Abstract

Background
For long-distance belt conveyors, the belt reversing device is an essential component. The belt turning device is used for turning over the working face and the non-working face of the conveying belt, so that the situation that the residue on the working face rubs with the carrier roller in the running process to cause loss is avoided, the non-working face is always in contact with the carrier roller, and the running stability of the belt conveyor is kept.
Today's turning devices are usually manual, floating or completely fixed. The angle of the belt overturning device is adjusted through a manual wheel, or a proper overturning angle is obtained through calculation and then is fixed. On one hand, the belt turning devices are relatively labor-consuming to adjust, and time and labor are wasted in secondary adjustment after primary fixation. The position of the rollover on the other hand depends on the accuracy of the calculation. If the belt turning device is not adjusted in place, the tension of the adhesive tape and the pressure of the support roller bracket are overlarge, the abrasion of the adhesive tape is increased, and the deviation phenomenon is easy to occur.
The calculation of the position and tension of the turn-up is a very complicated process. The tension of the belt conveyor is constantly changed during operation, and the tension cannot be well fed back according to different belt speeds, different transport volumes, different operation times and changes of the surrounding environment.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a belt turning device capable of automatically adjusting a belt conveyor, so as to solve at least one technical problem.

After the adjustment is completed, the movable frame and the movable roller bracket are locked by the driving screw rod and the fluted disc driver, so that the working stability is kept. When the working condition of the adhesive tape changes, the tension of the adhesive tape also changes. At this time, the driving screw rod and the fluted disc driver can be unlocked, and the tension of the adhesive tape acts on the movable roller bracket. The tension changes can cause the position of the belt surface to change, and the adhesive tape is always positioned at the position of the relative center of the roller through the adjustment of the roller bracket adjuster. The change of the tension of the adhesive tape can drive the fluted disc to rotate, and meanwhile, the change of the tension also can cause the change of the height of the surface of the adhesive tape, so that the movable frame is driven to move. After the operation of the tape machine is stable, each driving device is locked, and a stable working state is maintained. And the process is circulated.
Preferably, the number of the fluted disc drivers is four, and the four fluted disc drivers are respectively located on the periphery of the fluted disc. Therefore, all directions of the fluted disc can be realized in all directions.
