In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a rights management method embodiment, it should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the accompanying drawings may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions, and that while a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a rights management method according to an embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step S102, transaction information of the target object to the target digital product is obtained, wherein the transaction information at least carries: the system comprises a first transaction pipeline used for representing a target object to a target digital product and a target certification mark used for representing the target digital product in a preset blockchain system;
step S104, under the condition that the first transaction flow represents the completion of the transaction, updating the target transaction record indicated by the target pass-certificate identification in the preset block chain system according to the first transaction flow;
and step S106, distributing the authority of the target digital product to the target object according to the updated target transaction record.
In the embodiment of the invention, the transaction information of the target object to the target digital product is obtained, wherein the transaction information at least carries: the system comprises a first transaction pipeline used for representing a target object to a target digital product and a target certification mark used for representing the target digital product in a preset blockchain system; under the condition that the first transaction flow represents that the transaction is completed, updating a target transaction record indicated by the target pass-certificate identification in a preset blockchain system according to the first transaction flow; according to the updated target transaction record, the authority of the target digital product is allocated to the target object, so that the authority can be allocated to the target object based on the transaction record in the preset block chain system, the target object can conduct business transaction on the target digital product depending on the allocated authority, the flexibility of conducting business transaction on the digital product is greatly improved, the technical effect of ensuring the safety of conducting business transaction on the digital product is achieved, and the technical problem of poor safety of conducting business transaction on the digital product based on a centralized platform is solved.
In step S102, the target digital product may be a rental service of a network or a traffic product, such as a traffic package.
In step S102, the purchase of the target digital product by the target object generates a first transaction flow.
In the above step S102, the target pass certificate is a unique identifier of the trusted digital rights certificate of the target digital product.
Optionally, the trusted digital rights and interests voucher of the target digital product may be an NFT, which is fully called Non-fungal Token, that is, a Non-homogeneous voucher, and is a trusted digital rights and interests voucher having a unique characteristic in a block chain network, and is a data object capable of recording and processing multidimensional and complex attributes on a block chain, and the NFT may identify and manage assets such as digital content only existing in a digital space, and may also be associated with a digital form of real-world real goods.
Optionally, uniqueness of the NFT. The NFT enables digital products to obtain 'digital identity cards' with unique identifiers in a block chain right-confirming mode, each telecommunication service can be numbered, each link of transaction is completely recorded through the block chain, and therefore each service is mapped into an NFT which is unique.
Optionally, scarcity of NFT. Developers have rights to limit the number of releases, NFTs have scarcity, and can limit the number of releases for certain telecommunications services (e.g., school business in the campus fall).
Optionally, indivisible nature of the NFT. The minimum unit of each NFT exists in a whole, and each service is a fixed whole and cannot be split.
Optionally, transferability of the NFT. Because the NFT is distributed, transfer of entitlements can be accomplished by recording transaction links on the blockchain without the need for a central issuer or third party intervention.
Optionally, the verifiability of the NFT. The block chain can carry out uniqueness authentication and right confirmation on the digital product, namely, the uniqueness of each telecommunication service can be ensured, and the right of a user is effectively protected.
In the above step S104, the transaction completion indicates that the target object completes the purchase of the target digital product, in this case, the target transaction record indicated by the target voucher id may be updated in the predetermined blockchain system according to the first transaction flow.
In step S106, the authority of the target object to the target digital product is determined according to the target transaction record in the preset blockchain system, and if the target transaction in the preset blockchain system indicates that the target object completes the transaction to the target digital product, it is determined that the target object has the authority to the target digital product, so that the target object can complete the service transaction to the target digital product depending on the assigned authority.
As an alternative embodiment, the telecommunication service is mapped to a target digital product, and the rights management method may perform the NFT-based telecommunication service transaction method based on the connection of the sales product system, the NFT management system, the blockchain system, the terminal system, and the payment system.
Optionally, a sales article system, which is responsible for recording information of the digital product and synchronizing the information to the NFT management system.
Optionally, the NFT management system is configured to generate a digital ID (e.g., a target digital identifier) of the digital product, record the auxiliary information of the digital product, and interface the intelligent contract of the blockchain system.
Optionally, a blockchain system, which is a decentralized system, records digital production information, transaction records, and smart contracts.
Optionally, the terminal system is connected to the NFT management system and the payment system, and can acquire information of the target digital product and initiate operations such as payment.
Optionally, the payment system is connected with the payment gateway to complete payment and refund, and connected with the NFT management system to apply for the rights of the target digital product.
It should be noted that the smart contract is a program executing code on a blockchain under specific conditions, and is essentially a collection of a series of codes (with features of automation, non-reversal, transparency of code disclosure, etc.), each party permits and maintains its operation in a manner of digitally signing a contract for automatically performing some specific functions (such as remittance, buying and selling virtual NFT commodities, etc.), and the smart contract directly maps basic attributes and circulation modes possessed by the NFT, deploys the developed smart contract to the blockchain, and then becomes a DAPP (decentralized application). Under the scene of the intelligent contract, the telecommunication service handling process can be written into a program through a script language and issued to a block chain to complete chain linking and transaction, and in the process, manual intervention is not needed, and the intelligent contract (program) automatically completes execution.
As an alternative embodiment, the obtaining the transaction information of the target object to the target digital product includes: obtaining a certification-based query request of a target object; responding to the certificate passing inquiry request to generate a certificate passing identification list, wherein a plurality of preset certificate passing identifications are recorded in the certificate passing identification list, and each preset certificate passing identification indicates a corresponding preset digital product; receiving a transaction request of a target object, wherein the transaction request is used for indicating that the target object selects to transact a target digital product corresponding to a target pass identification in a pass identification list; in response to the transaction request, a first transaction pipeline of the target object to the target digital product is generated.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the certification passing identification list can be provided for the target object according to the certification passing inquiry request, a plurality of preset digital products are displayed for the target object to select, then the transaction request of the target object for the selected target digital products is received, the first transaction flow of the target object for the target digital products is generated, the target object completes the transaction for the target digital products, the transaction information is generated according to the target certification passing identification selected by the target object and the first transaction flow, and the transaction information of the target object for the target digital products is obtained.
As an alternative embodiment, generating the passport token list in response to the passport inquiry request includes: identifying a preset query condition carried in the certification-based query request; inquiring one or more preset digital products meeting preset inquiry conditions in a preset block chain system; and generating a pass identification list according to the preset pass identifications of one or more preset digital products.
