Background
The belt conveyer mainly comprises a frame, a conveyer belt, a carrier roller, a tensioning device, a transmission device and a deviation correcting device. The conveyer belt moves by means of friction between the conveyer belt and the carrier roller and the roller, and the deviation correcting devices are usually vertical rollers and deviation correcting wheels arranged on two sides. The belt conveyor is widely applied to industries such as coal mine production, grain processing and the like, and is applied to part assembly, detection, packaging and transportation.
The belt conveyor inevitably has the problem of deviation of the conveying belt in the running process, so that the running is not smooth, the working efficiency is reduced, the normal running is influenced, and even a fire accident can be caused; the deviation of the belt conveyor is caused by a plurality of reasons, mainly comprising: in equipment maintenance, the roller and the joint are in a non-parallel state, so that the running speeds of two sides of the conveying belt are inconsistent, and the conveying belt deviates to one side with larger tension; the machine parts are abraded, the machine parts are failed, the roller is mingled and the like are not maintained in time, and the two sides of the machine parts are not equal in tension force to cause deviation; the material on the conveyer belt is heavy and can also cause the off tracking.

When the belt pitch deviation touches the vertical roller 9 on one side and generates lateral thrust to the vertical roller 9, the slide block 20 slides outwards along the transverse guide rail 18 to generate transverse displacement, and the driving force acts on the second end of the driving rod 10 in the three-rod structure to enable the three-rod structure to form a force boosting mode, so that the carrier roller assembly is pushed to rotate through the linkage support 7 until the vertical roller 9 stops displacing, the carrier roller assembly is locked at a rotated angle position, and the belt is pushed to reset by using the friction force generated between the carrier roller deviation and the belt, so that deviation rectification is realized.
When the belt is normally conveyed, the vertical roller 9 is not contacted, the active force acts on the second end of the execution rod 11 in the three-rod structure, so that the three-rod structure forms a force reducing mode, and under the action of friction force, the carrier roller assembly is locked on the fixed base 1 and cannot freely rotate, and the belt conveying stability is guaranteed.
