The opening and closing angle of the baffle 600 is related to the elastic force of the elastic module 801, when the opening angle of the baffle 600 is kept at the minimum angle, namely, in a compressed state, the baffle 600 is subjected to external force to enable the elastic force of the elastic module 801 to reach the maximum state; when the external force applied to the baffle 600 is removed, the elastic force of the elastic module 801 is in a minimum state, namely in a natural state, the opening angle of the baffle 600 is maximized, the smoke gathering area is improved, and the smoking effect is better; in the process that the baffle 600 receives an external force to make the elastic force of the elastic module 801 reach the maximum state and the external force is released to make the elastic force of the elastic module 801 reach the minimum state, the opening angle of the baffle 600 is transited from the minimum angle to the maximum angle, specifically, under the condition of normal non-compression, the opening angle range of the first fixing plate 8011 and the second fixing plate 8014 is 60 degrees to 150 degrees, and the opening angle of the first fixing plate 8011 and the second fixing plate 8014 is 120 degrees in the embodiment.
Referring to fig. 7, 8, and 9, in an optional embodiment of the present embodiment, the linkage assembly 800 further includes a first roller 802, the first roller 802 is disposed on the housing assembly 300 and disposed on a side of the baffle 600 away from the smoke inlet, a rolling groove 8021 is disposed on a side of the baffle 600 away from the smoke inlet, the first roller 802 is in rolling fit with the rolling groove 8021, the number of the first roller 802 and the rolling groove 8021 is two, the two first rollers 802 are disposed on the housing bottom plate 303, the two first rollers 802 are symmetrically disposed about an axis of the housing bottom plate 303 in a vertical direction, the two rolling grooves 8021 are disposed on the baffle 600 and symmetrically disposed about an axis of the baffle 600 in the vertical direction, the two first rollers are in one-to-one correspondence with the two rolling grooves, and one side of the elastic module 801 is connected with the rolling groove 8021, so as to prevent the first roller 802 from directly contacting the baffle 600. When the cigarette making machine starts to work, the driving assembly 700 drives the smoke collecting cover 500 to move, the first roller 802 and the baffle 600 slide relatively, the baffle 600 is acted by the elastic module 801, so that the baffle 600 starts to rotate around the rotating shaft 8012, and referring to fig. 5 and 6 continuously, after the smoke collecting cover 500 moves for a distance L1, the first roller 802 completely passes through the surface of the baffle 600, at the moment, the baffle 600 is completely opened, the elastic module 801 supports the baffle 600 to form a certain included angle with the surface of the smoke inlet cavity, and the baffle 600 is opened to expose the smoke inlet; when the cigarette machine is closed, the collection petticoat pipe 500 drives the baffle 600 of opening angle and upwards moves, baffle 600 top begins to contact first gyro wheel 802, advance the cigarette chamber and continue the rebound, first gyro wheel 802 rolls on baffle 600 surface, elastic module 801 is extruded, baffle 600 begins to rotate, the opening angle diminishes gradually, after the operation is accomplished, baffle 600 is closed, advance the cigarette chamber subassembly and hide, make the in-process at collection petticoat pipe 500 lift through first gyro wheel 802 and elastic module 801, realize that baffle 600 opens automatically or closes into the mouth, need not to set up driving piece or connecting rod transmission alone, and save the cost, and make overall structure up-and-down motion reliable, it is not fragile.
When the range hood 100 operates, a gap is formed between the first roller 802 and the front side surface of the smoke collecting hood 500, when the range hood normally works, part of oil smoke enters the inner side of the shell assembly 300 through the gap, part of the oil smoke condenses on the surface of the baffle 600, the surface of the rolling groove 8021 and the surface of the first roller 802 to form grease, the grease on the surface of the baffle 600 may generate an oil dripping phenomenon, and the friction force is increased when the grease on the surface of the rolling groove 8021 and the grease on the surface of the first roller 802 roll, so that the first roller 802 rolls difficultly.
In contrast, referring to fig. 16, 17, 18 and 22, in an alternative embodiment of this embodiment, preferably, the smoke collecting device further includes a sealing assembly 803, where the sealing assembly 803 includes a flange 8031, a support platform 8032 and a gasket 8033, the support platform 8032 is disposed on the housing assembly 300 and is disposed on an upper portion of the first roller 802, the flange 8031 is disposed on an upper portion of the support platform 8032 and is fixed to the smoke collecting hood 500, and the gasket 8033 is disposed outside the support platform 8032, when the range hood 100 starts to operate, the driving assembly 700 drives the smoke collecting hood 500 to start moving, until the smoke collecting hood 500 completely extends out of the housing assembly 300, the flange 8031 and the gasket 8033 contact to seal an air intake gap 3034 formed between the first roller 802 and the smoke collecting hood 500, so that cooking fumes cannot pass through this region, thereby solving the above problem.
Referring to fig. 20, in an alternative embodiment of the present embodiment, the driving assembly 700 includes a lead screw 701, a lead screw connecting plate 702, a lead screw moving block 703 and a lead screw motor 704; one side and collection petticoat pipe 500 of lead screw connecting plate 702 are connected, the opposite side is connected with lead screw movable block 703, lead screw movable block 703 sets up on lead screw 701 and moves along with lead screw 701, the one end of lead screw 701 is connected with the drive end of lead screw motor 704, lead screw 701 is rotatory to drive lead screw movable block 703 and to remove along lead screw 701, and then drive the lead screw connecting plate 702 fixed with lead screw movable block 703 and remove, thereby drive the same reciprocal linear motion along with lead screw movable block 703 of collection petticoat pipe 500 of being connected with lead screw connecting plate 702, drive assembly 700 drives collection petticoat pipe 500 and stretches out or accomodates in shell subassembly 300, the straight line fixed point can be realized in the cooperation motion of lead screw 701 and lead screw movable block 703, positioning control, make overall structure up-and-down motion reliable, and prolonged service life.
It should be noted that the power source of the driving assembly 700 is not limited to the above-mentioned structural form, and may be other power sources such as an electric push rod, and the specific structural form of the driving assembly 700 is not limited in the present application.
Referring to fig. 23, in an optional embodiment of the present embodiment, preferably, a sealing element 705 is disposed on one side of the screw rod 701 close to the screw rod connection plate 702, the sealing element 705 is provided with a groove 706 capable of accommodating the screw rod movable block 703 to slide relative to the screw rod 701, the screw rod movable block 703 penetrates through the sealing element 705 to be in transmission connection with the screw rod 701, the sealing element 705 in the present embodiment is a rubber sealing gasket 8033, the groove 706 is a V-shaped groove, which improves a sealing effect, and may also be an arc-shaped groove or the like.
Referring to fig. 4, in an optional implementation manner of the present embodiment, preferably, the driving assembly 700 further includes a sliding rail 707 and a sliding block, the sliding rail 707 is disposed on the housing assembly 300, the smoke collecting cover 500 is slidably connected with the housing assembly 300 through the sliding rail 707 and the sliding block, the sliding rail 707 is located on two sides of the screw rod 701 and is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the housing back plate 304, the sliding block is mounted on the smoke collecting cover 500 and is in sliding fit with the sliding rail 707, by disposing the sliding rail 707, stability of the smoke collecting cover 500 during operation is increased, and a movement effect and a service life of the whole movement of the smoke collecting cover 500 are improved.
Referring to fig. 12, 13, 14 and 15, in an alternative embodiment of this embodiment, the fume collecting device further includes an oil path structure, the oil path structure includes an oil baffle 901, an oil path passage and an oil cup 902, the oil baffle 901 is connected to the housing assembly 300, the oil cup 902 is disposed at the lower end of the fume collecting hood 500 and moves synchronously with the fume collecting hood 500, specifically, the oil baffle 901 includes a front side plate 9011 and a horizontal plate 9012, an angle is formed between the front side plate 9011 and the horizontal plate 9012, the angle is 8 ° to 45 °, in this embodiment, the preferred angle is 25 °, the horizontal plate 9012 is disposed in the housing assembly 300 and connected to the housing bottom plate 303, and the rear side of the horizontal plate 9012 abuts against the housing rear plate 304, an oil plate opening 903 is opened at one end of the front side plate 9011 close to the horizontal plate 9012, a first oil baffle 904 is disposed on the outer periphery of the oil baffle 901, a second oil baffle 905 is disposed on the edge of the oil plate opening 903, the first oil baffle 904 and the second oil baffle 905 have a vertical height d1, d1 is greater than 3mm, preferably d1 is 6mm in the present embodiment, the first oil retaining edge 904 and the second oil retaining edge 905 form an oil guide groove 906 with the horizontal plate 9012, the narrowest width of the oil guide groove 906 is d2, d2 is greater than 6mm, preferably d2 is 25mm in the present embodiment, the oil guide groove 906 can prevent grease from solidifying and block an oil path, a drainage port 907 communicated with the oil guide groove 906 is arranged on the front side plate 9011, an oil receiving port 908 is arranged on the smoke collection cover 500, when the smoke collection cover 500 completely extends out of the housing assembly 300, the oil receiving port 908 is located in the vertical direction at the lowest point of the drainage port 907, an oil leakage hole is arranged on the inner side of the smoke collection cover 500, the oil path is respectively communicated with the drainage port 907, the oil receiving port 908 and the oil leakage hole, the oil receiving port 908 completely covers the drainage port 907, drops into the smoke collection cover 500 from the drainage port 907, passes through the oil leakage hole designed on the inner side of the smoke collection cover 500, and finally enters the oil cup 902. After the oil baffle 901 is installed, the horizontal projection completely covers the horizontal projection of the volute component 200 and the horizontal projection of the driving device, so that the phenomenon of oil leakage in the range hood 100 is avoided.

referring to fig. 19, the linkage assembly 800 includes a rotating assembly 806 and a driven assembly 804; the rotating assembly 806 is arranged on the smoke collecting cover 500, one end of the rotating assembly 806 is connected with the baffle 600, the other end of the rotating assembly 806 is connected with the driven assembly 804, one end of the driven assembly 804 far away from the rotating assembly 806 is connected with the shell assembly 300, when the driving assembly 700 drives the smoke collecting cover 500 to extend out of the shell assembly 300, the driven assembly 804 drives the rotating assembly 806 to rotate, so that the baffle 600 opens the smoke inlet, one end of the driven assembly 804 is connected with the rotating assembly 806, the other end of the driven assembly 804 is connected with the shell assembly 300, when the driving assembly 700 drives the smoke collecting cover 500 to extend out of the shell assembly 300, the driven assembly 804 is driven to move downwards, when the driving assembly 700 further drives the smoke collecting cover 500 to descend, the driven assembly 804 drives the rotating assembly 806 to rotate, and further pulls the baffle 600 connected with the rotating assembly 806 to open, and the smoke collecting device provided by the invention simultaneously meets the multiple actions of moving the smoke collecting cover 500 and driving the baffle 600 to open and close the smoke inlet by arranging a single power source, the technical problems that in the related art, a single power source can only meet single action, and the cost and the manufacturing difficulty are increased due to the arrangement of a plurality of power sources are solved.
Referring to fig. 20, in an alternative embodiment of this embodiment, preferably, the smoke collecting device further includes a limiting component, and the limiting component includes a first limiting box 807; first spacing box 807 sets up on shell subassembly 300, has seted up in first spacing box 807 along vertical direction's second spacing groove 808, and the one end and the second spacing groove 808 sliding fit of driven subassembly 804, first spacing box 807 is spacing to the motion of driven subassembly 804.
Referring to fig. 20-22, in an alternative embodiment of this embodiment, it is preferable that the driven component 804 includes a guiding component and a transmission component, one end of the guiding component is slidably connected to the first constraining case 807, the other end of the guiding component is connected to the transmission component, and the end of the transmission component far from the guiding component is connected to the rotating component 806. One end of the guide part slides in the vertical direction along the second limit groove 808, the second limit groove 808 limits the movement of the guide part, and the guide part plays a role in guiding the transmission of the transmission part hinged with the guide part.

With continued reference to fig. 21, in an alternative embodiment of the present embodiment, the rotating assembly 806 includes a rotating support 8061 and a support rotation axis 8062; the rotating support 8061 is rotatably connected with the smoke collecting hood 500 through a support rotating shaft 8062, one end of the rotating support 8061 is connected with the baffle 600, and the other end of the rotating support 8061 is connected with the driven component 804, specifically, one end of the rotating support 8061 is connected with the baffle 600, the other end of the rotating support 8061 is connected with one end of the third connecting rod 8043, the support rotating shaft 8062 is fixed on the smoke collecting hood 500, and the rotating support 8061 is rotatably connected with the smoke collecting hood 500 through the support rotating shaft 8062, so that the rotating support 8061 rotates with the support rotating shaft 8062.
Referring to fig. 25 and 26, in an alternative embodiment of the present embodiment, the smoke collecting device further includes a second elastic member 810, the second elastic member 810 makes the baffle 600 have a movement tendency of closing the smoke inlet, in a state that the baffle 600 opens the smoke inlet, the second elastic member 810, the baffle 600 and the smoke collecting cover 500 enclose a smoke collecting cavity, the number of the second elastic members 810 is two, the two second elastic members 810 are respectively disposed at two ends of the smoke collecting cover 500, the two second elastic members 810 are symmetrically disposed about an axis in a vertical direction of the baffle 600, two ends of the two second elastic members 810 are respectively fixedly connected with the smoke collecting cover 500 and the baffle 600, in a state that the smoke inlet is opened, the second elastic members 810, the baffle 600 and the smoke collecting cover 500 enclose the smoke collecting cavity 810, and the two second elastic members are both in a stretching state, so that the baffle 600 has a movement tendency of closing the smoke inlet.

referring to fig. 27 and 28, the driven assembly 804 includes a second roller 8049, a roller holder 8050, and a flexible member 8051; the second roller 8049 is connected with the smoke collecting hood 500 through the roller fixing frame 8050, is fixed relative to the smoke collecting hood 500, and moves in the same manner, and the second roller 8049 rotates through the roller rotating shaft 8054, the flexible piece 8051 passes through the lower part of the second roller 8049, one end of the flexible piece 8051 is connected with the rotating assembly 806, and the other end of the flexible piece 8051 is connected with the shell assembly 300. In other embodiments, the flexible element 8051 may be a belt, a steel wire, etc. to ensure that the flexible element 8051 has sufficient rigidity and soft property, and can stretch the rotating assembly 806 when being stressed, but is not stressed and is easy to store.

When the range hood 100 is closed, the driving assembly 700 drives the smoke collecting hood 500 to retract, and simultaneously the second elastic member 810 rebounds to pull back the baffle 600, so that the smoke inlet is closed, and then the rotating bracket 8061 connected with the baffle 600 is driven to operate from the point B to the point a, and the connecting line is loosened until the smoke collecting hood 500 is completely retracted into the housing assembly 300.
Example four
This embodiment provides the smoke collecting device of another structural style, and this smoke collecting device differs with the smoke collecting device that embodiment three provided:
referring to fig. 35, the driven assembly 804 includes a connecting rod 8055, in this embodiment, the connecting rod 8055 is connected to the smoke collection cover 500 through a fixing member, the flexible member 8051 passes through the connecting rod 8055, and two ends of the flexible member 8051 are connected to the rotating assembly 806 and the housing assembly 300 respectively.
In a further preferred embodiment of this embodiment, a first limiting groove 8056 is disposed on the connecting rod 8055, the flexible element 8051 moves in the first limiting groove 8056, the first limiting groove 8056 is disposed along a circumferential direction of the connecting rod 8055, an extending direction of the first limiting groove 8056 coincides with an extending direction of the flexible element 8051, the flexible element 8051 can be limited by disposing the first limiting groove 8056, and reliability and stability of relative movement between the flexible element 8051 and the linkage assembly 800 are improved.

Claims (24)

1. An extractor hood device, comprising:
a housing assembly (300);
the smoke collecting cover (500), wherein a smoke inlet is formed in one side of the smoke collecting cover (500);
the baffle (600) is movably connected with the smoke collecting cover (500) and is used for opening or closing the smoke inlet;
a drive assembly (700), the drive assembly (700) being in transmission connection with the fume collecting hood (500) for driving the fume collecting hood (500) to extend out of or be received in the housing assembly (300);
a linkage assembly (800), the linkage assembly (800) is installed on the shell assembly (300), the smoke collecting hood (500) extends out of the shell assembly (300), and the linkage assembly (800) drives the baffle (600) to open the smoke inlet.
2. A fume collecting device according to claim 1, characterized in that said linkage assembly (800) comprises an elastic module (801), said flap (600) being hinged with said fume collecting hood (500) through said elastic module (801), said elastic module (801) giving said flap (600) a tendency to move to open said fume inlet.
3. A fume collecting device according to claim 2, characterized in that said elastic module (801) comprises a first fixed plate (8011), a rotating shaft (8012), a first elastic member and a second fixed plate (8014);
the first fixing plate (8011) and the second fixing plate (8014) are sleeved on the rotating shaft (8012), the rotating shaft (8012) is connected with the rotating shaft (8012) in a rotating mode, the first elastic piece is sleeved on the rotating shaft (8012), the first fixing plate (8011) is connected with the smoke collecting hood (500), and the second fixing plate (8014) is connected with the baffle plate (600).
4. A fume collecting device according to claim 3, characterized in that said first fixing plate (8011) and said second fixing plate (8014) are open at an angle in the range of 60 ° -150 °.
5. A smoke collecting device according to claim 2, wherein said linkage assembly (800) further comprises a first roller (802), said first roller (802) is disposed on said housing assembly (300) and is disposed on a side of said baffle (600) away from said smoke inlet, a rolling groove (8021) is disposed on a side of said baffle (600) away from said smoke inlet, and said first roller (802) is in rolling fit with said rolling groove (8021).

An apparatus according to claim 5, further comprising a seal assembly (803), wherein the seal assembly (803) comprises a flange (8031), a support platform (8032) and a gasket (8033), the support platform (8032) being disposed on the housing assembly (300) and disposed on the first roller (802) upper portion, the flange (8031) being located above the support platform (8032) and mounted to the hood (500), the gasket (8033) being disposed outside the support platform (8032), the hood (500) being fully extended from the housing assembly (300) such that the flange (8031) contacts the gasket (8033) to seal a gap between the first roller (802) and the hood (500).
7. The fume extraction apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said linkage assembly (800) comprises a rotating assembly (806) and a driven assembly (804);
the baffle plate is installed on the rotating assembly, the rotating assembly (806) is arranged on the smoke collecting cover (500), one end of the rotating assembly (806) is connected with the baffle plate (600), the other end of the rotating assembly (806) is connected with the driven assembly (804), one end of the driven assembly (804) far away from the rotating assembly (806) is connected with the shell assembly (300), when the driving assembly (700) drives the smoke collecting cover (500) to extend out of the shell assembly (300), the driven assembly (804) drives the rotating assembly (806) to rotate, so that the baffle plate (600) opens the smoke inlet.

one end of the second link (8042) remote from the second rotation shaft (8045) is connected to the third link (8043) through a third rotation shaft (8046), a middle portion of the second link (8042) is connected to the smoke collection hood (500) through a fourth rotation shaft (8047), and the second link (8042) rotates about the fourth rotation shaft (8047);
one end of the third connecting rod (8043) far away from the third connecting rod (8043) is connected with the rotating assembly (806) through a fifth rotating shaft (8048).
11. The fume extraction device according to claim 7, wherein said driven assembly (804) comprises a second roller (8049), a roller mount (8050), and a flexible member (8051);
the second roller (8049) is connected with the smoke collecting hood (500) through the roller fixing frame (8050), the flexible piece (8051) penetrates through the lower part of the second roller (8049), one end of the flexible piece (8051) is connected with the rotating assembly (806), and the other end of the flexible piece (8051) is connected with the shell assembly (300).
