Abstract
The invention relates to a dental oxygen barrier and isolation sealant, a preparation method and a use method thereof. The dental oxygen barrier and isolation sealant comprises glycerol, distilled water and cross-linked polyacrylic resin and a neutralizing agent. When in use, the oxygen-blocking isolating sealant is coated on the repairing edge in a piling way, the surface to be coated is completely covered, and the sealant is immediately washed away after the tooth-filling resin is cured. The oxygen-blocking and isolating sealant provided by the invention is transparent gel, does not block light transmission while blocking oxygen, and the dental filling resin is fully cured under the irradiation of specific light.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a dental oxygen-barrier isolating sealant, a preparation method and a use method thereof, belonging to the technical field of dental auxiliary materials.
Background
Oxygen scavengers are used for resin restoration because all photocurable resins do not guarantee complete cure in an aerobic environment. When resin is filled, firstly, dental mechanical preparation and chemical preparation are carried out, after the preparation, an adhesive is coated for resin layered filling or layer filling, when the last layer is filled, the surface of the resin is actually exposed in the outside air, in this case, the resin cannot be completely hardened by pure illumination, so that the strength of the material is influenced, the surface is easily soft, and scratch and fracture are easily caused. The existing oxygen inhibitor is prepared from silicon dioxide, glycerol and distilled water, and the oxygen inhibitor has the main problem of blocking oxygen and light transmission, so that incomplete curing of the dental filling resin is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
In order to solve the above problems of the prior art, the present invention provides a dental oxygen barrier sealant.
(II) technical scheme
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the main technical scheme that:
a dental oxygen barrier and isolation sealant comprises glycerol, distilled water, cross-linked polyacrylic resin and a neutralizing agent.
The dental oxygen barrier and isolation sealant comprises 69.5 +/-1 parts of glycerol, 29.5 +/-1 parts of distilled water and 1 +/-0.1 part of cross-linked polyacrylic resin by weight, wherein the neutralizer is triethanolamine or an aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 50%, and preferably the cross-linked polyacrylic resin is carbomer 980 cross-linked resin.
The range of 69.5. + -. 1 parts of glycerin is 68.5 to 70.5 parts, and the like.
The preparation method of the dental oxygen barrier and isolation sealing agent comprises the steps of mixing glycerol and distilled water, adding the crosslinked polyacrylic resin after stirring, neutralizing with a neutralizing agent triethanolamine solution after stirring to ensure that the pH value is 6.6-7.1, and obtaining the oxygen barrier and isolation sealing agent with the viscosity of 40000-70000 mpas.
In the preparation method of the dental oxygen barrier sealant, when the triethanolamine solution is 50% by mass of triethanolamine, 4 parts of 50% triethanolamine solution is added to each part of the crosslinked polyacrylic resin.
The application method of the dental oxygen-blocking and isolating sealing agent comprises the steps of coating the oxygen-blocking and isolating sealing agent on the repairing edge in a stacking mode, completely covering the surface to be coated, and immediately washing away the dental oxygen-blocking and isolating sealing agent by water after the dental filling resin is cured.
In the above-mentioned method of use, the thickness of the oxygen barrier sealant covering is preferably 0.5 to 1mm.
(III) advantageous effects
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a dental oxygen-blocking isolating sealing agent, which is used for isolating oxygen of bonding resin fixed ceramics or composite restorations.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the production process of the dental oxygen barrier sealant of the present invention.
Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the present invention, reference will now be made in detail to the present invention by way of specific embodiments thereof. Wherein the raw material used in the examples of the present invention is distilled water (H) 2 O), CAS:7732-18-5; glycerol (C) 3 H 8 O 3 ) CAS:56-81-5; crosslinked polyacrylic acid resin (C) 3 H 4 O 2 ),CAS:9003-01-4。
Example 1
A preparation method of a dental oxygen barrier and isolation sealant comprises the following process flows of sending and taking raw materials, mixing 69.5 parts of glycerol and 29.5 parts of water according to the process flow shown in figure 1, stirring at 600r/min, adding 1 part of carbomer 980 cross-linked resin, stirring at 600r/min, adding 4 parts of 50% triethanolamine aqueous solution for neutralization, preparing 50% triethanolamine solution with the mass concentration of 99% by using distilled water, adding 4 parts of 50% triethanolamine solution into each part of cross-linked polyacrylic resin, checking, measuring the pH value by using a pH meter to be 6.6-7.1, and measuring the viscosity by using a viscometer to be 70000mpas. The color and the uniformity of the product are visually inspected by self-inspection. And (5) well writing the inspection record, making a finished product identifier, and noting the name, batch number, weight, production date and the like of the finished product. The step is a step before filling, and can be filled after the inspection is qualified by an inspector. And then entering a finished product warehouse for delivery, after-sale service and the like.
The dental oxygen barrier sealant prepared in the above example was tested on a glass slide at an angle of 45 degrees, and the dental oxygen barrier sealant hung on the glass slide did not flow, and the light passing rate was the highest and reached 90% in the test of the luminometer.
Comparative example 1
An oxygen barrier agent was prepared from 1 part of silica, 69.5 parts of glycerin, and 29.5 parts of distilled water.
Product instructions:
1. fixing the ceramic or composite prosthesis with bonding resin.
2. Excess resin was removed.
3. The repair edge is coated with the oxygen barrier and isolation sealant prepared in the embodiment 1, and the surface to be coated is completely covered, wherein the thickness is 1mm.
4. And (3) photo-curing the bonding resin.
5. The oxygen barrier sealant was then flushed away with water.
6. The prosthesis is trimmed/polished.
Meanwhile, the oxygen-blocking agent prepared in the comparative example 1 is used for carrying out a comparative test, and the result shows that the oxygen-blocking isolating sealant prepared in the invention is transparent gel, the transparent gel can not block the transmission of light while blocking oxygen, and the dental filling resin is fully cured under the irradiation of specific light, so that the quality and the strength of photocuring are not influenced. With the oxygen barrier agent prepared in comparative example 1, the dental filling resin was not completely cured, affecting the quality and strength of the photo-curing.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in other forms, and any person skilled in the art can change or modify the technical content disclosed above into an equivalent embodiment with equivalent changes. However, any simple modification, equivalent change and modification of the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention are within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
