The invention discloses a heat exchanger for a fresh air system, which comprises a main frame body, a water tank and a heat collecting plate. The inner part of the main frame body is provided with a cavity, the front outer side wall and the rear outer side wall which are opposite to each other are respectively provided with an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe, the air outlet pipe is connected with the air inlet pipe through a connecting pipe, and the connecting pipe is positioned in the cavity. The water tank is located below the main frame body, and cooling water for dissipating heat of the main frame body is filled in the water tank. The heat collecting plate is arranged inside the cavity and positioned at one side of the connecting pipe, and is used for absorbing heat of the connecting pipe. The invention is convenient for improving the heat collection efficiency of the device structure and carrying out water-cooled heat radiation treatment on the device structure.

The existing heat exchanger has the problems that the heat collection efficiency of the device structure is not convenient to be improved, and the water-cooled heat dissipation treatment is not convenient to be carried out on the device structure.
Therefore, how to provide a heat exchanger which is convenient for improving the heat collection efficiency and the heat dissipation treatment of the device structure becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently in the field.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a heat exchanger for a fresh air system, which includes a main frame 1, a water tank 8, and a heat collecting plate 5.
The inside of main frame body 1 is equipped with the cavity, is equipped with intake pipe 2 and outlet duct 4 respectively on two relative front and back lateral walls, and outlet duct 4 and intake pipe 2 pass through connecting pipe 3 and connect, and connecting pipe 3 is located the cavity.
The water tank 8 is located below the main frame 1, and the water tank 8 is filled with cooling water for radiating heat from the main frame 1.
The heat collecting plate 5 is disposed inside the cavity at one side of the connection pipe 3, and serves to absorb heat of the connection pipe 3.

the inner part of the main frame body is provided with a cavity, the front outer side wall and the rear outer side wall which are opposite to each other are respectively provided with an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe, the air outlet pipe and the air inlet pipe are connected through a connecting pipe, and the connecting pipe is positioned in the cavity;
the water tank is positioned below the main frame body, and cooling water for dissipating heat of the main frame body is filled in the water tank;
the heat collecting plate is arranged inside the cavity and positioned at one side of the connecting pipe, and is used for absorbing heat of the connecting pipe.
2. The heat exchanger for a fresh air system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air inlet pipe is located at a position close to the left end of the front side of the main frame, and the air outlet pipe is located at a position close to the right end of the rear side of the main frame.
3. The heat exchanger for a fresh air system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the connection pipe has an S-shaped structure with a plurality of bent sections.
4. The heat exchanger for the fresh air system as claimed in claim 3, wherein the heat collecting plate is disposed between two adjacent segments of the connecting pipe.
5. The heat exchanger for the fresh air system as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a top plate, wherein the upper ends of the heat collecting plates are connected to the top plate, and two ends of the top plate are lapped on the left side and the right side of the main frame body.
6. The heat exchanger for the fresh air system as claimed in claim 5, wherein fixing nails are further provided at both ends of the top plate, and the fixing nails are fixedly connected with left and right side walls of the main frame body.
7. The heat exchanger for the fresh air system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a condenser is further arranged on the side wall of the water tank, and the condenser is connected with the inside of the water tank through a condensing pipe.
8. The heat exchanger for a fresh air system as claimed in claim 7, wherein a water inlet pipe is provided on a sidewall of the water tank to supplement the cooling water in the water tank.
9. The heat exchanger for a fresh air system as claimed in claim 8, wherein a sealing plate is further connected to the opening of the water inlet pipe through a rotating shaft, and the sealing plate can seal the water inlet pipe.
