Background
In daily data analysis work, a report is usually generated according to an analysis result after the step of analysis is completed, and the inventors of the present application found that a fixed-format data analysis report automatic generation function exists at present, but the generated report is not required by a user in many cases.
For example, a data set to be analyzed may be selected and then an analysis function that counts the year data is generated may be triggered. At this time, the computer will select the data sets to be analyzed, and count the number of the data sets generated each year one by one according to the generated year, and then display the data combination number of all the years in the form of a graph or a table. Typically, the displayed graph or table is in a non-editable format. In the report composed of the results of the multi-category chart analysis, the report itself is also not editable. If the report needs to be edited, the user needs to download the report and open the report by using some character editing tools for editing, if the character editing tools cannot be opened, only one file can be additionally opened, and some contents of the report are added into the file in the form of pictures. The operation efficiency is relatively low.

The terms "first", "second", etc. in this application are used to distinguish between different objects and not to describe a particular order. Furthermore, the terms "include" and "have," as well as any variations thereof, are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those steps or elements listed, but may alternatively include other steps or elements not listed, or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.

If the technical scheme of the application relates to personal information, a product applying the technical scheme of the application clearly informs personal information processing rules before processing the personal information, and obtains personal independent consent. If the technical scheme of the application relates to sensitive personal information, a product applying the technical scheme of the application obtains individual consent before processing the sensitive personal information, and simultaneously meets the requirement of 'express consent'. For example, at a personal information collection device such as a camera, a clear and significant identifier is set to inform that the personal information collection range is entered, the personal information is collected, and if the person voluntarily enters the collection range, the person is regarded as agreeing to collect the personal information; or on the device for processing personal information, under the condition of using obvious identification/information to inform personal information processing rule, obtaining personal authorization by means of pop-up window information or requesting person to upload personal information of person by oneself; the personal information processing rule may include information such as a personal information processor, a personal information processing purpose, a processing method, and a type of personal information to be processed.
The statistics and organization of analysis results into report documents is a very important link in data analysis work, and this link determines whether problems and important points obtained in early analysis can be accurately and clearly expressed to readers of reports and determines the final effect of one time of data analysis work, so that the time and energy required for processing the report documents are sometimes not inferior to those of the early analysis process. As online office technology has matured, the office platforms and software used by the present inventors have also begun to provide report templates and online editing functions, so that users can populate report templates with analysis results and export the analysis results into offline documents.
From the perspective of the template, the online report template of the office platform and the software is single in form and the user cannot edit the final report, the analysis result and the data are usually imported by the user in the using process, the system generates a chart and a text according to the content imported by the user and fills in the template file, and the user can only export the generated report as an offline document independent of the system. In the face of diversified data and requirements, the exported documents have the problem of 'deviation from reality' and cannot be well close to the requirements of various types of reports. For example, if the analysis result exceeds a preset interval of the template graph, the graph has a problem that the analysis result cannot be normally displayed in the generated report, so that the user cannot know the analysis result according to the report; for another example, the analysis does not require a task to be performed, but a blank space for automatically filling the analysis task result is preset in the template, so that the reserved position in the generated report is displayed as a blank page or a blank table.
From the perspective of system integrity, the current system can provide a report exporting function, but only can export reports independent of the system for offline viewing by a user, and the system does not provide a database for storing the exported reports, so that the user cannot directly look up analysis reports in the system and manage the progress of projects according to the reports, the overall management of work progress is not facilitated, and a lot of troubles are brought to online office.
Based on the problems and inconveniences occurring in the current online report in use, the inventors of the present application have long studied and, in order to improve or solve the above technical problems, the present application proposes at least the following embodiments.
