an obtaining module 320, configured to obtain product usage information and product exchange rules; the product use information and the product exchange rule are provided to the server by the exchange platform after the first exchange request is acquired;
a calculation module 330, which obtains a first product set convertible based on the product usage information, the product exchange rules and the points; the integration case comprises an integration value;
wherein the sending module 310 is further adapted to send the redeemable first set of products to a consumption platform;
the obtaining module 320 is further configured to obtain control information based on at least one first product in the convertible first product set;
the sending module 310 is further configured to send, to the redemption platform and the second redemption request, at least one first product associated with the control information to the redemption platform if the control information triggers a preset redemption condition; wherein the second redemption request is for the redemption platform to add the at least one first product to an account corresponding to the redemption platform and/or an account designated by the consumption platform
And the deduction module 340 is configured to deduct an integral deduction value of at least one first product associated with the control information from the integral value.
As an optional implementation of the above embodiment, the calculating module 330 is further adapted to:
obtaining a second exchangeable product set based on the product exchange rule;
obtaining a redeemable third set of products based on the product usage information and the redeemable second set of products;
obtaining a corresponding point deduction value of each third product in the convertible third product set based on the convertible third product set and the product exchange rule;
and obtaining the convertible first product set based on the point deduction value and the point condition.
In still other embodiments, the calculation module 330 may be further adapted to:

obtaining a convertible fourth product set based on the product use information and preset use rules;

Referring to fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The server 130 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1301, a system memory 1304 including a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1302 and a Read Only Memory (ROM) 1303, and a system bus 1305 connecting the system memory 1304 and the central processing unit 1301. The server 130 also includes a basic input/output system (I/O system) 1306, which facilitates transfer of information between devices within the computer, and a mass storage device 1307 for storing an operating system 1313, application programs 1314, and other program modules 1315.
The basic input/output system 1306 includes a display 1308 for displaying information and an input device 1309, such as a mouse, keyboard, etc., for a user to input information. Wherein the display 1308 and input device 1309 are connected to the central processing unit 1301 through an input-output controller 1310 connected to the system bus 1305. The basic input/output system 1306 may also include an input/output controller 1310 for receiving and processing input from a number of other devices, such as a keyboard, mouse, or electronic stylus. Similarly, input-output controller 1310 also provides output to a display screen, a printer, or other type of output device.
The mass storage device 1307 is connected to the central processing unit 1301 through a mass storage controller (not shown) connected to the system bus 1305. The mass storage device 1307 and its associated computer-readable media provide non-volatile storage for the server 130. That is, the mass storage device 1307 may include a computer-readable medium (not shown) such as a hard disk or CD-ROM drive.
Without loss of generality, the computer readable media may comprise computer storage media and communication media. Computer storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data. Computer storage media includes RAM, ROM, EPROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other solid state storage technology, CD-ROM, DVD, or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer storage media is not limited to the foregoing. The system memory 1304 and mass storage device 1307 described above may be collectively referred to as memory.
The server 130 may also operate as a remote computer connected to a network through a network, such as the internet, according to various embodiments of the invention. That is, the server 130 may be connected to the network 1312 through the network interface unit 1311, which is coupled to the system bus 1305, or the network interface unit 1311 may be used to connect to other types of networks or remote computer systems (not shown).
The memory also includes one or more programs, the one or more programs are stored in the memory, and the one or more programs are used for executing the method for providing the customized service based on the consumption point condition of the single user provided by the embodiment.
In light of the foregoing description of the preferred embodiments according to the present application, it is to be understood that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present application is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (10)

1. A method for providing customized service based on consumption point condition of single user, which is applied to a server, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending a first exchange request to an exchange platform;
acquiring product use information and product exchange rules;
obtaining a first product set which can be exchanged based on the product use information, the product exchange rule and the point condition; the integration case comprises an integration value;
sending the redeemable first set of products to a consumption platform;
obtaining control information based on at least one first product in the redeemable first-product set;
if the control information triggers a preset exchange condition, sending at least one first product associated with the control information to the exchange platform and a second exchange request, and deducting a point deduction value of the at least one first product associated with the control information from the point value; wherein the second redemption request is for the redemption platform to add the at least one first product to an account corresponding to the redemption platform and/or an account designated by the consumption platform.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of deriving a redeemable first set of products based on the product usage information, the product redemption rules and points comprises:
obtaining a second convertible product set based on the product conversion rule;
obtaining a third set of redeemable products based on the product usage information and the second set of redeemable products;
obtaining a corresponding point deduction value of each third product in the convertible third product set based on the convertible third product set and the product exchange rule;
and obtaining the convertible first product set based on the corresponding point deduction value and point value of each third product.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of deriving a redeemable first set of products based on the product usage information, the product redemption rules and points comprises:
obtaining a convertible fourth product set based on the product use information and preset use rules;
obtaining a convertible fifth product set and a score deduction value corresponding to each fifth product in the fifth product set based on the fourth product set and the preset conversion rule;
and obtaining the convertible first product set based on the point deduction value and the point value corresponding to each fifth product.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of sending the first redemption request to the redemption platform, the method further comprises:
acquiring a conversion instruction;
the step of sending a first redemption request to a redemption platform includes:
and displaying a convertible exchange platform on the consumption platform, acquiring a touch instruction, and sending the first exchange request to an exchange platform corresponding to the touch instruction.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of sending the first redemption request to the redemption platform, the method further comprises:
acquiring an integration condition, wherein the integration condition comprises at least one of an integration value and an integration aging;
and if the integral value and the integral aging trigger respectively corresponding preset prompt conditions, generating the first exchange request.
6. The method of claim 4 or 5, wherein the method further comprises:
and if the control information triggers that the exchange condition is not preset, sending the point condition and/or the condition of a product which can be exchanged on another exchange platform to the consumption platform.
7. An apparatus for providing customized service based on consumption point condition of single user, comprising:
the transmission module is used for transmitting the first exchange request to the exchange platform;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring product use information and product exchange rules;
the calculation module is used for obtaining a first product set which can be exchanged based on the product use information, the product exchange rule and the point condition; the integration case comprises an integration value;
wherein the sending module is further adapted to send the redeemable first set of products to a consumption platform;
the obtaining module is further configured to obtain control information based on at least one first product in the redeemable first product set;
the sending module is further configured to send, to the exchange platform, at least one first product associated with the control information to the exchange platform and the second exchange request if the control information triggers a preset exchange condition; wherein the second redemption request is for the redemption platform to add the at least one first product to an account corresponding to the redemption platform and/or an account designated by the consumption platform
And the deduction module is used for deducting the integral deduction value of at least one first product related to the control information from the integral value.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the computing module is further adapted to:
obtaining a second convertible product set based on the product conversion rule;
obtaining a redeemable third set of products based on the product usage information and the redeemable second set of products;
obtaining a corresponding point deduction value of each third product in the convertible third product set based on the convertible third product set and the product exchange rule;
and obtaining the convertible first product set based on the point deduction value and the point condition.
9. A server, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory having stored therein at least one instruction readable and executable by the processor to perform the method of providing customized services based on single user consumption credit situations of any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon at least one instruction, which is loaded and executed by a process, to implement the method of providing customized services based on single user consumption credit situations of any one of claims 1 to 6.
