The system for contacting and containing the liquid cargo by the liquid cargo transport ship or the liquid cargo land storage tank mainly comprises a metal shielding layer and supporting blocks, wherein the metal shielding layer plays a role in sealing the liquid cargo and can resist the low temperature of the liquid cargo, and the supporting blocks support the liquid cargo and reduce the temperature transfer.
