The invention is based on the technical principles of a sensor, signal acquisition and processing, 5G virtual private network remote communication and safety certification encryption, the sensor and a monitoring processing terminal are installed in a cable joint well, the sensor acquires the temperature of a cable intermediate joint in operation and the temperature and humidity parameters of the environment in the joint well in real time, the monitoring processing terminal integrates a signal acquisition unit, a signal processing unit, a safety certification encryption module and a 5G communication module, the operation state data of the cable intermediate joint is stored and analyzed in real time, and the monitoring data and the alarm information are certified and encrypted and then are safely and effectively transmitted to a power supply company equipment monitoring main station through the 5G virtual private network, so that the real-time monitoring of the operation state of the cable intermediate joint and the active early warning of abnormal operation are realized, the difficult problem that the operation state of the underground cable intermediate joint is difficult to monitor is solved, distribution network operation and maintenance personnel are helped to find and remove fault hidden dangers in time, and the handling efficiency and the power supply reliability are improved.

Claims (10)

1. An on-line monitoring system for the running state of a cable intermediate joint comprises a sensor unit, a monitoring and processing terminal for the running state of the cable intermediate joint, a 5G virtual private network and a monitoring master station for power supply company equipment,
the sensor unit collects monitoring parameters of a cable intermediate connector in a cable connector well in real time and sends the monitoring parameters to a cable intermediate connector operation state monitoring processing terminal;
the sensor unit comprises a temperature sensor and a temperature and humidity sensor,
the temperature sensor is directly attached to the surface of the insulating sheath of the cable intermediate joint and senses the temperature signal of the cable intermediate joint in real time;
the humidity sensor and/or the temperature and humidity sensor are/is suspended in the cable joint well, and an environment temperature and humidity signal in the cable joint well is sensed in real time;
the monitoring parameters comprise a temperature signal of a cable intermediate joint and an environment temperature and humidity signal in a cable joint well;
the monitoring and processing terminal for the running state of the cable intermediate joint stores, processes, calculates and analyzes the collected monitoring parameters, and starts an alarm signal when the monitoring parameters exceed a set threshold value;
the 5G virtual private network takes a telecom operator 5G network as a platform, establishes a virtual private network comprising a plurality of cable intermediate joint operation state monitoring and processing terminals and a power supply company equipment monitoring master station, and the cable intermediate joint operation state monitoring and processing terminals establish a bidirectional communication link with the power supply company equipment monitoring master station through the 5G virtual private network and send monitoring parameters and/or alarm signals to the power supply company equipment monitoring master station;
the power supply company equipment monitoring master station receives monitoring parameters and/or alarm signals, carries out coding and decoding processing on the received monitoring parameters and/or alarm signals, and displays the monitoring parameters and/or alarm signals to a dispatching attendant through sound, graphics and/or an alarm window so as to achieve the purpose of monitoring the running state of the cable intermediate joint; the power supply company equipment monitoring master station is provided with a storage database, and monitoring parameters and/or alarm signals are stored in the storage database after being coded and decoded.

the signal acquisition and processing unit is in bidirectional communication connection with the micro control unit, and the micro control unit controls the signal acquisition and processing unit to acquire monitoring parameters by utilizing an AT instruction and uploads the monitoring parameters to the micro control unit; the micro control unit is in bidirectional communication connection with the 5G communication module, controls the 5G communication module by using an AT command, uploads the acquired signal to the monitoring master station and receives information transmitted by the monitoring master station through the 5G communication module;
the battery power supply unit is used for providing a working power supply for the sensor unit, the signal acquisition and processing unit, the micro control unit and the 5G communication module.

The on-line monitoring system according to claim 1 or 4, wherein the cable intermediate connector operating state monitoring processing terminal further comprises a security authentication encryption module, the security encryption module is used for encrypting and decrypting a transmission signal of the micro control unit, and the micro control unit is encrypted by the security authentication encryption module before sending data to the 5G virtual private network; and the micro control unit decrypts the data sent by the 5G virtual private network through a security authentication encryption module before receiving the data.

The on-line monitoring system of claim 5, wherein the security authentication encryption module is an industrial grade SC1161Y encryption chip, and single-phase identity authentication and message integrity protection are realized by adopting an asymmetric key algorithm based on a scheduling certificate.
