Wherein the softener comprises a softening component, an emulsifying component, a coemulsification component, a hydrophilic component and a washable component; wherein the softening component comprises carboxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, quaternary ammonium-terminated carboxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and comb-type short polyether side chain modified amino silicone oil; the wash resistant component comprises a polyaluminum polymer, a diester-based quaternary ammonium salt, and an epoxy-terminated EOPO polyether copolymer. The softener provided by the invention can effectively improve the hydrophilicity and the hand feeling of the N/R roman cloth, and has the washing resistance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile assistants, and particularly relates to a softener suitable for N/R roman cloth, a preparation method thereof and a finishing method based on the softener.
Background
Roman cloth is a knitted fabric, also known as Pan Yangde Roman cloth (ponte-de-roma). Roman cloth is a four-way one cycle, the cloth cover is not flat and smooth by common double-sided cloth, and a little irregular cross bar is arranged. The fabric has good longitudinal and latitudinal elasticity, the roman cloth is a very thick and elastic fabric, and has texture as a garment fabric, and the double weaving is natural and light, has good stretchability and little wrinkling, so the roman cloth is commonly used for manufacturing underwear with high air permeability requirement. The most commonly used roman cloth in the market is N/R roman cloth, however, the N/R roman cloth has a relatively obvious disadvantage that as the N/R roman cloth is a fabric blended by nylon and viscose, the nylon fiber has high orientation degree and serious crystallization phenomenon, so that the softness is poor, itching is easy to occur when the fabric is taken next to the skin, and the fabric is combined with an irregular stripe structure, so that the hand feeling is poor. Thus, the prior art has generally used common softeners such as polyethers, amino groups, etc. to finish them, or hydrophilic finishes specific to nylon fabrics, such as those disclosed in CN 107556483B. The conventional general softening agent is difficult to have both high hydrophilicity and expected hand feeling on Roman cloth, and the Roman cloth treated by the softening agent is not washable, so that the hand feeling disappears after multiple times of washing. The hydrophilic finishing agent also has the defects of poor hydrophilic durability and poor hand feeling. Also for this reason, the prior art generally compounds silicone emulsions and hydrophilic polymers into hydrophilic finishes. However, silicone oil gives a good hand feel to the fabric, and at the same time, the hydrophobicity of the fabric is improved, so that the wearing comfort of the fabric is affected. Moreover, sufficient evidence proves that the surface of the fabric finished by the compound hydrophilic finishing agent has the defects of easy contamination, non-hydrophilism, easy static electricity and the like. Meanwhile, there is sufficient evidence that the clothes with static electricity, easy contamination and other problems are harmful to health after being worn for a long time. Thus, there is a need for a suitable softener/finish that addresses the foregoing problems, and also provides a healthy and comfortable wearing environment for the consumer.

wherein the softening component comprises carboxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, quaternary ammonium-terminated carboxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and comb-type short polyether side chain modified amino silicone oil;
the wash resistant component comprises a polyaluminum polymer, a diester-based quaternary ammonium salt, and an epoxy-terminated EOPO polyether copolymer.
Further provided is a method for preparing a softener suitable for N/R roman cloths, comprising the following steps:
s1, mixing a softening component, an emulsifying component and an auxiliary emulsifying component, and then emulsifying by adding water in a sectional manner to obtain emulsion;
s2, adding a hydrophilic component into the emulsion, heating to 80-110 ℃, preserving heat for 2-6 h, cooling to 40 ℃, adding a washable component, heating to 40-50 ℃, and preserving heat for 1-2 h to obtain a primary emulsion;
s3, regulating the pH of the primary emulsion to 5-7, and stirring until the reaction is completed to obtain a softener;
wherein the softening component comprises carboxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, quaternary ammonium-terminated carboxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and comb-type short polyether side chain modified amino silicone oil;

Still further provided is a finishing method comprising the steps of:
s1, diluting the softener prepared by the preparation method to 10-40 g/L, soaking N/R roman cloth in the diluent for 10-90S, and rolling once by a padder;
wherein the pressure of the padder is 1-1.5 kg/cm 2 The liquid carrying rate is 65-100%;
s2, drying the immersed and rolled N/R roman cloth at 160-170 ℃ for 60-120 seconds to obtain the N/R roman cloth with soft and smooth hand feeling.

In order to describe the technical contents, the achieved objects and effects of the present invention in detail, the following description will be made with reference to the embodiments.
A softener suitable for N/R Roman cloth comprises a softening component, an emulsifying component, an auxiliary emulsifying component, a hydrophilic component and a washable component; wherein the softening component comprises carboxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, quaternary ammonium-terminated carboxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and comb-type short polyether side chain modified amino silicone oil; the wash resistant component comprises a polyaluminum polymer, a diester-based quaternary ammonium salt, and an epoxy-terminated EOPO polyether copolymer.
In a preferred embodiment, the softening component comprises 60wt% carboxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 30wt% quaternary ammonium terminated carboxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane, and 10wt% comb-type short polyether side chain modified amino silicone oil; the wash-resistant component comprises about 10wt% of a polyalkene amine polymer, 50wt% of a diester-based quaternary ammonium salt, and 40wt% of an epoxy-terminated EOPO polyether copolymer.
The softening agent is doped with quaternary ammonium groups for improving water resistance, amino silicone oil is used for improving hand feeling, and polyether groups for improving water absorption. Although the amino silicone oil has certain washing resistance and soft hand feeling, serious yellowing effect can occur when the amino silicone oil is used in a slightly large amount due to the property of the amino silicone oil. Therefore, the film forming property of the softener is improved through the crosslinking action among quaternary ammonium salts, polyethers and amino groups, so that the N/R roman cloth is softer and the water resistance is improved.
Preferably, the softener comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10 to 30 percent of softening component, 10 to 15 percent of hydrophilic component, 5 to 10 percent of emulsifying component, 10 to 15 percent of washable component, 0.1 to 3 percent of auxiliary emulsifying component and the balance of water.
The emulsifying component comprises 10wt% of monoethanolamide, 50wt% of sodium polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol sulfate and 40wt% of glyceryl monostearate.
The hydrophilic component is a compound of PEG10000 and PEG2000, and glycerol. The compound is preferably compounded in a mass ratio of 2:1.
The emulsification aid component is preferably citric acid.
In one embodiment, it is preferred to add a co-solvent to increase the solubility of the material in water when the amount of material added is large. Preferably, the cosolvent comprises ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, ethanol, and at least one of PPG200 and PEG400 complex. The compound is preferably compounded in a mass ratio of 1:1.

The emulsion is emulsified in a sectional water adding way, so that layering phenomenon caused by one-time water adding or too fast water adding is prevented, and meanwhile, the emulsion formed by the method is good in uniformity, high in stability and easy to store.
Preferably, the mass percentages of the components are as follows: 10 to 30 percent of softening component, 10 to 15 percent of hydrophilic component, 5 to 10 percent of emulsifying component, 10 to 15 percent of washable component, 0.1 to 3 percent of auxiliary emulsifying component and the balance of water.

S3, adding the emulsion into an emulsifying kettle, adding 2.4kg of PEG10000 (CAS: 25322-68-3) and PEG2000 compound (2:1) and 1.6kg of glycerin, preserving heat for 2 hours at 80 ℃, cooling to 40 ℃, adding 1kg of Henschel polyene amine polymer (CAS: 98761-78-5), 4kg of diester quaternary ammonium salt (Pompe chemical TEP-90) and 1kg of epoxy end capped EOPO polyether copolymer (novel Jiangsu material SF-260), and preserving heat for 1 hour at 50 ℃ to obtain a primary emulsion;
s4, adding 1% v/v glycolic acid (CAS 79-14-1) into the primary emulsion to adjust the pH of the emulsion to 7 and 0.1v/v% cosolvent (ethanol), and filtering after the reaction is completed to obtain the softener.
Example 3
The finishing process comprises the following steps:
s1, diluting the softener prepared in the embodiment 1 to a diluent with the concentration of 40g/L, soaking the upper garment of the N/R roman cloth fabric in the diluent for 60S, and then rolling once by a padder with the pressure of 1.5kg/cm < 2 > and the liquid carrying rate of 80%;
s2, drying the jacket subjected to the soaking and rolling at 170 ℃ for 120 seconds to obtain the finished jacket.
Example 4
The finishing process comprises the following steps:
s1, diluting the softener prepared in the embodiment 2 to a diluent with the concentration of 40g/L, soaking the upper garment of the N/R roman cloth fabric in the diluent for 60S, and then rolling once by a padder with the pressure of 1.5kg/cm 2 The liquid carrying rate is 80%;
s2, drying the jacket subjected to the soaking and rolling at 170 ℃ for 120 seconds to obtain the finished jacket.
Test case
Hand feel assessment: the hand samples were evaluated in a 10 person panel with the aid of a hand expert and style tester and summarized as shown in table 3. Among them, the blank cloth (unordered N/R roman cloth) was rated as the least effective grade 1 and the most effective grade 5.
Washing and measuring: the finished coats obtained in example 3 and example 4 were washed with a standard washing mode using a commercially available Midea washing machine, respectively, and the washed cloth samples were naturally dried at room temperature for 12 hours.

As can be seen from Table 3, the fabric finished by the softener provided by the invention has good soft hand feeling, and the hand feeling is still maintained after washing, so that the softener has certain washing resistance.
In conclusion, the softener provided by the invention is suitable for the N/R roman cloth, can effectively improve the hydrophilicity and the hand feeling of the N/R roman cloth, and has water washing resistance.

Claims (10)
1. A softener suitable for an N/R roman cloth, which is characterized by comprising a softening component, an emulsifying component, an auxiliary emulsifying component, a hydrophilic component and a washable component;
wherein the softening component comprises carboxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, quaternary ammonium-terminated carboxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and comb-type short polyether side chain modified amino silicone oil;
the wash resistant component comprises a polyaluminum polymer, a diester-based quaternary ammonium salt, and an epoxy-terminated EOPO polyether copolymer.
2. The softener according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following components in mass percent:
10 to 30 percent of softening component, 10 to 15 percent of hydrophilic component, 5 to 10 percent of emulsifying component, 10 to 15 percent of washable component, 0.1 to 3 percent of auxiliary emulsifying component and the balance of water.
3. The softener according to claim 1, wherein the emulsifying component comprises monoethanolamide, sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, glycerol monostearate.
4. The softener of claim 1 wherein the hydrophilic component is a complex of PEG10000 and PEG2000, and glycerol.
5. The softener according to claim 1, further comprising 3-5% by mass of a co-solvent comprising at least one of ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, ethanol, PPG200 and PEG400 complex.
6. The preparation method of the softener suitable for the N/R roman cloth is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, mixing a softening component, an emulsifying component and an auxiliary emulsifying component, and then emulsifying by adding water in a sectional manner to obtain emulsion;
s2, adding a hydrophilic component into the emulsion, heating to 80-90 ℃, preserving heat for 2-6 hours, cooling to 40 ℃, adding a washable component, heating to 40-50 ℃, and preserving heat for 1-2 hours to obtain a primary emulsion;
s3, regulating the pH of the primary emulsion to 5-7, and stirring until the reaction is completed to obtain a softener;
wherein the softening component comprises carboxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, quaternary ammonium-terminated carboxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and comb-type short polyether side chain modified amino silicone oil;
the wash resistant component comprises a polyaluminum polymer, a diester-based quaternary ammonium salt, and an epoxy-terminated EOPO polyether copolymer.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the step of emulsifying the aqueous emulsion comprises:
adding 5% water and stirring for 20-30 min;
adding 5% water and stirring for 20-30 min;
adding 10% water and stirring for 20-30 min;
adding 20% water and stirring for 20-30 min;
adding 20% water and stirring for 10-60 min;
adding 20% water and stirring for 10-60 min;
adding the rest water and stirring for 10-60 min.

The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein the mass percentages of the components are: 10 to 30 percent of softening component, 10 to 15 percent of hydrophilic component, 5 to 10 percent of emulsifying component, 10 to 15 percent of washable component, 0.1 to 3 percent of auxiliary emulsifying component and the balance of water.
9. The method according to claim 6, wherein the emulsifying component comprises monoethanolamide, sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, and glyceryl monostearate;
the hydrophilic component is a compound of PEG10000 and PEG2000, and glycerol;
the emulsification assisting component is citric acid.
10. The finishing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, diluting the softener prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 6 to 9 to 10-40 g/L, soaking N/R roman cloth in the diluted solution for 10-90S, and rolling once by a padder;
wherein the pressure of the padder is 1-1.5 kg/cm 2 The liquid carrying rate is 65-100%;
s2, drying the immersed and rolled N/R roman cloth at 160-170 ℃ for 60-120 seconds to obtain the N/R roman cloth with soft and smooth hand feeling.
