The corrugated plate structure of the film tank running at present in China is designed and manufactured by a GTT company, the corrugated plate designed by the existing GTT company is in an orthogonal corrugated form, the corrugated form must be allowed by the GTT company when used in China, the GTT company collects high use fee for a user according to the inner surface area of a storage tank, the user must purchase the corrugated plate from a steel plate material supplier obtaining GTT certification, a corrugated plate processing and manufacturing unit, the material purchase source is very limited, the purchase period is long, the purchase cost is high, and the popularization and application of the film tank in China are seriously influenced. The corrugated plate of the thin film tank of GTT company is formed by pressing by adopting a cold bending process, the longitudinal corrugation, the transverse corrugation and the fold part are respectively processed, and the processing procedure and the processing process are relatively complex.
