1. A glue spraying device is characterized by comprising:
an installation mechanism (1);
a driving mechanism (2), wherein the output end of the driving mechanism (2) is connected with the mounting mechanism (1), and the driving mechanism (2) is configured to drive the mounting mechanism (1) to move along the Z-axis direction; and
spout gluey mechanism (3), spout gluey mechanism (3) including coupling assembling (31) and a plurality of glue spraying assembly (32), coupling assembling (31) install in on installation mechanism (1), it is a plurality of glue spraying assembly (32) set up along Y axle direction interval coupling assembling (31) are last, adjacent two glue spraying assembly (32) are adjustable along the interval of X axle direction, and every glue spraying assembly (32) are followed the levelness of X axle direction is adjustable.
2. Glue spraying device according to claim 1, characterised in that said glue spraying mechanism (3) further comprises:
an adjustment assembly (33), the adjustment assembly (33) being configured to adjust the corresponding glue-spraying assembly (32) to move in the X-axis direction relative to the connection assembly (31).
3. Glue spraying device according to claim 2, characterized in that said adjustment assembly (33) comprises:
a screwing screw (331), an output end of the screwing screw (331) abutting against the connecting assembly (31), and the screwing screw (331) extending in the X-axis direction;
the adjusting nut (332) is in threaded connection with the screwing screw rod (331), and the adjusting nut (332) is fixed with the corresponding glue spraying component (32); and
the first elastic piece is arranged opposite to the screwing screw rod (331) along the X-axis direction, and is clamped between the glue spraying component (32) and the connecting component (31).
4. Glue-spraying device according to claim 1, characterized in that said glue-spraying assembly (32) comprises:
a connecting plate (321) connected to the connecting assembly (31);
the glue spraying head (322) is movably connected with the connecting plate (321); and
the adjusting piece (323) is arranged on the glue spraying head (322), and the levelness of the glue spraying head (322) along the X-axis direction can be adjusted by the adjusting piece (323).
5. The glue spraying device according to claim 4, wherein the connecting plate (321) is provided with a receiving groove (3211), and the glue spraying head (322) is received in the receiving groove (3211); the adjusting member (323) includes:
a screw nut (3231) fixed to the connection plate (321);
the adjusting screw rod (3232) is in threaded connection with the screwing nut (3231), the adjusting screw rod (3232) extends along the Y-axis direction, and the output end of the adjusting screw rod (3232) is abutted to one end of the glue spraying head (322) along the X-axis direction; and
and the second elastic piece is arranged opposite to the adjusting screw rod (3232) along the Y-axis direction, and is clamped between the glue spraying head (322) and the groove wall of the accommodating groove (3211).
6. The glue spraying device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
a glue supply mechanism (4) configured to supply glue to the plurality of glue ejecting assemblies (32).
7. Glue spraying device according to claim 6, characterised in that said glue supply means (4) comprise:
a primary storage bottle (41) configured to store the glue;
each secondary storage bottle (42) is communicated with one secondary storage bottle (42) through each glue spraying assembly (32);
a glue supply pump (43), wherein the glue supply pump (43) is configured to pump the glue in the primary storage bottles (41) into the secondary storage bottles (42);
the gas buffer bottle (44) is communicated with each secondary storage bottle (42); and
a gas generator in communication with the gas buffer bottle (44), the gas generator configured to blow or suck gas into the gas buffer bottle (44).
8. Glue spraying device according to claim 7, characterised in that said glue supply means (4) further comprise:
and the electromagnetic valve (45) is arranged on a pipeline communicated with the primary storage bottle (41) and the secondary storage bottle (42).
9. The glue spraying device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
and the alignment mechanism (5) is arranged on the mounting mechanism (1), and the alignment mechanism (5) can detect the position of a product to be glued.
10. Glue-spraying device according to claim 9, characterised in that said alignment means (5) comprise:
a CCD camera (51) mounted on the mounting mechanism (1) and configured to detect the position of the product to be glued; and
a light source emitter (52) configured to provide a light source to the CCD camera (51).
11. A screen processing apparatus, characterized in that it comprises a carrying device for carrying a product to be glued and a glue-spraying device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, a plurality of glue-spraying assemblies (32) being configured to glue the product to be glued carried by the carrying device.
