According to the plush fabric grabbing device provided by the embodiment of the application, irregular pile setting hairs on the raised cloth can be combed and cut more accurately, so that the quality of a plush fabric finished product is improved.

In the embodiment of the application, the related staff sends the cloth to be napped into the nap cloth napping device, the cloth sent into the nap cloth napping device is napped by the first nap carding component 200 in sequence to generate naps, and the naps generated by carding and cutting of the second nap carding component 300 are obtained, so that a nap cloth finished product with better quality is finally obtained.
Specifically, firstly, the plush fabric grabbing device is installed on a production line of a cloth production workshop by related staff, then, the driving device on the production line is matched with the driving wheel and the driving belt to drive the two cylindrical steel wire brushes 201 to rotate inwards by the driving device, and then, the cloth is pulled into the plush fabric grabbing device by a machine pulling or manual pulling mode, so that a plush fabric finished product with better quality can be finally obtained.
More specifically, when the first pile carding unit 200 piles a cloth, the cloth first passes through two cylindrical wire brushes 201 rotating inward, and the two cylindrical wire brushes 201 rotating inward pick up the surface of the cloth and generate uneven piles, and continuously convey the cloth toward the inner direction of the pile cloth grabbing device.
After the uneven nap is generated on the surface of the cloth, the fine teeth comb 301 combs the uneven nap while passing through the second nap carding unit 300, and the cutting blade 302 cuts off the nap exposed outside the fine teeth comb while carding, at this time, the nap on the surface of the cloth becomes very regular.
It should be noted that the pile cloth holding device is fixed in length for the second pile carding unit 300 to hold while cutting the pile while operating, and when the holding height of the pile is required to be adjusted, the worker should stop the pile cloth holding device and adjust the distance between two comb teeth in the second pile carding unit 300 or the position between the comb teeth 301 and the cutting blade 302.
More specifically, when longer fluff is required to be retained, the distance between the two close teeth combs in the second fluff carding assembly 300 needs to be adjusted to be increased, or the position between the close teeth comb 301 and the cutting blade 302 is adjusted through the sliding slot 304 and the fastening connection 305, so that the cutting edge of the cutting blade 302 is as close to the open teeth position of the close teeth comb 301 as possible.
When it is desired to retain shorter fluff, it is necessary to adjust the distance between the two fine teeth combs in the second fluff carding assembly 300 to be reduced, or to adjust the position between the fine teeth comb 301 and the cutting blade 302 through the chute 304 and the fastening connection 305, while the cutting edge of the cutting blade 302 is located as far as possible from the tooth opening position of the fine teeth comb 301.
Therefore, irregular pile setting hairs on the raised cloth can be combed, and the cloth can be cut more accurately, so that the quality of a finished product of the napped cloth is improved.
In order to better explain the present application, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the cutting mechanism further includes: and a connecting rod 306, both ends of the connecting rod 306 are connected with the bracket 100 and the connecting plate 303 through fastening connectors 305, respectively.
In the embodiment of the application, the fine teeth comb 301 can comb the fluff better by adjusting the angle between the fine teeth comb 301 and the cloth during the fluff carding process.
Specifically, when the fleece-grabbing device is used to handle the cloth, the related staff controls the angle of the comb 301 during carding of the fleece and between the cloths by adjusting the angle between the connection plate 303 and the connection rod 306 using production experience and production process.
When the fine teeth comb 301 is required to comb the fluff better, the angle between the fine teeth comb 301 and the cloth is controlled to be 5 to 15 degrees, and when the fine teeth comb 301 is required to comb the fluff faster, the angle between the fine teeth comb 301 and the cloth is controlled to be 90 degrees.
In order to better explain the present application, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, further includes: the guide assembly 400 is arranged between the first fluff carding assembly 200 and the second fluff carding assembly 300, the guide assembly 400 comprises two guide plates which are arranged in parallel, the two guide plates which are arranged in parallel are respectively connected with the bracket 100, and the two guide plates which are arranged in parallel are used for guiding cloth after the surface is treated by the two cylindrical wire brushes 201 which are arranged in parallel to enter the second fluff carding assembly.

When in use, the related staff send the cloth to be raised into the plush cloth grabbing device, the cloth fed into the pile cloth napping device is napped by the first pile carding assembly 200 in sequence to generate piles, guided by the guiding assembly 400 and carded and cut by the second pile carding assembly 300, and finally, the finished pile cloth with better quality is obtained.
In summary, the fabric is sequentially napped by the first nap carding assembly 200 to generate naps, and the second nap carding assembly 300 cards and cuts the generated naps, so that a nap fabric finished product with better quality is finally obtained. Therefore, the plush fabric grabbing device provided by the application can comb irregular pile setting hairs on the raised cloth and cut the hairs accurately, so that the quality of a plush fabric finished product is improved.
