are 1pmol/g-1000000pmol/g.
6. The composition of claim 5, comprising 2911 plant elements, wherein said composition further comprises:
one or more selected from fruit juice, white sugar, fructose, glucose, maltitol, xylitol and erythritol;
the content range of the fruit juice, the white granulated sugar, the fructose, the glucose, the maltitol, the xylitol and the erythritol is 0.01-300g/L.
7. A composition comprising 2911 plant elements, said composition comprising:
water;
2911 plant element-containing honeysuckle extract, wherein the content range of the 2911 plant element-containing honeysuckle extract is 0.01ml/L-1000ml/L; in the 2911 plant component-containing honeysuckle extract, the content of 2911 plant components is 1pmol/L-1000000pmol/L.
8. 2911 plant component-containing composition, which is characterized by comprising 2911 plant component-containing honeysuckle extract solid powder, wherein the content of the 2911 plant component-containing honeysuckle extract solid powder is 1000g/kg.
9. A composition comprising 2911 plant elements, said composition comprising:
2911 plant element-containing honeysuckle extract solid powder, wherein the content of the 2911 plant element-containing honeysuckle extract solid powder ranges from 0.01g/L to 999.99g/LL; 2911 plant components in the honeysuckle extract solid powder containing 2911 plant components are 1pmol/g-1000000pmol/g;
one or more selected from maltodextrin, resistant starch, fruit powder, white sugar, fructose, glucose, maltitol and xylitol; the content range of the maltodextrin, the resistant starch, the fruit powder, the white granulated sugar, the fructose, the glucose, the maltitol and the xylitol is 0.01g/L-300g/L.
10. A composition comprising 2911 plant elements, said composition comprising:
the honeysuckle extract solid powder containing 2911 plant elements as claimed in claim 2, in an amount of 0.01g/L-500g/L;
one or more selected from crystal sugar, sucrose, white sugar, brown sugar, fructose, glucose, erythritol and sucralose, with a content of 0-30%;
one or more of extractive solution or solid powder of fructus Phyllanthi, perillae herba, rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, arillus longan, rhizoma Dioscoreae, poria, coicis semen, fructus Lycii, rhizoma Polygonati, fructus Alpinae Oxyphyllae, bitter Citrus immature flower, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, fructus Citri, semen Pruni, folium Nelumbinis, radix Platycodi and semen Cassiae, with content of 0-30%;
one or more selected from succus Pyri, succus Mali Pumilae, succus Persicae, sucus Citri sinensis, succus Vitis Viniferae, succus Mangiferae Indicae, succus Cocois, succus Citri Limoniae, pineapple juice, succus Vitis Viniferae and succus Actinidiae chinensis, with content of 0-30%;
one or more selected from citric acid, malic acid and sodium citrate, with content of 0-5%;

11. A composition comprising 2911 plant elements, said composition comprising:
the honeysuckle extract containing 2911 plant elements as claimed in claim 1, in an amount of 0.01ml/L to 1000ml/L;
one or more selected from crystal sugar, sucrose, white sugar, brown sugar, fructose, glucose, erythritol and sucralose, with a content of 0-12%;
one or more kinds selected from extractive solution or solid powder of fructus Phyllanthi, perillae herba, rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, arillus longan, rhizoma Dioscoreae, poria, coicis semen, fructus Lycii, rhizoma Polygonati, fructus Alpinae Oxyphyllae, bitter Citrus immature flower, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, fructus Citri, semen Pruni, folium Nelumbinis, radix Platycodi and semen Cassiae, with content of 0-30%;
