Abstract

Description

真空隔热元件
本发明涉及一种真空隔热元件。
真空隔热元件之所以可达到较高的隔热效果,是由于真空缺乏导热性。没有粒子,就不会有热传递。其余的实际热传导通过支撑芯(其机械稳定真空隔热元件)和真空隔热元件的边缘(其横向限制了真空空间)进行。
通常,真空隔热元件由用几层金属化塑料薄膜包裹的多孔支撑芯组成。支撑芯的材料本身应该具有低热导率。已知的支撑芯通常由粉末状隔热材料制成,例如气相二氧化硅。玻璃纤维非织造布被认为是另一种芯材。
真空隔热板的应用有,例如,冰箱和冰柜领域以及热水储罐领域。其他已知的应用是在建筑隔热领域。一般来说,隔热板可以用在要求隔热层厚度小,隔热性能高的地方。
目前已知的真空隔热板的缺点是支撑芯的生产非常耗能且昂贵。此外,面板非常敏感,因为只有一层非绝热性(uninsulationaged)塑料薄膜在确保真空。
由于这些和其他原因,存在对本发明的需求。本发明的一个目的是提供一种真空隔热板,其生产需要较少的能量。本发明的一个目的是提供一种更坚固的真空隔热板。本发明的一个目的是提供一种完全可回收的真空隔热板。

图1高度示意性地示出了根据本发明的真空隔热元件10的侧视图。真空隔热元件10可以包括第一平面限制部件12和第二平面限制部件14。限制部件12和限制部件14在它们之间界定出真空空间16。第一平面限制部件12和第二平面限制部件14可以彼此平行布置。第一平面限制部件12和第二平面限制部件14可以彼此间隔开。从第一限制部件12到第二限制部件14,热传递被最小化。
第一支撑元件18远离第一限制部件12延伸到真空空间16中。第二支撑元件20远离第二限制部件14延伸到真空间16中。具有支撑元件18、20的限制部件12、14彼此相对布置,使得第一支撑元件18和第二支撑元件20彼此交错突出,并且彼此间隔开。
第一支撑元件18朝向第二限制部件14延伸。第一支撑元件18不接触第二限制部件14。第二支撑元件20朝向第一限制部件12延伸。第二支撑元件20不接触第二限制部件14。第一支撑元件18可以与第一限制部件12一体形成。第二支撑元件20可以与第二限制部件14一体形成。
在一个实施例中,第一限制部件12与第一支撑元件18一起可以形成为波状或波纹状部件。在一个实施例中,具有第二支撑元件20的第二限制部件14也可以实现为波状或波纹状部件。可以设置多个波纹。
真空隔热元件10包括纤维结构22。纤维结构22在真空空间16中将第一支撑元件18和第二支撑元件20彼此连接。纤维结构22可以固定或附接到至少一个第一支撑元件18、至少一个第二支撑元件20、第一限制部件12和/或第二限制部件14。包括第一限制部件12和第一支撑元件18的真空隔热元件的上部通过纤维结构22连接到包括第二限制部件14和第二支撑元件20的真空隔热元件的下部。纤维结构22具有低热导率。纤维结构22被配置成至少吸收由真空在第一限制部件12和第二限制部件14上引起的压力。纤维结构22还可以被配置成进一步吸收由于真空隔热元件10的使用而施加到真空隔热元件10的力。箭头24象征性地表示了由于环境压力导致的真空而作用到限制部件12、14上的力。
真空隔热元件10可以包括装置26,用于密封真空空间16,这将在下文更详细地解释。
从第一限制部件12到第二限制部件14的热传导只能通过纤维结构22、用于密封限制部件26的装置26和真空空间16发生,即通过残留在不完全真空中的气体原子和气体分子发生。发明人因此能够证明热传递仅在10-5W/mK的范围内。
参考图2,支撑元件18、20和纤维结构22之间的相互作用变得清楚。图2示出了图1的真空隔热元件10的一小部分,其中,箭头24示出了由于空间16中的真空而作用在限制部件12上的力。力24被传递到所示的支撑元件18,并被纤维结构22吸收。由于支撑元件18、20彼此交错突出,实现了外部压力负载到纤维结构22的纤维的张力负载的力重定向。倾斜布置的纤维结构22进一步吸收任何同样出现的横向力。
限制部件12、14可以界定真空隔热元件10的上表面和下表面。真空形成在第一平面限制部件12和第二平面限制部件14之间。第一限制部件12和第二限制部件14彼此间隔开,并且可以彼此大体平行。限制部件12、14可以由适用于高真空的材料制成。限制部件12、14的导热率与真空隔热元件的导热率无关,因为它们彼此不接触。限制部件12、14可以由金属制成。限制部件12、14可以由不锈钢制成。限制部件12、14可以由陶瓷、玻璃、层压材料和/或塑料制成。限制部件12、14可以包括或由金属涂覆的纤维层压材料制成。
限制部件12、14可以是平坦的,并且每个都完全位于一个平面内。以这种方式,可以形成面板。面板可用于,例如,建筑隔热。可以铺设多层面板。在这种情况下,连续层的各个面板可以彼此错开布置,使得不同层的邻接边缘不会彼此叠置。换句话说,面板可以以砖砌的方式逐层排列。
在其他实施例中,限制部件12、14可以采取任何期望的形状。限制部件12、14可以是弯曲的。在一个实施例中,限制部件12、14可以包括边缘,如参考图5进行的更详细的解释。在一个实施例中,限制部件12、14可以形成拐角。限制部件12、14可以为特定的应用而进行设计。例如,如果仅使用平板来隔离空间,则不可避免地会在边缘产生热桥,因为第一面板的下限制部件14与第二面板的上限制部件会在边缘处产生接触。限制部件12、14作为边缘或作为拐角的建议设计允许(空间)隔热而不形成热桥。
每个限制部件12、14都可以是全表面都由例如连续的不锈钢板制成。不锈钢板制造成本低廉,并且可以在隔热元件的使用寿命结束时完全回收。回收率很好。全表面实施例可以增加真空隔热元件10的机械阻力。
在其他实施例中,限制部件12、14中的至少一个可以具有开口或孔。限制部件12、14中的至少一个可以由丝线形成。可以形成晶格状。限制部件12、14中的至少一个可以形成为型材结构(profiled structure)。这种具有开口的结构可以具有较低的重量。这种具有开口的结构可以使用较少的材料。对于较大的开口,限制部件可以被纤维结构22横跨。
用于密封真空空间16的装置26可以包围整个真空隔热元件10,如图1所示。用于密封真空空间16的装置26可以是箔袋,特别是金属化箔袋。
用于密封真空空间16的装置26可以仅沿着相对的限制部件12、14的边缘延伸。用于密封真空空间16的装置26可以以防扩散(diffusion-tight)的方式沿限制部件12、14的边缘直接连接。用于密封真空空间16的装置26可以粘结或焊接到限制部件12、14上。用于密封真空空间16的装置26可以形成在限制部件12、14中的一个或两个上。装置26可以由与限制部件12、14相同的材料形成。
用于密封真空空间16的装置26可以由防扩散材料制成。用于密封真空空间16的装置26可以形成得非常薄,以最小化沿边缘的热传递。用于密封真空空间16的装置26可以由薄金属箔形成。金属箔的厚度可以在2μm和50μm之间。金属箔的厚度可以具有不同的值。用于密封真空空间16的装置26可以由厚度在5μm和20μm之间的不锈钢箔形成,或者包括厚度在5μm和20μm之间的不锈钢箔。用于密封真空空间16的装置26可以包括玻璃或金属化塑料膜。真空隔热元件的边缘区域可以由纤维结构22加强,这也可以从图1中看出。特别地,纤维结构22的纤维可以在基本垂直于限制部件12、14的边缘区域中延伸。
支撑元件18、20可以附接到相应的限制部件12、14。第一和第二支撑元件可以分别螺纹连接、焊接、胶粘、熔接、插入、夹紧或以其他方式固定到第一和第二限制部件12、14。支撑元件18、20可以与相应的限制部件12、14一体形成。支撑元件18、20可以均匀地分布在限制部件12、14上。支撑元件18可以安装在限制部件12上,其中,支撑元件18的布置与支撑元件20在限制部件14上的布置错开。
支撑元件18可以具有与支撑元件20相同的形状。支撑元件18可以具有与支撑元件20不同的形状。
支撑元件18、20可以是条形的。支撑元件18、20可以作为肋条在限制部件12、14的整个范围上延伸。肋可以形成为v形,其中,v形的开口可以定向为面向相应的限制部件。
支撑元件18、20可以大体是杆状的。杆状支撑元件18、20可以在限制部件12、14上均匀地分布成行和列。杆状支撑元件18、20可以具有大体矩形的接地平面。杆状支撑元件18、20可以具有大体正方形的接地平面。杆状支撑元件18、20可以具有大体圆形或椭圆形的接地平面。杆状支撑元件18、20可以具有任何期望的接地平面。每个限制部件的尺寸和支撑元件的数量在很大程度上取决于所使用的材料、应用领域和可能作用在真空隔热元件上的附加力。
支撑元件18、20可以具有用于纤维结构22的穿引件。穿引件可以是凹口或凹槽的形式。穿引件可以是横向凹口的形式。支撑元件18、20可以具有作为穿引件的孔。纤维结构22可以固定到支撑元件18、20上。支撑元件18、20可以包括用于固定的设备。该设备可以是夹紧设备。
除了边缘密封之外,在第一限制部件12和第二限制部件14之间还通过纤维结构22发生大量的热传递。纤维结构22因此被配置成具有低热导率。纤维结构22可以具有小于0.06W/mK的热导率值。纤维结构22可以由玻璃纤维形成。玻璃纤维可具有约1W/mK的导热值。纤维结构22可由导热值约为0.04W/mK的芳族聚酰胺纤维形成。纤维结构22可由尼龙纤维、大麻纤维或碳纤维形成。纤维结构可以由一种以上的所述材料形成。热导率进一步由纤维结构的横截面决定。
纤维结构22应该具有高拉伸强度,因为高的力通过纤维结构22被吸收。
目前,芳族聚酰胺纤维似乎是特别合适的。“芳族聚酰胺”一词代表芳香族聚酰胺。这些是各向异性聚合物纤维。它们具有比玻璃纤维更低的密度,并且表现出特别高的拉伸强度和高韧性。它们非常抗疲劳。拉伸强度可以是大约2800N/mm2
纤维结构22可以是纤维束或细丝。如图1所示,细丝22可以具有附接到第一限制部件12的一端,然后交替地经过第一支撑元件18和第二支撑元件20、另一个第一支撑元件18、另一个第二支撑元件20,等等,并且附接到第二限制部件14。
根据第一和第二支撑元件的布置,作为细丝的纤维结构22可以在支撑元件上沿不同方向被穿引。
在其他实施例中,纤维结构22可以是织物。织物可以覆盖限制部件的整个表面。在其他实施例中,纤维结构22可以实现为织物带。纤维结构可以体现为编织带。纤维结构22的各种实施例可以进行组合。
纤维结构22可以在边缘区域中被穿引并且附接到限制部件12、14的边缘,例如,以加固边缘区域中的密封膜26。纤维结构22可以在边缘区域中大体垂直地从第一限制部件12被穿引到第二限制部件14。纤维结构22可以在边缘区域对角延伸。纤维结构可以体现为边缘区域中的织物和支撑元件18、20之间的细丝。
在一个实施例中,限制部件12、14可以形成为全面(full-faced)不锈钢板,在边缘区域具有紧密的纤维覆盖层和薄的不锈钢箔,其以气密方式连接到不锈钢板。紧密的纤维覆盖层的尺寸可以加强非常薄的不锈钢箔。这可以提供非常坚固耐用的、可回收的真空隔热板。
图3示出了根据一个实施例的第一限制部件12的俯视图。第一杆状支撑元件18按规则的网格分布在限制部件12的整个表面上。第一支撑元件18排列成行和列。在所示实施例中,第一杆状支撑元件18的横截面是矩形的。
图4示出了沿着图1中的线A-A’的截面,观察第二限制部件14。在该图中,截除了第一支撑元件18,同时观察第二支撑元件20。在图4的实施例中,省略了用于密封真空空间的装置26。在图示的实施例中,纤维结构22由,例如,芳族聚酰胺纤维的单根细丝形成。举例来说,限制部件14是矩形的。纤维结构22的单根细丝大体平行于限制部件14的边缘延伸,并终止于边缘。
第一支撑元件18和第二支撑元件20彼此交错突出,并且彼此间隔开。纤维结构22的细丝在支撑元件18、20上彼此交叉,并且可以在它们的交叉点(未示出)处被穿引到支撑元件中或支撑元件上。
图5示意性地示出了形成边缘的示例性真空隔热元件的侧视图。第一限制部件12和第二限制部件14都被设计成边缘30。在所示实施例中,第一限制部件12的第一部分表面12a垂直于第二部分表面12b延伸,并因此形成边缘30。这同样适用于具有第一部分表面14a和第二部分表面14b的第二限制部件14。
因此,也避免了外部或第一限制部件12与内部或第二限制部件14之间在边缘区域中的接触,也就没有形成热桥。
第一支撑元件18和第二支撑元件20以及纤维结构22的设计类似于迄今描述的实施例,因而不再赘述。
在一个实施例中,第一真空隔热元件形成为一侧开口的容器。例如,第一限制部件12和第二限制部件14形成为一侧开口的长方体、正方体或圆柱体。同样,真空空间由限制部件界定,支撑元件18、20如上所述,朝向限制部件突出,支撑元件18、20经由纤维结构22连接。第二真空隔热元件可以设置为开口侧的盖子。
第二真空隔热元件可以大体是面板的形式,可复制缺失侧的外部形状。另选地,盖子可以是第二真空隔热元件,其具有与第一真空隔热元件基本相同的形状,但是稍微大一些,使得可以在第一真空隔热元件上滑动。这里,较大真空隔热元件的侧壁可以完全或部分覆盖较小真空隔热元件的侧壁。
然后,真空防止热量从(内部)容器的内部传递到外部。这种形式的结构可应用于,例如,缓冲储罐或容器中。优选地,在该实施例中,纤维结构22被设计得更坚固,因为纤维结构必须额外承受内容物的静载荷。
这两个容器,每一个都在一侧打开,一个放在另一个的上面,就形成了一个容易打开的装置,具有极好的隔热性能。例如,这可以用作冷却箱。在一个实施例中,这里的限制部件不是由纯金属制成,而是由金属涂覆的纤维层压材料制成。
在根据本发明的真空隔热元件的生产中,首先如上所述生产模具,包括密封件,然后以已知方式对封闭空间抽真空,以提供真空空间16。为了提高真空的质量或延长真空隔热元件的寿命,吸气材料可以被引入到限制部件12、14之间的空间中,所述吸气材料,例如,可以随着时间的推移束缚从外部渗透的气体分子,所以,即使密封恶化,也能保持真空。发明人在约10至4毫巴的真空下获得了10-5W/mK范围内的非常好的隔热值。
根据本发明的真空隔热元件可以用主要由金属制成的简单结构代替传统真空隔热板的支撑芯,传统真空绝热板到目前为止通常由气相二氧化硅制成。这可以显著降低生产过程中的一次能源需求。生产也变得更具成本效益。此外,如果在边缘区域使用金属箔,可以显著改善边缘的防扩散性和抗阻性。这样可以延长使用寿命,并简化隔热材料的处理。
尽管已经示出和描述了具体实施例,但是本领域普通技术人员将会理解,在不脱离本发明的基本思想的情况下,可以用各种替代和/或等同的实现来替代所示和所描述的具体实施例。本申请旨在涵盖这里讨论的具体实施例的任何修改或变化。

3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的真空隔热元件(10),其中,所述纤维结构(22)包括玻璃、尼龙、大麻、芳族聚酰胺或/和碳纤维。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的真空隔热元件(10),其中,所述纤维结构(22)的形式为在所述支撑元件(18,20)之间延伸的单根细丝。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的真空隔热元件(10),其中,所述纤维结构(22)被形成为纤维织物。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的真空隔热元件(10),其中,所述限制部件(12,14)中的至少一个包括金属、陶瓷、玻璃、层压材料和/或塑料。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的真空隔热元件(10),其中,所述限制部件(12,14)中的至少一个包括开口。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的真空隔热元件(10),其中,所述限制部件(12,14)各自形成至少一个边缘或拐角。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的真空隔热元件(10),其中,所述第一和第二支撑元件(18,20)大体为杆状。
10.根据权利要求9所述的真空隔热元件(10),其中,所述第一和第二支撑元件(18,20)在所述限制部件(12,14)上按行和列均匀地分布。
11.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的真空隔热元件(10),其中,所述第一和第二支撑元件(18,20)大体为肋形,尤其为v形,并且在所述限制部件(12,14)的大体整个范围上延伸。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的真空隔热元件(10),其中,所述第一和第二支撑元件(18,20)包括用于所述纤维结构(22)的穿引件和/或固定件。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的真空隔热元件(10),其中,所述纤维结构(22)还跨越界定所述真空空间(10)的边缘区域。
14.根据权利要求1至6和8至13中任一项所述的真空隔热元件(10),其中,所述限制部件(12,14)形成为真空密封,并且所述用于密封真空空间(16)的装置(26)包括沿着所述限制部件(12,14)的边缘焊接或结合到所述限制部件(12,14)的边缘膜。
15.根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的真空隔热元件(10),其中,用于密封真空空间(16)的装置(26)包括完全包围所述限制部件(12,14)的箔袋,所述真空空间(16)位于所述限制部件(12,14)之间。
16.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的真空隔热元件(10),其中,所述限制部件(12,14)形成为一侧开口的长方体或圆柱体。
17.一种隔热容器,包括:
根据权利要求16所述的真空隔热元件(10),以及形成为用于长方体或圆柱体的盖子的根据权利要求1至15中任一项所述的真空隔热元件(10);或者
两个根据权利要求16所述的真空隔热元件(10),所述两个真空隔热元件(10)的尺寸使得二者可以彼此滑入对方。
