Description

Background

Optionally, the template selection interface may also be displayed in step S901 in synchronization with the interface operated by the platform, but when the selectable item in the first dimension is not selected, no document under any item is displayed, or all items and documents under the item that the user account has the right to view are displayed.
The client software receives a third instruction which is transmitted by the man-machine interface and used for triggering the elements of the selected template to select the template, and sends the third instruction to the server software, and the client software displays a window for selecting the template in a display screen, wherein the window comprises an alternative template list and an interactive area for uploading/adding the template.

The template generation method may be: the user triggers the interactive area for uploading/adding the template in the template selection window in step S910, and uploads the template document produced by the line document editor, which includes the following steps.

The document editor software sets the duty cycle at the user-selected location in response to a ninth instruction from the user.
S915: and receiving a tenth instruction for saving or uploading the new document/the existing document.
The client software receives a tenth instruction sent by the user to save or upload the new document/the existing document, and the tenth instruction can trigger the sending of the interactive area for uploading/adding the template in the template selection window.
S916: and responding to a tenth instruction to save or upload the new document/the existing document carrying the duty character to the server.
And the client software responds to a tenth instruction of saving or uploading the document by the user, saves the new document/the existing document carrying the duty symbol, or uploads the document to the server software, and the document is uploaded and saved to the server by the server software to become a selectable template document in subsequent work.
Optionally, when the user selects to export the template document on line and download the template document to the local, the original automatically generated area in the template document may be automatically processed as a duty symbol by the system in the export process, so as to ensure that the format of the template document is not affected when the template document is uploaded to the system again.

Claims (17)
1. A document processing method based on intellectual property data statistics is characterized by comprising the following steps:
displaying an interface of platform operation in a display screen, wherein the interface can display a plurality of selectable items belonging to a first dimension;
receiving a fifth instruction to select the selectable item of the first dimension;
displaying items corresponding to the selectable items in the first dimension on an interface operated by the platform in response to the fifth instruction, wherein the selectable items in the first dimension are defined names for performing dimension attributes on the items, and the items are item titles created by performing data analysis on a data set on the platform;
displaying a document editing interface for editing a document under the project online, wherein the document editing interface is provided with an automatic generation area and a manual editing area, the automatic generation area is used for performing statistical analysis on selected data or a data set by using a preset method or capturing data in the data or the data set to fill in a preset position in the automatic generation area, the automatic generation area and the manual editing area are displayed side by side, partially overlapped or completely overlapped, and the automatic generation area is displayed before or after the manual editing area or the automatic generation area and the manual editing area are displayed simultaneously;
while displaying the document editing interface or after displaying the document editing interface, performing statistical analysis on selected data or a data set by using the preset method to obtain an analysis result, or capturing data in the data or the data set, and filling the analysis result or the captured data into a preset position in the automatic generation area;
receiving a second instruction;
responding to the second instruction to edit or input the figures/texts in the manual editing area;
saving, sending, generating or updating the analysis result/data, the edited or input graph/text by a template;
wherein the template is generated by adopting the following method:
opening a document editor online or offline and creating a new document/opening an existing document;
receiving a ninth instruction to set a duty cycle for a selected position of the new/existing document, the duty cycle being selectable in at least two types and being capable of being utilized to embed target content at the selected position;
setting the duty cycle at the selected position in response to the ninth instruction;
receiving a tenth instruction for saving or uploading the new document/the existing document;
and responding to the tenth instruction to store or upload the new document/the existing document carrying the duty character to a server.
2. A document processing method based on intellectual property data statistics is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a first instruction;
displaying a document editing interface in response to the first instruction, wherein the document editing interface is provided with an automatic generation area and a manual editing area, the automatic generation area is used for performing statistical analysis on selected data or a data set, or capturing data in the data or the data set to fill a preset position in the automatic generation area, the automatic generation area and the manual editing area are displayed side by side, partially overlapped or completely overlapped, and the automatic generation area is displayed before or after the manual editing area, or the automatic generation area and the manual editing area are displayed simultaneously;
responding to the first instruction, or performing statistical analysis on selected data or a data set by using the preset method while or after displaying the document editing interface to obtain an analysis result, or capturing data in the data or the data set, and filling the analysis result or the captured data into a preset position in the automatic generation area;
receiving a second instruction;
responding to the second instruction to edit or input the figures/texts in the manual editing area;
receiving a third instruction;
and responding to the third instruction to save, send, generate or update the analysis result/data, the edited or input graph/text into a document.
3. The method of claim 2,
said selected data or data set is selected data or data set of a patent, patent application or copyright, said saving, sending or updating documents of said analysis results/data, said edited or entered drawing/text responsive to said third instruction comprises:
storing, sending, generating or updating the analysis result/data, the edited or input drawing/text with a template in response to the third instruction.

responding to the first instruction, automatically selecting a template based on a preset rule, and displaying a document editing interface of the template.

responding to the first instruction, and acquiring the project where the document is located or the attribute information of the document;
and matching and obtaining the item where the document is located or the target template corresponding to the attribute information of the document from the template library.

displaying a platform operation interface in a display screen, wherein the platform operation interface can display a plurality of selectable items belonging to a first dimension and a plurality of selectable items belonging to a second dimension;

displaying, in response to the fifth instruction, on an interface operated by the platform, items corresponding to the selectable items in the first dimension and/or items corresponding to the selectable items in the second dimension, where the selectable items in the first dimension and the selectable items in the second dimension are defined names for performing dimension attributes on the items, the items are items where the documents are located, and are created by performing data analysis on the data set on the platform, the item information where the documents are located includes item information defined when the items are created or edited, and the attribute information of the documents includes attribute information defined when the documents are created or edited.

and responding to the eighth instruction to set the catalogue chapter as essence so as to display only the catalogue chapter content set as essence when browsing the report corresponding to the template.

the template is generated by adopting the following method:
opening a document editor online or offline and creating a new document/opening an existing document;
receiving a ninth instruction to set a duty indicator for a selected location of the new/existing document, the duty indicator being selectable in at least two types and being usable to embed target content at the selected location;
setting the duty cycle at the selected position in response to the ninth instruction;
receiving a tenth instruction for saving or uploading the new document/the existing document;
and responding to the tenth instruction to store or upload the new document/the existing document carrying the duty character to a server.
13. The method of claim 9, wherein after the template is generated, the method comprises:
receiving an eleventh instruction for sharing the template;
responding to the eleventh instruction, and sharing the currently created template to other users through a channel of a server or a client or a third-party program;
receiving a twelfth instruction for saving the template;
and responding to the twelfth instruction, exporting the currently created template in a form of a server or a client or a third-party program or a standalone version to be stored as an online template or an offline document.
14. The method of claim 2,
the responding to the third instruction to save, send, generate or update the analysis result/data, the edited or input graph/text comprises:
receiving a sixth instruction for selecting a browsing mode of a report, wherein the browsing mode of the report at least comprises a full-text mode and a essence mode, the full-text mode can display the full text of the report, and the essence mode only displays a part of preset contents of the report;
and responding to the sixth instruction to display in the selected browsing mode.
