When the oil cup 60 is installed, firstly, two hands press the buttons 621 on two sides respectively, the buttons 621 drive the clamping hook portions 6251 of the clamping buckles 625 to retract through the transmission rod set, meanwhile, the first return spring 622 and the second return spring 626 are compressed, then the oil cup 60 is placed into the oil cup groove, the pressing of the buttons 621 is released, the buttons 621 reset under the action of the first return spring 622, the clamping buckles 625 reset under the action of the second return spring 626, namely, the clamping hook portions 6251 of the clamping buckles 625 reset to the state extending out of the through holes, and at the moment, the clamping hook portions 6251 are clamped and fixed with the clamping grooves. When the oil cup 60 needs to be cleaned, the two hands respectively press the buttons 621 on the two sides to detach the oil cup 60.
