a fertilizer outlet 205, wherein the fertilizer outlet 205 is arranged at the bottom of one side of the valve seat 201, and when the middle transfer groove 203 is aligned to the fertilizer channel 204 in the process that the blocking block 202 moves in the valve seat 201, humic acid in the fertilizer tank 200 enters into the middle transfer groove 203 through the fertilizer channel 204; when the transfer tank 203 is aligned with the fertilizer outlet 205, the blocking block 202 at this time blocks the fertilizer channel 204, and the humic acid in the transfer tank 203 is discharged through the fertilizer outlet 205.
Therefore, according to the discharge valve provided by the invention, the supporting screw rod 301 is rotated, and the position of the blocking block 202 in the valve seat 201 is adjusted according to the rotation direction of the supporting screw rod 301, so that the middle rotating groove 203 is aligned to the fertilizer channel 204 or the fertilizer outlet 205, and the discharge control of humic acid fertilizer is realized.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, one end of the supporting screw 301 is drivingly connected to an output shaft of the forward and reverse rotation servomotor 300, and the forward and reverse rotation servomotor 300 is fixedly mounted on an outer wall of one side of the case 100.
To achieve the linkage between the discharge valve and the push-pull assembly, as shown in fig. 9, in an embodiment of the present invention, the push-pull assembly includes:
a support gear 605, wherein the support gear 605 is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the support screw 301;
a second rack 604, wherein one end of the second rack 604 is fixedly connected with the second piston 602, and a tooth surface of the second rack 604 is meshed with the supporting gear 605;
a first rack 603, wherein one end of the first rack 603 is fixedly connected with the first piston 601, and a tooth surface of the first rack 603 is meshed with the supporting gear 605;
the first rack 603 and the second rack 604 are respectively located at two sides of the support gear 605, so that when the support screw 301 rotates to drive the support gear 605 to rotate, the first piston 601 and the second piston 602 can be close to each other or far away from each other.
In summary, the humic acid organic fertilizer fertilizing equipment provided by the invention realizes the simultaneous action of the water supplementing mechanism 400 and the fertilizing mechanism based on the same push-pull assembly, realizes the fertilizing action, simultaneously supplements corresponding clear water and humic acid materials into the mixing tank 101, and can continuously supplement the clear water and the humic acid materials into the mixing tank 101 in the advancing process of the fertilizing equipment, thereby ensuring the fertilizing efficiency of crops.
Example 2
In the embodiment of the invention, a humic acid organic fertilizer application method is provided, and the humic acid organic fertilizer application method comprises the following steps:
the supporting screw rod 301 is driven to rotate by the started forward and reverse rotation servo motor 300;
when the support screw 301 rotates to drive the support gear 605 to rotate, the first piston 601 and the second piston 602 are close to each other or far from each other;
when the first piston 601 and the second piston 602 are close to each other, the fertilizer in the mixing tank 101 is pumped into the fertilizer tank 500 by the fertilizer applying mechanism, the clean water in the water storage tank 102 is replenished into the water replenishing tank 402 by the water replenishing mechanism 400, and humic acid in the fertilizer tank 200 enters into the transfer tank 203 of the discharge valve;
when the first piston 601 and the second piston 602 are away from each other, the fertilizer mechanism discharges fertilizer from the fertilizer tank 500 to realize fertilizer application, and the water supplementing mechanism 400 sends clear water in the water supplementing tank 402 into the mixing tank 101; humic acid in the transfer tank 203 in the discharge valve is released into the mixing tank 101.

Claims (4)

1. A humic acid organic fertilizer application apparatus, comprising:
a case; the box body is also provided with a water storage tank; the bottom of the box body is also provided with a mixing tank; the upper part of the box body is also provided with a fertilizer tank for adding humic acid into the mixing tank, and the bottom end of the fertilizer tank is provided with a discharge valve;
the water supplementing mechanism is used for conveying clear water in the water storage tank into the corresponding mixing tank;
the fertilizing mechanism is arranged at the bottom end of the box body and is connected with the mixing tank;
the pump body comprises a gas tank fixedly arranged in a water storage tank, one end of the gas tank is separated by a first piston to form a first air cavity, the other end of the gas tank is separated by a second piston to form a second air cavity, and the first air cavity is connected with the fertilizing mechanism through a second air pipe; the second air cavity is connected with the water supplementing mechanism through a first air pipe;
the pump body further comprises a push-pull assembly, and the distance between the first piston and the second piston is adjusted through the push-pull assembly;
the water replenishing mechanism comprises:
the top end of the water supplementing tank is connected with one end of the first air pipe, and the other end of the first air pipe is connected with the second air cavity;
one end of the first pipeline is connected with the bottom end of the water supplementing tank, the other end of the first pipeline extends into the mixing tank, and a first one-way valve is further arranged at the joint of the water supplementing tank and the first pipeline;
one end of the second pipeline is communicated with the upper inner cavity of the water supplementing tank, the other end of the second pipeline extends into the water storage tank, and a second one-way valve is arranged at the joint of the second pipeline and the water supplementing tank;
the fertilizing mechanism comprises:
the fertilizing tank is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the box body through a support plate;
the fertilizer discharging pipe is provided with a plurality of fertilizer discharging nozzles at equal intervals, the fertilizer discharging pipe is connected with the bottom end of the fertilizer applying tank through a third pipeline, and a third one-way valve is arranged on the third pipeline;
the fertilizing mechanism further comprises:
the top end of the second air pipe is communicated with the first air cavity, and the bottom end of the second air pipe is communicated with the fertilizing tank;
one end of the fourth pipeline is connected with the upper part of the fertilizing tank, the other end of the fourth pipeline extends into the mixing tank, and a fourth one-way valve is arranged at the joint of the fourth pipeline and the fertilizing tank;
the discharging valve is in linkage with the push-pull assembly;
the discharge valve includes:
the valve seat is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the fertilizer tank, and a fertilizer channel corresponding to the valve seat is formed in the bottom end of the fertilizer tank;
the blocking piece is supported and arranged in the valve seat in a sliding manner, a middle rotating groove matched with the fertilizer channel is formed in the blocking piece, and the blocking piece is sleeved on the supporting screw rod in a threaded connection mode;
the fertilizer outlet is arranged at the bottom of one side of the valve seat, and when the transfer groove is aligned to the fertilizer channel, humic acid in the fertilizer tank enters the transfer groove through the fertilizer channel; when the transfer tank is aligned to the fertilizer outlet, humic acid in the transfer tank is discharged through the fertilizer outlet.
2. The humic acid organic fertilizer applying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a stirring mechanism is provided in the mixing tank, the stirring mechanism comprising:
the hollow rotating shaft is supported by the hollow rotating shaft to penetrate through and is rotatably arranged on the mixing tank, and one end of the hollow rotating shaft is in driving connection with an output shaft of the driving motor;
the stirring support rod is fixedly arranged at the other end of the driving motor and is positioned in the mixing tank; and the stirring support rod is also fixedly provided with a folded linear stirring rod.
3. The humic acid organic fertilizer application apparatus of claim 2, wherein the push-pull assembly comprises:
the support gear is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the support screw rod;
one end of the second rack is fixedly connected with the second piston, and the tooth surface of the second rack is meshed with the supporting gear;
one end of the first rack is fixedly connected with the first piston, and the tooth surface of the first rack is meshed with the supporting gear;
the first rack and the second rack are respectively positioned at two sides of the supporting gear.
4. A fertilising method based on the humic acid organic fertiliser fertilising apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3 characterised in that the fertilising method comprises the steps of:
the supporting screw rod is driven to rotate by using the started forward and reverse rotation servo motor;
when the support screw rod rotates to drive the support gear to rotate, the first piston and the second piston are close to each other or far away from each other;
when the first piston and the second piston are close to each other, the fertilizer in the mixing tank is pumped into the fertilizer tank by the fertilizer applying mechanism, clean water in the water storage tank is supplemented into the water supplementing tank by the water supplementing mechanism, and humic acid in the fertilizer tank enters into a transfer tank of the discharge valve;
when the first piston and the second piston are far away from each other, the fertilizer application mechanism discharges fertilizer from the fertilizer application tank to realize fertilizer application, and the water supplementing mechanism sends clear water in the water supplementing tank into the mixing tank; humic acid in the transfer tank in the discharge valve is released into the mixing tank.
