The flexible putty for preventing tarmac from hollowing and falling off according to claim 1, characterized in that the preparation steps comprise: primary blending: uniformly mixing the basic components, the filler and the tackifier according to the proportion, and then heating and blending at the temperature of 80-90 ℃ for 20-30min; and (3) secondary blending: adding an antioxidant, a coupling agent and a compatilizer according to a proportion, and carrying out secondary heating and blending, wherein the blending temperature is 80 to 90 ℃, and the blending time is 30 to 45min; and after the secondary blending is finished, extruding the blend, cooling and shearing to obtain the flexible putty.
8. A use method of flexible putty for preventing floor paint from hollowing and dropping is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Polishing the concrete bottom plate to prepare a rough concrete bottom plate;
(2) Coating a concrete reinforcing agent on the surface of the rough surface concrete bottom plate, and curing to prepare a high-strength rough surface concrete bottom plate;
(3) Cutting the concrete bottom plate, and filling the molten flexible putty into gaps between the high-strength rough-surface concrete bottom plates, wherein the melting temperature is 60-80 ℃;
(4) Coating the floor paint primer on the surfaces of the high-strength rough surface concrete bottom plate and the flexible putty to prepare a primer;
(5) Coating the floor putty on the surface of the primer in the step (4) to prepare a floor putty layer;
(6) Coating the floor paint intermediate coating on the surface of the floor putty layer in the step (5) to prepare intermediate paint;
(7) And (4) coating the floor paint surface coating on the surface of the middle layer paint in the step (6) to prepare a top layer paint.
9. The method for using the flexible putty according to claim 8 to prevent the floor paint from falling off due to hollowing, wherein the floor paint is one or more selected from epoxy floor paint, polyurethane floor paint and acrylic floor paint.
10. The flexible putty for preventing the air bulging and the falling of the terrace paint according to claim 8, wherein the curing time in the step (2) is 24 to 48h.
