4. The PCB baking apparatus according to claim 3, wherein a filter cover (9) is installed at the through hole (8 a) of the funnel (8), and the heater (4) is located below the filter cover (9).

The PCB baking apparatus as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a plurality of fixing bars (11), wherein the fixing bars (11) are perpendicular to the flow guide plates (10), the plurality of fixing bars (11) are arranged at intervals in the extending direction of the baking channel (1 a), and the upper ends of the plurality of flow guide plates (10) are all fixedly connected with the fixing bars (11).
9. The PCB board baking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a plurality of said baking oven (100) is provided, a plurality of said baking ovens (100) are arranged in series in sequence in the extending direction of said baking path (1 a), and a temperature sensor is provided in each of said baking ovens (100).
