The daily report module comprises a daily report template library, and daily report templates are arranged in the daily report template library; the daily report template is linked with the data automatic filling unit, and the data automatic filling unit links each version block of the daily report template with the corresponding power grid data to generate a daily report; the daily report forms are linked with the report form auditing unit, and the report form auditing unit is linked with the automatic sending unit;
as shown in fig. 4, the daily report template has a fixed report generation time, and determines whether the clock reaches the report generation time, if so, the automatic data filling unit is started, and if not, the automatic data filling unit is not started; and if the fixed report generation time is set, the daily report can be automatically generated at the fixed time without manual operation, so that the statistical requirement of the daily report data is met.
The automatic data filling unit firstly determines the storage position of the power grid data to be filled in the daily report template corresponding to the database, the database dynamically collects and updates the power grid data, then sets a data calculation formula, fills the power grid data and the power grid data calculation result into the daily report template, and finally forms a daily report and sends the daily report to the report auditing unit; the automatic filling unit replaces manual filling and statistical data, reduces the workload of information statistics personnel for filling the statistical data, and effectively reduces the error rate of manual filling of the statistical data.

The receiving tool comprises a mail box, an Office Automation (OA) System and an Open Mobile phone operating System (OMS); the user can select different receiving modes to receive the report forms, and the use requirements of different users are met.
The external network data receiving module comprises a data import unit and a report input unit, the data import unit realizes the one-key import of the power grid data such as local power grid operation parameters, on-duty personnel information change statistics and the like, and the report input unit sets a power grid data filling path and adds the power grid data to a report.
