In recent years, three breakthrough advances have been made in the worldwide research on the prevention of cervical cancer: (1) Establishes that high-risk Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection is a necessary condition for the generation of cervical cancer; (2) The newly developed thin-layer liquid-based cytology and the new technology (the second generation hybridization capture test) for detecting the HPVDNA remarkably improve the sensitivity of identifying the cervical advanced lesion, greatly reduce the false negative, and can detect more than 98 percent of early patients by reasonably applying a screening method; (3) HPV prophylactic vaccines have been approved for clinical validation and are undergoing phase three clinical trials. The injection vaccine is a main prevention measure for cervical HPV infection in modern medicine, but the vaccine is still in shortage in most areas in China at present, and the vaccine is expensive in price, short in prevention period and needs to be injected repeatedly. For patients in the pre-cervical cancer lesion stage, the main treatment means is injection of antitumor drugs such as interferon and cisplatin and operation modes such as cervical ring-cutting, wherein the antitumor drugs have large toxic and side effects, long treatment course, low cure rate and difficult popularization; the cervical ring incision requires surgery, and the sequelae are severe.
Patients with cervical cancer-related diseases generally do not show obvious symptoms, or only have symptoms of general cervicitis, such as leucorrhea increase, and complaints about leucorrhea blood or little vaginal bleeding after sexual contact. It belongs to the categories of leukorrhagia, metrorrhagia, abdominal mass and the like in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, and is formed by considering that the core pathogenesis of the disease is the deficiency of healthy qi and the accumulation of damp-heat and blood stasis toxin in the uterus subphylum due to the external infection of damp-heat and toxin and dirt. The therapeutic principle should be heat-clearing and detoxicating, promoting blood circulation and resolving hard mass, removing putrefaction and promoting granulation. However, the composition contains a lot of cold components, and long-term administration of the composition may damage female health and is not beneficial to disease recovery.

Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cervical precancerous lesion comprises, by weight, 100 parts of glabrous greenbrier rhizome, 48 parts of common malted licorice root, 65 parts of muscadine, 22 parts of hirsutella sinensis, 65 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 26 parts of nidus vespae, 65 parts of frankincense, 35 parts of myrrh, 51 parts of astragalus mongholicus, 27 parts of dragon's blood and 22 parts of liquorice.
The invention further provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cervical precancerous lesions, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Soaking nidus Vespae in sodium chloride solution, performing steam distillation, removing the distillation solvent, and keeping the residue;
(2) Extracting nidus Vespae residue and other materials with ethanol under reflux, collecting the residue, concentrating the extractive solution, and drying to obtain extract 1;
(3) And (3) decocting the residues in water, concentrating the decoction, adding ethanol for precipitation, drying the precipitate to obtain an extract 2, and mixing the extract 2 with the extract 1 to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cervical precancerous lesions.

(1) Soaking nidus Vespae in 220mL of 4% sodium chloride solution for 45min, performing steam distillation for 3h, removing the distillation solvent, and keeping the residue;
(2) Adding 5200mL of 75% ethanol into nidus Vespae residue and other materials, reflux-extracting at 55 deg.C for 40min, keeping the residue, concentrating the extractive solution to obtain extract, and drying in a vacuum drying oven at 45 deg.C for 24 hr to obtain extract 1;
(3) And (3) adding 3200mL of water into the decoction dregs obtained in the step (2), decocting for 1.5h, concentrating the decoction to 350mL, adding 1400mL of 95% ethanol, standing at 4 ℃ for precipitation for 24h, filtering and collecting precipitates, drying in a vacuum drying oven at 45 ℃ for 24h to obtain an extract 2, and mixing the extract 2 with the extract 1 to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the precancerous lesion of the cervical carcinoma.

(2) Adding 4700mL of 70% ethanol into nidus Vespae residue and other materials, reflux-extracting at 50 deg.C for 50min, keeping the residue, concentrating the extractive solution to obtain extract, and drying in vacuum oven at 45 deg.C for 24 hr to obtain extract 1;

(1) Soaking nidus Vespae in 210mL of 2.5% sodium chloride solution for 30min, steam distilling for 4 hr, removing the distilled solvent, and keeping the residue;
(2) Adding 6600mL of 80% ethanol into nidus Vespae residue and other materials, reflux extracting at 60 deg.C for 30min, keeping the residue, concentrating the extractive solution to obtain extract, and drying in vacuum drying oven at 45 deg.C for 24 hr to obtain extract 1;
(3) And (3) adding 2800mL of water into the medicine residues in the step (2), decocting for 1h, concentrating the decoction to 350mL, adding 1750mL of absolute ethyl alcohol, standing at 4 ℃ for precipitation for 24h, filtering and collecting precipitates, drying in a vacuum drying box at 45 ℃ for 24h to obtain an extract 2, and mixing the extract 2 with the extract 1 to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the cervical precancerous lesions.

Experimental example 1
The activity of the composition for inhibiting the proliferation of Hela cells is examined, and the specific method is as follows:

Experimental example 2
The effect of the composition of the present invention in clinical application was examined.

7. The method of claim 3, wherein the ethanol added in step (3) is 90 to 100 vol%, and the volume of ethanol is 3 to 5 times that of the decoction concentrate.
8. An oral preparation for treating cervical cancer precursor lesions, which is characterized by comprising the composition of claim 1 or 2 or the composition prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 3 to 7 and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials.

The oral preparation according to claim 8, wherein the oral preparation is an oral liquid, and the preparation method comprises dissolving sucrose and potassium sorbate in water, adding the composition for treating cervical precancerous lesions, dissolving, filtering, collecting the filtrate, adding water to a constant volume, filling, and sterilizing.
10. The oral preparation according to claim 9, wherein the sucrose is added in an amount of 5 to 10% and the potassium sorbate is added in an amount of 0.1 to 0.2%.
