Abstract
The invention discloses a polygonal corrugated plate suitable for a thin film tank containment system and a thin film tank, wherein the polygonal corrugated plate comprises: the corrugated plate comprises a corrugated plate substrate, wherein polygonal continuous corrugations are formed on the corrugated plate substrate, and the edges of the polygonal continuous corrugations protrude and converge at vertexes; the thin film tank comprises a sealed inner tank and a concrete outer tank, wherein the sealed inner tank is formed by welding a plurality of polygonal corrugated plates. The polygonal continuous corrugation can provide the expansion amount required by the cyclic loading of a stored liquid, when the liquid enters and exits from the thin film tank, the continuous corrugation can generate obvious deformation along with the change of pressure and temperature, the deformation can compensate the shrinkage and the relaxation of the whole corrugated plate, a welding area cannot be influenced, the stress of a welding line is uniform, and the integral operation stability of the storage tank is ensured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of liquefied natural gas storage and transportation, in particular to a polygonal corrugated plate suitable for a thin film tank containment system and a thin film tank.
Background
The LNG thin film tank has become a tank type with higher market share in the LNG industry for nearly 20 years, and nearly hundreds of thin film type storage tanks are built in multiple countries and regions; the buckled plate is responsible for sealed stock solution as the sealed inner tank of LNG film tank storage liquid.
The corrugated plate structure of the film tank running at present in China is designed and manufactured by a GTT company, the corrugated plate designed by the existing GTT company is in an orthogonal corrugated form, the corrugated form must be allowed by the GTT company when used in China, the GTT company collects high use fee for a user according to the inner surface area of a storage tank, the user must purchase the corrugated plate from a steel plate material supplier obtaining GTT certification, a corrugated plate processing and manufacturing unit, the material purchase source is very limited, the purchase period is long, the purchase cost is high, and the popularization and application of the film tank in China are seriously influenced. The corrugated plate of the thin film tank of GTT company is formed by pressing by adopting a cold bending process, the longitudinal corrugation, the transverse corrugation and the fold part are respectively processed, and the processing procedure and the processing process are relatively complex.

As a further improvement of the invention, the thickness of the corrugated board substrate is 1-1.2mm of the stainless steel plate, and the polygonal continuous corrugations are formed on the corrugated board substrate by stamping through a cold stamping die.
As a further improvement of the invention, a single polygonal corrugated plate is rectangular, and the polygonal bottom surface formed by the continuous polygonal corrugations is used for paving the walking of constructors.
As a further improvement of the invention, the plane edge of the corrugated plate of one polygonal corrugated plate is lapped and welded and fixed with the plane edge of the corrugated plate of another polygonal corrugated plate or the embedded stainless steel plate of the bottom insulating plate to prepare the sealed inner tank of the film tank.
The invention also provides a film tank which comprises a sealed inner tank and a concrete outer tank, wherein the sealed inner tank is formed by welding a plurality of polygonal corrugated plates.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the polygonal continuous corrugation can provide the expansion amount required by the cyclic loading of a stored liquid, when the liquid enters and exits from the thin film tank, the continuous corrugation can generate obvious deformation along with the change of pressure and temperature, the deformation can compensate the shrinkage and the relaxation of the whole corrugated plate, a welding area cannot be influenced, the stress of a welding line is uniform, and the integral operation stability of the storage tank is ensured.

as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a polygonal corrugated plate suitable for a membrane tank containment system, comprising: the corrugated plate comprises a corrugated plate substrate 1-5, wherein square continuous corrugations are formed on the corrugated plate substrate 1-5 and formed by intersecting transverse waves 1-1 and longitudinal waves 1-2; the transverse wave 1-1 and the longitudinal wave 1-2 are raised and converged at the vertex 1-4, the transverse wave 1-1 and the longitudinal wave 1-2 are arc bulges, the arc radius is not less than 50mm, arc transition is formed between the arc bulges and the corrugated plate substrate 1-5, and the arc radius is not less than 20mm.
Further, the corrugated plate substrate 1-5 is a stainless steel plate with a thickness of 1 to 1.2mm, preferably an S30408 stainless steel plate; the square continuous corrugation is formed on the corrugated plate substrate by stamping through a cold stamping die.
Furthermore, the single square corrugated plate is rectangular, and the square bottom surface formed by the continuous square corrugations is used for paving constructors to walk so as to complete the installation and construction of the corrugated plates.

The invention also provides a film tank, which comprises a sealed inner tank and a concrete outer tank, wherein the sealed inner tank is formed by welding a plurality of square corrugated plates shown in figure 1; the sealed inner tank formed by lap welding the square corrugated plates can ensure that the stored liquid does not leak; the square corrugated plate is not responsible for liquid storage and pressure bearing, and pressure is transmitted to the concrete outer tank through the square corrugated plate, so that the thickness can be 1-1.2mm, and the elastic deformation can meet the liquid storage receiving and sending requirements. When the thin film tank is filled with liquid, the square continuous corrugations formed by the transverse waves 1-1, the longitudinal waves 1-2 and the vertexes 1-4 can generate obvious deformation along with the changes of pressure and temperature, the deformation can compensate the shrinkage and the relaxation of the whole corrugated plate, a welding zone at the position of the plane edge 1-3 of the corrugated plate cannot be influenced, the welding line is uniformly stressed, and therefore the whole storage tank is ensured to operate stably.

as shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides a polygonal corrugated plate suitable for a membrane tank containment system, which is different from embodiment 1 in that:
in the embodiment 2, regular hexagonal continuous corrugation is formed on a corrugated plate substrate 1-5, and the regular hexagonal continuous corrugation is formed by intersecting transverse waves 2-1 and circumferential waves 2-2; the transverse wave 2-1 and the circumferential wave 2-2 are protruded and converged at the top 2-4, the formed single-sheet regular hexagonal corrugated plate is rectangular and is provided with 2-3 planar edges of the corrugated plate for lap welding and fixing, and the bottom surface of a regular hexagon surrounded by regular hexagonal continuous corrugations is used for paving constructors to walk so as to complete the installation and construction of the corrugated plate.

2. The corrugated board of claim 1, wherein each side of the continuous polygonal corrugation is a rounded protrusion, and a rounded transition is formed between each side of the continuous polygonal corrugation and the corrugated board substrate.
3. The polygonal corrugated board of claim 1 wherein the polygonal continuous corrugations are regular polygonal continuous corrugations.
4. The polygonal corrugated plate according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the polygonal continuous corrugations include, but are not limited to, square continuous corrugations formed by intersection of transverse waves and longitudinal waves and regular hexagonal continuous corrugations formed by intersection of transverse waves and circumferential waves.
5. The corrugated board according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the corrugated board substrate is a stainless steel sheet having a thickness of 1 to 1.2mm, and the polygonal continuous corrugations are stamped on the corrugated board substrate using a cold stamping die.
6. The corrugated board of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a single piece of the corrugated board has a rectangular shape, and the polygonal bottom surface surrounded by the polygonal continuous corrugations is used for paving the walking of a worker.
7. The corrugated plate of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a flat edge of a corrugated plate of one of the corrugated plates is overlapped with a flat edge of a corrugated plate of another of the corrugated plates or an embedded stainless steel plate of a bottom insulating plate and welded and fixed to manufacture a sealed inner tank of a membrane tank.
8. A membrane tank comprising a sealed inner tank and a concrete outer tank, said sealed inner tank being formed by welding a plurality of polygonal corrugated plates as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
