wherein the intelligent contract in the capability opening module is used for comprising: checking the house sale qualification, checking the house transaction contract, checking the issuance of the public accumulation fund, checking the loan and checking the qualification of the past household;

the intelligent contract automatically extracts the first payment from the specified account of the buyer and inputs the first payment into the specified account of the seller, and then the process is uploaded to the block chain to complete the transaction process of the second-hand house;
the second-hand room transaction method further comprises the following steps: a registration process for a user, the registration process for the user comprising:
the user logs in the service platform to register the account and uploads the account, and the method comprises the following steps: identity information, operation verification information, a communication address and a designated bank account, wherein the identity information comprises: name, gender and identification number; the operation verification information includes: voice, fingerprint, face and face feature identification information and/or eyeball feature identification information; the communication address includes: a fixed broadband IP address and/or a mobile phone number;
the service platform sends the identity information, the operation verification information, the communication address and the designated bank account to the 5G platform, and then uploads the identity information, the operation verification information, the communication address and the designated bank account to the block chain; the identity information, the communication address and the designated bank account are communicated with a corresponding external system through a corresponding distributed data interface by an intelligent contract in a 5G platform, so that the identity information, the communication address and the designated bank account are respectively audited;
after the verification is passed, the 5G platform initiates operation verification to the communication address in the corresponding account and requests to bind the mobile phone;
and when the 5G platform finishes auditing by comparing the operation verification information and obtains the information of the confirmation binding mobile phone replied by the user, the mobile edge computing host acquires the mobile equipment identification code of the mobile phone of the user, associates the mobile equipment identification code with the information of the user and uploads the mobile equipment identification code to the block chain, so that the registration process of the user is finished.
