The mounting base 103 is provided with scale marks 104. The neck retainer 1 is a protection positioning device specially designed according to the biological structure of the back neck of the young bird, when the head and the back neck of the young bird are backwards attached to the spoon-shaped curved surface shell 101 of the neck retainer 1, the effective and safe subcutaneous injection part of the back neck of the young bird can be exposed out of an injection slot hole 102 in the center of the spoon-shaped curved surface shell 101, and the rest parts are shielded and protected by the spoon-shaped curved surface shell 101. The injection needle 21 is now in the optimum insertion position. The user can easily reach the correct injection position and angle by only correctly placing the back neck of the young bird on the position of the neck retainer 1.
The injection part of the young chick exposed from the injection slot hole 102 of the neck retainer 1 is thin, so the distance between the neck retainer 1 and the injection needle 21 needs to be reduced, otherwise, the needle cannot be correctly inserted into the subcutaneous part due to too large distance, so that the immunization omission is caused, and the skin of the chick can be scratched by the needle tip; the injection part of the young chicks exposed from the injection slot 102 is thicker, so the distance between the neck retainer 1 and the injection needle 21 needs to be increased, otherwise, the too-small distance can cause the too-deep needle insertion, and the needle can penetrate into the muscle and even injure the blood vessel and the bone, thereby causing the death injury of the chicks. The defect of the existing manual injection can be thoroughly overcome by accurately adjusting the injection distance.
When the user holds the chick and pulls its back neck against the scoop structure 101 of the neck retainer 1 and in the direction of the trigger lever 2, the head of the trigger lever 2 is lifted while the trigger piece 5 is away from the trigger sensor 6. When the distance between the trigger piece 5 and the trigger sensor 6 reaches the set sensing distance, the trigger sensor 6 is triggered and sends a signal to the programmable controller.
The second unit of the invention is an injection unit comprising a drive motor and a vaccine propulsion mechanism:
in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the power mechanism of the present invention comprises a driving motor and a pushing link device of the vaccine propulsion mechanism, wherein the driving motor comprises a stepping motor 9, a push-pull arm 11 is fixed on a shaft 10 of the stepping motor, and the push-pull arm 11 is connected with a ball-head rod 13 with a spherical groove through a connecting shaft 12; the vaccine propelling mechanism comprises an injector 23 connected with an injection needle 21, the front end of the injector 23 is provided with a liquid inlet 24, a liquid pushing piston 22 and an injection push rod 14 which pushes the liquid pushing piston and is provided with a ball head at the other end are arranged in the injector, the ball head part of the injection push rod 14 is arranged in a spherical groove of a ball head rod 13, and a push rod spring 15 is sleeved on the injection push rod 14. A position sensing piece 25 is arranged on the push-pull arm 11; a position sensor 26 is also provided adjacent to the push-pull arm 11 to perform the return action.
Workflow of the injection unit:
when the programmable controller receives the signal sent by the trigger sensor 6, the programmable controller commands the stepping motor shaft 10 of the stepping motor 9 to rotate counterclockwise, so as to drive the push-pull arm 11 and the ball rod 13 to move together, and the injection push rod 14 is pushed forward quickly by the ball rod 13, so as to drive the injector 23 and the slide block 17 to slide quickly towards the neck retainer 1, and the injection needle 21 is pricked under the back neck skin of the chick located at the neck retainer 1 until the slide block 17 is blocked and stopped by the locating pin 20, so that the injection needle 21 is stopped at the subcutaneous position and does not move any more. Thus, the needle pushing action is finished. At this time, the injection push rod 14 is continuously pushed forward under the action of the stepping motor 9, and the push rod spring 15 is compressed, so that the liquid medicine in the syringe 23 is injected into the back subcutaneous part of the neck of the young poultry by the liquid pushing piston 22 through the injection needle 21, and the liquid pushing action is finished.
In the present invention, the dosage of the syringe 23 is precisely controlled by the programmable controller and can be freely adjusted within a certain range. Conventional syringes typically set the maximum volume inside the barrel to the desired dosage by adjusting the maximum limit of the plunger. The user pushes the piston to the bottom, namely, the liquid medicine in the needle cylinder is emptied, so that the required dosage can be reached. If the dosage is required to be adjusted, the position of the piston of the injector must be adjusted. The implementation method of the invention comprises the following steps: the user sets in advance, through the software and the programmable controller, the dose of the drug to be injected, which corresponds precisely to the rotation angle of the stepper motor 9. The rotation angle of the stepping motor 9 determines the stroke of the syringe ball push rod 14 and the liquid pushing piston 22 in the syringe, thereby determining the dosage of the liquid medicine flowing out. If the dosage needs to be adjusted, the dosage can be set on matched software without adjusting hardware.
In order to control the advancing action of the vaccine for injection of the present invention as a variable, a halfway sensor 18 is provided, and when the injector 23 moves forward at a high speed, the syringe tail 19 passes the halfway sensor 18. The tail part 19 of the syringe is higher than the outer wall of the syringe, so that the syringe enters the set induction range of the midway sensor 18, the midway sensor 18 is triggered and sends a signal to the programmable controller, and the programmable controller immediately commands the stepping motor 9 to run at a low speed, so that the subsequent liquid pushing action is carried out at a low speed. The reason for designing the speed change process is that if the stepping motor 9 runs at a high speed all the time, the liquid pushing speed of the push rod 14 of the ball head of the injector is too high, so that the liquid medicine cannot be slowly injected under the skin of the young poultry, but leaks back from the needle eye of the neck of the young poultry, and the dosage of the vaccine received by the young poultry is insufficient, so that the immunization fails.
In this embodiment, the syringe 23 has a liquid inlet 24 at the front end thereof, and the liquid inlet 24 is connected to the vial through a hose in use. After the liquid pushing action is completed, the stepping motor shaft 10 is changed to move in the opposite direction, i.e. rotate clockwise, thereby driving the push-pull arm 11 and the ball rod 13 to move away from the neck retainer 1. At this time, the plunger spring 15 is extended and reset, and pushes the plunger piston 22 to move away from the needle 21, so as to form a negative pressure in the syringe, thereby drawing the liquid medicine into the syringe through the liquid inlet 24. The syringe is filled with the liquid medicine again so as to be used for the next injection action, so that a user does not need to manually fill the liquid medicine, and the continuous injection function is realized.
The operation control block diagram of the present invention is shown in fig. 5.
