(3) And (3) putting the coating prepared in the step (2) into a forming groove with heat preservation measures (the heat preservation range of the forming groove is 150-160 ℃), enabling a high polymer polyester film matrix body with the thickness of 0.8mm to pass through the forming groove at the speed of 35m/min, enabling the coating to be adhered to the matrix body, enabling the coating to pass through two rollers with the distance of 2mm, then covering isolation films (polyethylene film isolation films) on two sides of the coiled material, cooling and rolling to obtain the 2mm high polymer polyester film matrix dry-wet dual-purpose waterproof coiled material.
Comparative example 1
The waterproofing membrane according to comparative example 1 is different from the waterproofing membrane of wet and dry type according to example 1 in that: the waterproof roll material described in comparative example 1 contained no raw material water-absorbent resin. The other raw materials and the preparation method are the same as those of the example 1.
Comparative example 2
The waterproofing sheet according to comparative example 2 is different from the waterproofing sheet of wet and dry type according to example 2 in that: the waterproof roll material of comparative example 2 did not contain raw glass fiber. The other raw materials and the preparation method are the same as those of the example 2.
The performance research of the dry-wet dual-purpose waterproof roll material is carried out according to the requirements of GB/T35467-2017 'wet-laid waterproof roll material' and GB23441-2009 'self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof roll material', and the test results are shown in Table 1:

Claims (7)
1. A dry-wet dual-purpose waterproof coiled material is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of petroleum asphalt, 5-8 parts of glass fiber, 5-8 parts of plasticizer, 5-15 parts of tackifying resin, 6-9 parts of high-molecular modifier, 10-15 parts of water-absorbing resin and 15-20 parts of light calcium carbonate.
2. The waterproof roll material for both dry and wet use according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 52-58 parts of petroleum asphalt, 6-7 parts of glass fiber, 6-7 parts of plasticizer, 8-12 parts of tackifying resin, 7-8 parts of high molecular modifier, 12-14 parts of water-absorbing resin and 16-18 parts of light calcium carbonate.
3. The waterproof roll material for both dry and wet use according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55 parts of petroleum asphalt, 6 parts of glass fiber, 7 parts of plasticizer, 10 parts of tackifying resin, 8 parts of high molecular modifier, 12 parts of water-absorbent resin and 16 parts of light calcium carbonate.
4. The water-proof coiled material for both dry and wet use according to claim 1, wherein the tackifying resin is a mixture of rosin-modified phenolic resin and terpene resin treated with strong alkali; the weight ratio of the rosin modified phenolic resin to the terpene resin is 5-8:3-5.
5. The waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polymer modifier is a mixture of SBR modifier and SBS modifier.
6. The dry-wet dual-purpose waterproof roll according to claim 1, wherein the water-absorbent resin is sodium polyacrylate with a molecular weight of more than 200 ten thousand.
7. The method for manufacturing a wet-dry waterproof roll according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
(1) Grinding and stirring petroleum asphalt and a high molecular modifier at 190-200 ℃ for 1.5-2h;
(2) Cooling the mixture obtained in the step (1) to 160-180 ℃, adding water-absorbent resin, glass fiber, plasticizer and tackifying resin, and mixing and stirring uniformly; then adding light calcium carbonate, and uniformly stirring for later use;
(3) Putting the coating prepared in the step (2) into a forming groove with heat preservation measures, enabling the matrix to pass through the forming groove, enabling the coating to be adhered to the matrix, adjusting the thickness of the coiled material through the distance between two rollers, then covering isolation films on two sides of the coiled material, cooling and rolling to obtain the dry-wet dual-purpose waterproof coiled material;
or coating the paint prepared in the step (2) on a polymer film, and preparing the tubeless dry-wet dual-purpose waterproof roll material through rolling and film covering processes.
